The home is spacious and had everything we needed to make some meals, grill out and enjoy time with our family. We hope to rent this same house again later in the season!

Great location of your looking to explore. Plenty of space for multiple people to stay and relax.

The four of us enjoyed our time at this property. It is easy to get in and out of and allowed us ample space. We are very low key travelers and this was more than sufficient.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and had a great time! The location is so good-literally steps from the pool! The porch had a grill which was easy to use and worked great. The only downsides were that the floors were pretty dirty- if we walked around barefoot our feet were very dirty. The stove/oven also didn’t work very well. When we had an issue the property manager came over right away and tried to help us but it just didn’t work (the oven mostly). Overall, it was a great stay and I’d go back. The subdivision is one big party and we loved that!

Enjoyed the house it was pretty well kept. There was no cold water in the bathroom but maintenance fixed that quickly.

The house was clean and spacious, and check-in was a breeze! The Island club taxi driver Zach gave us his personal number as soon as we got off the ferry and was always readily available. Close to the pool and just a short drive to downtown. 10/10 recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Originally we were going to stay in #63 but Island Club called and asked if we’d like a massive upgrade free of charge so we ended up in #27. All that can say is wow! If this was an upgrade I’d hate to see what the other place looked like. We had dirty bed sheets and dirty towels. The place was a dump. I called the office several times to complain. They were supposed to get back with me the following Monday but never did so I contacted them again. I have yet to see the $200.00 they were going to take off our bill. The place was $1600.00 for 2 nights... it was disgusting and I will never go back!

My friends and I rented this place in October for fall break and we enjoyed it. The house is large enough for a couple college kids to have fun! There was a couple places that were obvious were not cleaned such as leftover beer bottles in cabinets and underneath beds. The one shower does not drain so you are pretty much standing in a pool of dirty water when you are showering. When we arrived, the back door was unlocked and the lock was broken to the point where we were unable to lock the house when we arrived left and went to bed at night. The house also smelled like cigarette smoke when we first arrived which was underwhelming. Overall, I was fine with the house as we weren't expecting much only paying a couple hundred dollars a night. However, there is definitely room for improvement in the overall upkeep of the establishment.
