Great place and location. The place had everything we needed for our stay and more. Everything was stocked well with a great balcony that had a new BBQ on it. Very comfortable beds.

Very clean and nice place, Marina Cay is a great place to stay, the only suggestion is the queen bed is like a rock, simple fix put a memory foam at the least.

only issue was that parking is tight. I scraped my car getting out but that is my fault. I would stay again without hesitation

We loved our stay at this condo. The Riverstone location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Love the fact that downtown CDA is a short bike ride away! Hoping we can return for another visit soon.

Four moms had the best getaway at this condo! It was spotless and roomy. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the location. So easy to walk to shops and dining. And the scrabble game was a hit too. :)

Beautiful location and condo

Beautiful condo on the Spokane river. Great location close to restaurants, shopping and walking trails. The cozy space is well equipped and comfortable.

We were under the impression the condo unit was on the LAKE side of the building. The listing was not clear that the only views would be the street. The "peek-a-boo" view of the lake from the balcony was nonexistent. The parking option below the building was terrible. The space provided to us was so small we could not fit our vehicle. Paid parking outside the unit was $5 per hour. Ridiculous.

This beautiful condo is located in a building along the Spokane River as it flows out of Lake Coeur d’Alene, steps away from Riverstone Park, outdoor concerts and great restaurants. The condo is very clean and exceptionally well furnished. This was a very enjoyable experience!

Enjoyed this home for 2 weeks. It was close to great food and drink options within walking distance. Including in the same building. Easy walking options and many hiking trails within a short drive. Truly enjoyed out stay. Only challenge was to figure out the a/c thermostat. Never figured out how to program it and had times of warm and cool. Not bad but a challenge at times.

Great location, wonderful balconies to relax on

First time on VRBO. We decided to splurge and went for this outstanding property. We are glad we did. It created a sense of home for us to relax after a great day in CDA.

We stayed at this property for easy and convenient access to downtown and for the CDA Marathon. The property was perfectly set up for our stay and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

The location is good, the property manager was nice and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had to check out a day early as the mattress is very very firm and my husband's bad back did not handle it unfortunately. We were also woken early by the street noise as it's actually not on the water, but faces a parking lot. For the price I would also have assumed that the master bedroom would have a TV in it. It's probably perfect for some, just wish the description would have been a little more thorough.

We had a wonderful experience with this property. Rebecca was great to work with and she quickly resolved an unexpected parking issue. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and convenient to shops/restaurants/downtown. Just be aware that the unit faces the street, not the river. We highly recommend this property!

The unit was very clean and fully equipped. Location was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

We were more than pleased with our stay at this property. The communication with the owner was great and she was very accommodating when we had to change our plans. The cleanliness of the rental exceeded expectations and we felt the property took Covid cleanliness seriously. We plan on making this our go-to rental when we visit CDA again.

The condo was perfect and very well stocked. We appreciated the responsiveness of the owner and her flexibility with our dates. Perfect location close to the water, a cute cafe and Starbucks.
