Una casa spaziosa unica di 25 mq che offre 3 ampie camere da letto (2 con letti matrimoniali e una doppia), sala tv con letto estraibile 10m per 4 m, due ampi bagni con vasca incassata nella camera da letto principale. Ampia cucina / famiglia / pranzo informale con accesso alla zona pergola sotto copertura. Ampia sala home theatre con accesso a una sala barbecue completamente chiusa con vista su un grande laghetto con pesci, più ponti in legno e terrazza solarium posteriore. Tavole di legno baltiche solide dappertutto. Aria condizionata R / C per le zone giorno, oltre a ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere. Stufa a pancia in vaso in camera familiare con legno fornito. Vialetto doppio con spazio per barca / roulotte. Lenzuola / asciugamani forniti. È molto spazioso.

Lavender Cottage is a beautiful place to relax and unwind. Tranquil gardens organised in a well thought out manner. A very generous supply of amenities, blankets, towels and pantry items. Many places throughout the property where you can find a quiet nook. Highly recommended getaway!

Wow!! Close to river for walks, 10 minutes walk to Goolwa main street, but very quiet in the accomodation. Beautifullly appointed, clean with all one needs for a stay. We did not want to leave the property it was so inviting, light, spacious and calming. Ideal for say 3 couples, we did not use all the space as it ended up only being the 2 of us as our friends could not come because of illness.
Would highly recommend and we met Dianne as we were leaving - a great host!

This property is beautiful. Everything you need is provided and lots of space for families to spread out. The bath is lovely! Great BBQ out the back and the garden is so tranquil. Peace and comfort. Dianne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. No issues at all. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this property for your next getaway!

Lavender Cottage was a pure delight from start to finish.
Very welcoming, clean and nicely supplied with some delightful extras. A really lovely welcome Xmas basket greeted us and comfy beds were a bonus. Loved the high bench tops no stooping or strained backs for us. Highly recommend this PERFECT holiday let. Bravo Dianne.

Upon arrival, the cottage looked small and very quaint but after entering the front door it was surprise after surprise as one area led into another. We kept saying “wow” as we moved through the property. We will stay there again!

We were very comfortable and were impressed with the provisions. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed relaxing in the gardens for our meals - very picturesque. It was good to have the pot belly for those cold nights. Thank you so much Diane, we would love to stay again!

A beautiful, clean and bright place to stay with three bedrooms, all with QS+ beds it is the perfect retreat for 3 couples to get away for a weekend of R and R.

Our group of four friends enjoyed a lovely and relaxing weekend getaway in this beautiful property. Absolutely stunning garden with multiple spaces to sit and enjoy the space. The beds are very comfortable and all linen is high quality. The home is well represented by the photos and if anything is even better in real life. Lots of lovely little touches and all the pantry and fridge basics (and more) are provided. Absolutely recommend this home, we will definitely return.

A great stat
A great stay, just a couple of hundred meters from the riverfront and then 600m scenic stroll into the wharf area. House was clean and had plenty of excellent living areas to cover all weather conditions.

Lavender cottage is well equipped and well located, an easy 15 minute stroll to the interesting parts of Goolwa. Layout of the house suited two couples and there was plenty of options for relaxing inside and outside.

Lavender Cottage was a spacious and relaxing place for 5 adults to stay. The outdoor areas were amazing and we enjoyed the tranquillity. Thanks Dianne for the extra touches such as the apples from your tree and fresh flowers on the table. We will be booking this property again for sure.

This wonderful home was ideal for us and our teenage sons. Perfect layout and separation of living areas, beautiful and functional open plan kitchen/dining, amazing gardens/outdoor living. Highly recommend and hope to return one day.

The surprise within
Well appointed, vey clean and tidy. All the amenities provided. The surprise was the size and flexibility of the property. Lots of out door eating areas, some under cover and protected. Ceiling fans, aircond and 2 family area. Good value for money.

Lovely relaxing place to stay- the house was very comfortable and really well equipped. The gardens were absolutely lovely and so very calming- lots of little (and large) spots to sit and enjoy a cuppa and/or a book.
