House was exactly as described and the communication with owner was very good. As other guests stated, we would recommend paper towels in kitchen. ( I brought some from home having read other reviews) Otherwise the home was comfortable and so close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location for our visit with our son. Would recommend!

Great pool and located close to a lot of restaurants.
The house fit the 4 of us perfect.
Opportunities: add a love seat to the living room so the whole group can watch tv comfortably.
Have paper towels/ napkins and Kleenex in the house when you arrive.
Grass needed mowed when we got there on Sunday and still wasn’t mowed on Thursday. Neighborhood doesn’t make you feel like you’re on a destination vacation.
Add a shelf to the master shower to hold body wash and shampoo.
The house covered all the bases with the pool being the best. Clean up the yard to make it feel like your in a resort.

Much nicer and more spacious than you’d expect from the pictures.
The new pool is amazing. Very stylish… it’s facing South and had sun all day. Completely private backyard…
Could walk to happy hour at Lamoraga, a Spanish restaurant near by. There are many other restaurants in walking distance. French, Seafood, American, a Starbucks & Fresh Market.
Didn’t cook but all is there.
Plenty of beach supplies too.

The Seashore Cottage was perfect for our short getaway! Situated in a very nice and quiet neighboorhood, everything was spotless clean and very well decorated, we immediately felt at home as soon as we walked in. The pool area is amazing, seems pretty new - and there is plenty of room in the pool area with lots of loungers and chairs and umbrellas and garden space. We loved to wake up to the pool and garden view from the master bedroom with the large terrace door!
The house was well equipped and had everything we needed, lots of kitchen supplies and tableware!
I would definitely come back and the homeowner was very attentive and kind! Can't wait to be back!

My husband and I and another couple enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. The pool was wonderful and backyard very private . One little suggestion is to have some paper products like tissue/ paper towels/ paper napkins.
We only stayed 3 days which was fine, but if we stayed longer it would of been hard to live out of a suitcase . There are no empty dressers / drawers / baskets or empty shelf space to unpack.

My family and I stayed at the cottage over 24’ Easter break. It was fantastic to say the least! The house was spotless, pool was amazing, the amenities included were fantastic. We have teenagers and they love being able to hang poolside before/after dinner. Great quiet neighborhood. Extremely convenient to the shops, restaurants and beaches.
The house had everything you needed and more. We will definitely be back. Nothing negative about this place one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at.

Even though it was too cool to actually get in the pool it was nice to sit around it and listen to the sound of the flowing water. This is already our second stay in this beautiful vacation home. We love the location since it's so close to the beach.
Great base for excursions in the area. We went to explore downtown Naples, Everglades and the Naples Zoo.
It was just renovated and we enjoyed the calm ambience of this home.
We found everything we needed for a day at the Beach. (chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys)
Communication with host was lovely.
One more thing.... waking up in the morning and looking directly on the pool makes a perfect vacation morning....

This was the perfect place for me and my friend’s long weekend in Naples! It was clean, surprisingly spacious, and had everything you need for a beach trip including books, chairs, towels, etc. The pool is amazing and Marion and her husband were quick to call to give us instructions on how to heat it. As for location, this place is only 5 minutes from a grocery store and about 7 minutes from the Naples pier and infamous 5th Street. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples and will definitely be back!

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. House appears to be newly remodeled with beachy cottage decor. It was a good size for four adults and comfortable. The pool was dirty and no one wanted to get in. There were ants in both bathrooms. The TV was difficult to figure out. Couldn't watch football game on regular channels. Seems to be a lot of streaming options but not major channels. The neighbors on one side of the property were up until 2 or 3 am each night sitting outside partying and talking loudly. We could hear them every night.

This was such a beautiful, comfortable little home. We visited Naples for business and chose to stay here as an alternative to a hotel, and I’m so glad we did. It was more economical for two of us to stay here than getting two hotel rooms, and we got to enjoy our own private pool! This home has everything you need and is close to everything in Naples. First I have to say Marion has been an amazingh host. This was our first family trip and we are very glad we choose her cottage for our stay. It was immaculate clean up on arriving, with more then enough amenities and the kids loved the pool. We spent the second day relaxing at the cottage as we had a late check in the previous day, the third day we went shopping and bbq. For the fourth day took the kids to Napels zoo at Caribbean Gardens and it was awesome. We can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home with us. We are looking forward to booking with you in the near future.

Our travels found us staying one night in the Naples area. This little cottage was very comfortable and very clean. There is a pool, but we couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights so we weren't able to use it. The owner responded, but it was a little late to go out after all. No worries on that. Would definitely stay here again if our travels find us in this area.
