Good location and good property. All appliances worked fine and everything was spotless clean. Also, the staff was reasonably available to fix small issues we had on arrival. For the price you pay I would recommend it only if you are planning to use it as house and not just to sleep. A hotel would give you more luxury for the same price otherwise.

Though the property had the capability, I wouldn't classify the overall experience as "luxury". There were a number of nuisances: - swimming pool was still not accessible as summer season had yet to start. This was not made clear upfront. - a few fees payable only in cash, some of which were not made clear upfront (50€ for a crib though a +1 infant was in the booking) - some windows had no blinds but only curtains, which made it impossible to sleep past sunrise. - bed sheets wouldn't properly fit the beds and mattress quality was ok, but not great. - some shower towels were not in great conditions (some holes) - in the main bathroom it was hard to take a shower without splashing water outside

cleanliness. pillows, mattress was dirty with stains , seems like it wasn’t clean or changed for a long time. In master bedroom in washroom was cockroaches coming out from the shower sink , so we didn’t use that bathroom for whole period of staying. we asked to change the apartment , cause we booked for a month and didn’t want to live with cockroaches, but they told us that they didn’t have available apartments. they brought us spray and that’s it =)

Pierre was very helpful and kind, as were the rest of the staff we encountered. The apartment was beautiful and the pool was lovely. It had every facility you could want. Would highly recommend.

Nothing, everything was excellent

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Good location close to bus stops, shops and restaurants. Fast and reliable wifi.

Beware the additional charges for cleaning and city tax and the large security deposit - these are not obvious in the "final price" quoted so you have to read the small print. Also, as you have to pay the cleaning fee I'm not sure why you still have to empty all the rubbish bins yourself. There is a lot of building work going on in the area (which starts early in the morning, even on weekends) and there are new tower blocks being built that block the views of Valletta from the apartment. Kitchen equipment is a bit limited e.g. no decent sharp knives, no coffee machine as stated. Quite a few of the lightbulbs also need to be replaced. The indoor and outdoor dining tables are surprisingly small given the available space. There is limited hot water so although there is a bath it's not possible to fill it with sufficient hot water to actually use it.

The apartment is large, with plenty of light and very welcoming, location is nice as well, close to most POIs in Sliema. Modern and well equiped, staff was very polite and available. Communication with staff was easy and efficient.

Overall everything was great, however, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the small bedroom, the rug in the livingroom was rather dirty and the dishes and pans slightly stained/not thoroughly washed from previous usage. It would have been nice to have the kitchen equiped with new cleaning items (sponges etc), but that was easily fixed.

Location was great with access to ferries and buses to easily get around the island. Excellent shopping centre 5 minutes walk away with plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Also lovely walk along the promenade towards St Julians . The views were amazing from the apartment over to Valletta and the harbour with sunny balconies to sit out on.

The only downside was lots of building work around the area but that seems to be everywhere in Malta.
