Desayuno con pago de suplemento, bastante básico pero aceptable

Recepção da proprietária, café da manhã muito bom, ambiente tranquilo e a 80 metros da praia . Roupas de cama e banho limpas.

Não ter uma limpeza diária no banheiro e retirada do lixo.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados, atenderam um pedido que fiz de ultima hora da melhor maneira possível, as instalações e estrutura do lugar são excelentes, muito bem localizado, estão de parabéns!

Almost nothing, although I was not expecting much. However, I liked the host and the facilities of the AirB&B just on the same property (Up Studio).

Nobody to receive us, although a message was sent well in advance. No bedsheets. No glasses. No cups. No cutlery. No wifi. No proper parking place. No responsive host. No phone number to contact. Everything disorganised.

Super nice hosts, the property is close to the beach. Very nice Ilha de Campeche close to this spot, visit it at least once, we saw coati and the nature there is very beautiful. The hosts rented us a sun umbrella for free which was very useful! No complaints about the hosts at all. The kitchen had dishes and fridge.

Actually our most concern was about the location overall - don't go there if you're not a Brazilian, choose other resort on this island. There are no good shops or restaurants close, almost no one speaks English, absolutely no facilities on the beach (like WC). To get to the nice restaurants or a big shop we had to use Uber for 20-25 min ride all the time. The closest and only 2 restaurants are about 1,5km away and mostly busy and not so good. The town Florianopolis offered us a lot more. It's a resort for local people who cook instead of visiting the restaurants, have their cars with them to buy products etc. The property itself was not so comfortable as well - we were given an apartment in the corner near the big table where all the guests gathered and made lots of noise right under our windows. It was raining sometimes so we had to spend some day time inside. All the neighbours were very close, the apartment didn't seem so private. Another thing is that someone always parked his car right in our corner so we had difficulties bypassing it, especially carrying some things from the beach or the shopping bags. The bathroom was not so clean unfortunately:(

The location is great, very beautiful beach 2 min walking. The flat is nice, it is good for a small family. You can use the surf and body board for free :) Very friendly stuff

The bathroom is upstairs, so if you have someone who has difficulties to climb stairs in your group, it might be a problem. Not sure if they advertise that breakfast is included or not, but it is very simple and we not even had the breakfast as we bought our own food.

Amazing host, Felipe gave us so many good tips and was always there to help with a smile. Also the place is 5min away by foot from the beach and is quite big.

Sadly it's quite loud there, you will find that the windows are not very soundproof and every 15min there is a plane passing over you.

Host is exceptional and property as advertised!

We really felt welcomed by Felipe and Valquiria They even had mosquito repellent for guests that was much appreciated. Felipe and Valquiria were amazing hosts. Place is nice and quiet , 5 min walk to the beach. Beat value we found.
