L'elegante villa si trova nella parte più meridionale e interessante di Cape Coral. Vista da sogno sull'acqua: è una delle poche trame sul canale Nimrod. Dal molo e la passeggiata dei capitani di 25 metri è possibile osservare i delfini e i manete, andare a pescare e godersi la vista del giardino tropicale con palme.

L'atmosfera lussuosa della villa non è paragonabile alle solite case vacanza, poiché utilizziamo anche la villa privatamente. È stato affittato solo agli ospiti in vacanza dalla fine del 2015.

Home is beautiful with plenty of room and privacy. Location is right on the water with boats and wildlife to watch as they pass by. Easy dock access for a boat. Host is easy to work with and so accommodating. Chris the property manager is great-always responds immediately and takes care of any issues. Pet friendly is a plus!

This house has everything we needed. The property is amazing, the views in the canal are amazing. We saw an alligator swimming, manatees, and plenty of fish, we even saw a bald eagle flying. Amazing week and great property. My son enjoyed fishing from the dock all week.

This property is a wonderful place to stay! There are 2 primary suites with King beds and 2 smaller bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The 3rd bathroom has access to the pool as well as to the hall inside. The open concept kitchen/living area is perfect for gathering and conversation. Just about everything you need is supplied by the owner. I do bring a crockpot for use on busy golf or beach days. It is nice to have dinner ready when you get home.
The lanai and pool area is a favorite spot. So peaceful and beautiful.
Dolphins and an occasional Manatee can be seen in the canal; although this year we did not see as many.
We always look forward to staying at Dolphin View.
The owner and the property manager are fantastic to work with.

We enjoyed the stay so much we have already booked our return. This is a spacious, ranch-style home with two generous master suites, comfortable furniture, and an open plan kitchen and living room. The long dock affords a pleasant water view beyond the pool. Cool weather this trip meant we only used the hot tub, but that was well-liked by all. Great communication with both the owner and the local property manager.

Property is just as advertised and displayed. The interior is a bit dated but that was not an issue and I would not hesitate renting it again. The property manager was very friendly, personable, and available. One small leak we had was repaired immediately. I liked the location - near a main canal so lots of boats to watch.

It is a very good setup for multiple families vacationing together. House was nice good pool area and a great location. Did not disappoint. Great sunset views and we did end up having a dolphin swim by on our last night there!

Dolphin View is a wonderful place to stay. The owners and property manager are very detailed oriented. They are always improving the property, which, by the way, does not need much improvement.
There are two master suites with king beds and 2 smaller bedrooms with queen beds. The kitchen is open to the dining & living areas with easy access to the large lanai and pool. We love watching the many boats coming and going on the canals and seeing dolphins near the dock. We even saw a manatee in the canal this year.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house, the view is even better than pictures. The location is very close to the Marina, restaurants, and Publix. House is well equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers. Pool is very large, and spa was a welcomed plus during the colder than usual Christmas holiday. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful time during our stay. Every thing was as advertised! We had a couple small things pop up while there, but I reached out to Chris the property manager and he jumped right on it! I would highly recommend!

Relaxing, peaceful, and definitely worth it!
We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral! We were a group of 7, mostly family. This home offered everything we needed and more at a good value!
The two master bedrooms were perfect. We had my husband’s parents with us and we all had plenty of room to spread out.
The pool, hot tub and canal were the highlight! It was so relaxing to enjoy that view everyday. My husband, sons and our good friend enjoyed many hours of fishing and boat watching.
We brought our golden retriever with us and she had just as much fun as we did! We loved the fact that she was able to be with us. We were able to take her to a dog-friendly beach on Sanibel Island.
Our favorite restaurant was FINS Seafood & Bar. It’s not on the water, but it was better than a lot of the restaurants on the water! So tasty that some in the group went back a second time!
The only regret we had was that my husband had to work a lot on this trip. That was unexpected, but we made the most of it.
We highly recommend this house! If we get a chance to go back, we will definitely rent a boat next time!

Daughters graduation trip
The house was great! Pool amazing! We never once heard from the property manager. I've rented before and usual they give great ideas and all if anything is needed. We figured out how to run the pool and spa by ourselves but must've hit a wrong button because the pool was very warm on our last day. The property is beautiful and we would stay again just a little bit of customer service whose been nice.

We stayed here on our annual golf trip and again were more than happy. Beautiful home, great location. The weather was sunny and 31 or sunny and 32 each day. Lots of good restaurants around. Thanks again for great hosts and a very good property manager - Chris.

Perfect multi-family house in a GREAT location
What a wonderful home for two families as this property has two master suites. Plenty of room for all, large kitchen with everything you need, great outdoor space and fabulous pool/hot tub combo!
The location is excellent! Sits on the north side of the canal, so you have sun exposure almost all day. The house name is Dolphin View and this is well described as we saw dolphins during early evening daily. There is a grocery store about 3 minutes away and multiple marinas within 5 minutes. The property has direct gulf access, I recommend a weekly boat rental.
Overall we enjoyed a wonderful week at this property and in Cape Coral!

Loved our stay at this home
Our stay at Dolphin View was amazing. The house, pool, sunsets, fishing right off the dock was spectacular. We caught so many different kinds of species including a sting ray. Our family so loved the spacious house and beautiful pool and hot tub. One reviewer committed on rat feces, it is not rat feces it is gecko feces, and none was around the pool area. We did see a couple of geckos but they were not a nuisance and when you are down south expect to see them. We were unable to rent the boat from the owner so we rented one through a rental place which I would highly recommend doing if the owners is not available. We did see dolphins around the home but you will be able to see more boating the canals, and loved boating to Sanibel Island. Don't hesitate to book this house as you will not go wrong. We are starting to come up with dates for 2024 to book again!!!! Thank you Nicole and family to opening your house for us. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

Serenity at its best!
Dolphin View is in a wonderful location! There are many great restaurants in Cape Coral and a couple of nice golf courses as well.
We can not say enough about this property; as we loved our time there. It is well equipped, the pool and lanai are beautiful. We love watching all of the boats coming and going. We saw dolphins and a couple of manatees near the dock, which never gets old!
The two master suites are on opposite sides of the house with the two queen bedrooms sharing the third bath, which is also accessible from the pool area.
The owner and the property manager are both fantastic to work with! Both are very responsive to any inquiries or needs.

Beautiful home and location
We had a fabulous stay at Dolphin View. The home was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and spa and enjoyed watching all the boats. Disappointed we didn’t see any dolphins or manatees near by but would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home. We are looking forward to coming back.

Great family home
This property is great for a family plus grandparents. The two master suites are wonderful and having a third bathroom for the kids was great! The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you will need to cook at home. The lanai and pool are so nice and enjoyed by all. We would love to stay here again.

Rat feces all over the lanai
the pool and hot tub were great, when we got there the slider in the junior master was not working texted Chris he came and fixed it, he set the AC on 72 we did not change it and not knowing why the overage on electric is now 200.00 seems very high . Told Chris about the Rat feces all over the lanai, we had to clean it up was not a clean area when we got here also had to sweep the area down by the boat dock it too was full of rat feces, they did come and put down a rat trap and took it out on 4 days later but never brought one back, the rats made holes in the screens of the lanai was how they got in and out. we made sure there was no food out there ever for them to get into, the grill was not useable it was disgusting, had ants everywhere in the house. I paid almost 5000.00 to rent this house I am from up state NY so was not going to leave we made the best of it and kept killing the ants and sweeping up rat feces, not going to give a good review and not going to share this on line hope they will take care of this problem and I do not feel in 2 weeks we used 200.00 dollars of electric so I am not going to pay it and will dispute it on my card

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, spacious, beautiful, and in a great location. The pool and spa area was used every day because it was so amazing. It was a pleasant surprise to only have to purchase "consumables" when we got to Florida - the house had so many amenities! We have grown children, and they appreciated the space to spread out, yet come together. I would love to return for another visit!

Dolphin View is a perfect home for a family vacation. It is roomy, comfortable and in a beautiful location. Chris the property manager is very responsive to any needs that arise. The waterway is beautiful and great for fishing and boating with lots of dolphin sightings. Everyone loved the pool and large screened patio too!

Great House for Two Families
We were two families of four who stayed in this house. It was very comfortable, clean and a perfect layout. The two master bedrooms allowed for each set of parents to have a bedroom and bathroom to themselves on opposite sides of the house - both with direct access to the pool/patio - while the two bedrooms and the bathroom in the middle of the house were shared by our four children. The pool was amazing and the property had all the amenities that one needs. It is next to a marina where we were able to eat out and rent a pontoon boat for the day, but it is situated on a beautiful canal that allowed us a peaceful view of dolphins swimming by. We were also able to have kayaks delivered and were easily able to paddle through and explore the canals. Great vacation house overall! I would highly recommend it!

Great location, great house!
The location is terrific because it’s a nice quiet neighborhood but convenient to go on day trips, tours, to restaurants and grocery. It’s also on a canal intersection; even if you’re not a boater, it’s fun people watching.
The house is just about perfect. Exactly as the listing detailed. Everything was excellent quality. We really enjoyed the pool and spa and surrounding patio area.
Property manager was very responsive and friendly when contacted about a couple of small issues (blown out lightbulb in a shower and an unbalanced ceiling fan). Both issues were fixed immediately.
If you have mobility issues (for example a sprained knee) be aware there are no handrails in the pool or spa and no steps within the spa. Our group got a little creative and everyone was able to enjoy their stay.
This was a great rental and our group would love to return again!

Wonderful Stay at a beautiful property
We wanted a get away from the COViD stress we’ve all been experiencing, so decided to drive to FL from CT to stay at Dolphin View. What a fantastic property to stay at after a LONG drive! Everything was clean and beautiful, and great size! Kitchen is awesome and fully equipped. We only needed groceries from Publix, who delivered. So relaxing. We also rented a boat and we’re able to dock it right outside the pool house door. Highly recommend, we will be back?

Great getaway home!
Rented this house and the one next to it for our wedding party the weekend of our wedding! I had also rented another property down the road a couple minutes, we all loved this house so much we were sad we had not put ourselves there. The pool and hot tub got lots of use. Kitchen was large and lots of seating for everyone. House was extremely well stocked! Views were amazing.

This home was perfect for our two families. Plenty of room and the pool area was amazing. We spent the majority of our time sitting out on the deck or floating in the pool. Got to see dolphins swim by the dock on our last night. Highly recommend this home for a large family or two families vacationing together.

Spring Break Getaway
We had a wonderful week at DolphinView! The house was the perfect size for our two families to stay, the views of the canal were gorgeous and we couldn’t keep the kids out of the pool. There was one issue with the pool filter/heater when we arrived, but the property manager took care of it right away. The kids are already asking to go back!

We wanted to get some warm, sunny weather before Christmas. Mission accomplished! Weather was beautiful for our entire stay. Great location for the house with plenty of room. It was a perfect choice for our family!
