Location was ideal for centre of Windermere. Great to have parking off road. Evelyn made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble.

The b & b is about 10 minutes walk from the train station so very handy. We found some lovely restaurants and pubs just round the corner from the b and b. We loved cafe Italia! Its about a mile walk to the lake and great for buses. Everlynn who runs the b & b is so helpful, nothing is too much trouble and thanks for the lovely breakfast. All in all fantastic value! Thank you Everlynn x

Evelyn the owner was very friendly, took an interest in all guests and made suggestions for where was good to eat and go out. Room lovely and clean, everything we needed was there. Breakfast freshly cooked and was lovely. Location of the B&B great for the centre of Windermere. All in all a really good place to stay.

Evelyn was a very friendly, welcoming host who immediately helped to make our time in the Lake District enjoyable. Our stay was so comfortable, homey and breakfast was a much appreciated inclusion. The BnB’s location is fantastic for being on a quiet street, with Windermere town just up the street, and a close walk (15-20 mins) down to Bowness. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Evelyn was a lovely host. Really chatty and helpful, giving us some great tips for numerous walks/locations/bars and restaurants/best routes etc. This is a fabulous location in the centre of Windermere with 24/7 FREE street parking or private parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast served daily at 8.30. All in all, it made for a stress free lovely long weekend.

It was really good to get free parking. The breakfast was a really traditional full English breakfast. The room had everything we needed.

Host was lovely and friendly. Evelyn was very helpful I left a charger for my device at home and she allowed me to use hers. Room and bathroom was very clean. A short walk and there were restaurants for your evening meal. The walk to the lake is about 20-25 minutes.
