This property was just as described. Beautifully decorated, clean, and plenty of space for our group of 6. I really appreciated the level of communication from MyOceanRental, as it felt like they really cared about us having a wonderful stay. Parking, check-in was easy. Only issue we ran into was that we had to wait until exactly 4PM on check-in day for the door code to let us in, even though we’d received a text earlier in the day that our unit was ready. Not a big deal since we arrived only a few minutes before 4, but caused some confusion. Will definitely stay here again!

My recent stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves. Here’s a breakdown of our incredible experience:
Location
The condo's location is absolutely unbeatable. Nestled right on the beach, we enjoyed direct access to the pristine sands and clear waters. Whether it was an early morning stroll or a sunset walk, the convenience of having the beach just steps away added so much to our stay.
Accommodation
The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully furnished. It felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The spacious living area and the comfortable bedrooms provided the perfect retreat after a day in the sun. We particularly loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered stunning ocean views.
Amenities
The amenities were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. Beach gear can be rented nearby.
Surroundings
The surrounding area was vibrant and full of life. We found plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment options to explore. The local seafood was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed trying different eateries every night.

Great location we walked to everything never had to move our car. Love the huge plastic carts to get things to and from room for ease of packing.

The property nicely fit my husband and I, along with my son and his wife, and 3 kids. It was nicely equipped and the location was perfect. The only ding I can give it is the elevator situation. There are only 2 elevators servicing the entire complex and the wait can take several minutes. If you’re on the 4th floor, as we were, it is 58 steps which made it difficult if you had beach equipment or groceries or anything to haul. Otherwise it was great and the property managers were great.

Our stay was wonderful from check in in the room to departure. Lovely, very clean, and oceanfront. Accessible parking and an elevator. About a 5 minute walk to restaurants. The whole family was happy. Can't wait to stay again!

Only thing I can think of as an improvement would be a washing station for the car. Just a high power hose to knock some of the sand off a couple times or when leaving.

Unit was very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was well-appointed with pots, pans, utensil which made for easy Thanksgiving dinner preparation! Great location for easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shops.

Very comfortable condo. with two bedrooms having their own bathroom and two bedrooms that share a bathroom, so our friends and adult children could relax. Meals together and games played filled our time when we weren't on the balcony enjoying the sunshine, dolphin watching and oceanside view. Walks on the beach, in Charleston and meals at numerous restaurants and shopping kept us entertained. The condo is conveniently located to everything and My Ocean Rental provides excellent communication with a calendar of events taking place while we are there. We will be back.

Two families had a great vacation at this lovely home. It was in a great location with beach access and a block from restaurants and stores in town. The view from the house is amazing as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay, however it becoming overshadowed by COVID 19. Through no fault of My Ocean Rental everything shutdown, restaurants, bars, church, beach, even the island itself. Nothing was open anywhere. This was not our first time here, in this unit, so we know how very enjoyable it is. I felt so bad for the business people. This was a fluke! We will be back next year, in this unit, as we feel so comfortable there

Just what we were looking for. Needed a place to accommodate 3 couples and this fit the bill exceptionally. All bedrooms were spacious and adjoined with one of the 3 baths. Common areas had everything you needed. Loved the multi colored paint for every room.

This was an awesome rental! The space was inviting, comfortable, and quiet (If there were neighbors, we never heard them). The view of Folly Beach was spectacular. All the restaurants, clubs, and shops were within walking distance.

Overall the stay was great! The view and location are extraordinary!! One suggestion from adult guest is it may be a good move to update one of the queen beds to another king. My guest was 6’5” and 275# and sleeping with wife he was not able sleep well.

We had an amazing time at the property! it’s footsteps away from the beach which was perfect. The space was big and can easily house 8 people. Just remember to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent.

Our stay here was in April when apparently it was unseasonably windy and cool, so we couldn’t use the pools. But we enjoyed the great view from the balcony. We wished there was beach equipment available, and left some sand toys there for the next family, after we had to purchase some. Other than a weird stick of butter we noticed under the dishwasher, the place was very clean and tidy. Our young son enjoyed the fish decor very much. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the master king bed is very comfortable. We would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our girls trip! We are local to the Charleston area and decided on a weekend staycation, folly is quiet in Jan so it was perfect for relaxing! The property was clean, spacious for all 5 of us. Close enough to walk to all the folly local dining spots; Breakfast at Lost dog or planet follywood, dinner at taco boy and live music at the washout or grabbing late night snacks at Bert’s all within walking distance. The patio was perfect for the ocean front view everyday and just to relax and hang out with friends! It was easy to make this condo our home away from home for 4 days! I would recommend this place, and plan on booking this same condo again!

The property was very nice. The view was breathtaking! Check in was easy. The property manager was easy to work with to answer all our questions. The kitchen is well stocked. We made several meals with more than enough room for all to sit at the table. The property was clean. It was very comfortable for all of our party with ages that ranged from 3 to over sixty! The elevator was very helpful. Carts are provided to help get luggage and groceries to the unit. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!! We plan on returning on our next visit to Folly Beach!!

This condo had everything we needed and more. A short walk to the restaurants, ocean view, clean, and the property is well-maintained. The sunrise off the balcony is stellar. We hope to be back in the summer, and will definitely inquire about renting this property again!

We loved staying in COV 411. The hurricane ruined our plans to enjoy the pool (too cold) but the location of the beach, restaurants, and playground was wonderful. The house has comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with fun beach decor. The porch is perfect for sunrise breakfast. My kids loved that there was a TV in their room. They also loved the primary bathroom and "swimming" in the big tub. The jets didn't work, which was a disappointment, but not a big deal. The kitchen was well organized which really helped when making dinner. Be aware the HOA doesn't allow golf carts on the property, so you can not use one of the spaces for it.

We had a great time at this location. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and the view was great! The outdoor patio was wonderful for sunrise! We were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will stay there again if headed to Folly Beach!

Unit was very well equipped and brightly decorated. The entire check-in and checkout process went very smoothly. We all enjoyed catching the sun from the balcony. We are hoping to come back again next year

Great stay at Folly
The location of this property was great! Wonderful view! I thought the bed was comfortable, and everything we needed was provided, although we never found the dustpan if there was one. The faucet in the kitchen had very little water pressure, but it didn't bother us. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Our Best Vacation Ever at Folly Beach!
The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of room and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped and we did a lot of cooking. For occasional meals out it was only a short walk to Center Street. We loved the balcony and the beachfront view! We have absolutely no complaints and in fact have rebooked the same unit for August!

Mostly nice
The set up was nice. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen utensils limited and knives for food prep dull. Views lovely but some wet and dirty mats on patio caused us to bring sand and wet in house. We moved them out of the way. I would say with a little tweaking could be a most wonderful stay. Think of how comfortable you want a house to be. I have rented houses on Folyfor 40 years. First time for a condo.
