Sea Esta was a great spot for our family as we gathered to celebrate our son's wedding.It was both beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and town, enough space to gather before events, parking, all make it a spot easy to recommend!

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and the location was great. Very short walk to the Village and Gulf. Place was very clean and well supplied. We appreciated the bikes and beach carts. Will be back!

upon arrival we found the washer full of mold which made me really nervous because l had to wash my baby clothes in there. They finally changed it after my second request ,but at that point l didn't need the washer anymore because we left the next day. The coffee machine is broken also. The property looks good but they need to be more careful about such indispensable and important things for their guests.

Great place on Siesta Key
Solid choice for a family vacation. The property was a block from the beach and a block from the village. The property had everything you will need to have a great time at the beach and pool. And the kitchen was properly stocked as well. We would stay here again.

There was really bad mildew in the washer. When we got there the dishwasher and disposal did not work. Took two days to fix. Would overall think of better amenities if you're spending 4k for 5 days....

Our stay in the keys
This property was so accommodating to all you needs, it has all the little conveniences of beach chairs to bikes to make staying here so easy. The 2 min walk to eat, shop or the beach was exactly as it said. The personal attention such as the cupcakes was above and beyond what was expected.

Great Location & Spotless
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The house was spotless, all the restaurants and shopping were walkable. The house came with all the beach chairs, toys, coolers, etc. that we needed for a day at the beach which was awesome! We would definitely stay again.

A nice getaway from the chaos
The photos and description of this property are extremely accurate, which is not always the case unfortunately. We would definitely recommend this to people like us… Low-key vacationers with a young child who want a beach place within walking distance but far enough away from the hubbub.

Other areas that could be improved include replacing the "gas station quality" toilet paper with something better, repairing the blind on the sliding doors to provide privacy at night, installing a rack or similar at the bathroom vanity to hang hand towel and washcloth on and removing dirt and mold from the outside of the sliding doors.

Honeymoon
We stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The Cottages crew were so helpful and easy to work with. Our plane arrived before check in so they let us keep our bags in their office while we wandered around town. They gave us a bunch of recommendations of places to eat and drink. They even gifted us cupcakes and a bubbly to celebrate the special occasion.
The house is very clean and exactly like the pictures. We were very happy with how comfortable the mattresses and pillows were. The best part was the very short commute to the beach. This beach does not disappoint. The sand is like powder! The house has beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys/games. The only things we had to buy were the groceries and booze.
I highly recommend ordering food and beer online from Publix. They will deliver everything to you.
The commute to town is easy as well. We were a quick walk away from the center of town. We highly recommend the margaritas and mojitos at The Hub. You also have to try SKOB (siesta key oyster bar). Their happy hour does not disappoint! Discounted oysters on the half shell that are enough for two people. Their fried grouper was my husband’s favorite appetizer.
Siesta key village is very chill and family oriented. Most bars close around midnight. The two party bars were The Daiquiri Deck and Beach Club. We preferred the Beach Club. They had some great bands.
We plan to return to this beautiful beach town and we will definitely rent from The Cottages again!!

Great place and staff
This was a great place for me and my family to stay for five days. It's very close to the beach and in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. They provide everything you would need like towels, utensils, bikes, and a beach caddy. I was shocked. When called when something wasn't working properly and maintenance showed up within the hr to fix it. The property management crew came and brought us something that we asked about. They are all really great. I would definitely come stay here again.

Lovely place
Lovely condo within walking distance of downtown and very close to the public beach access. Stayed with two other couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beaches are beautiful and the pool is lovely as well. The management team also responds very quickly to any needs/questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this place.

Great location, great vacation!
We had a short stay at Sea Esta and loved every minute of it. The unit is decorated very charmingly, the welcome cupcakes were adored by my children, and we had a great time both at the beach and the pool. Being right across from the beach access was incredibly convenient. The unit had everything we needed and the available chairs/towels/bikes were all easy to find prior to departing for the beach. And the village was super close to walk to for dinner at night. Highly recommend this rental!
