Unit was very clean floor wise and in the bathrooms. Kitchen clean too.

Towels need to be bleached or replaced (hand towels replaced). Stained and grungy looking. Kitchen needs a flat cookie sheet type of pan for heating frozen food in oven. Smaller spoons would be nice too.

thanks for allowing us to rent your property there are matters which require your immediate attention. the most important being lack of security chains on the door. it is vital your guest are secured from your vendors when they are in the premises secondly, the guest bathroom sink faucets is not functioning well. finally, it is noted we were forewarned of the traffic / noise related issues after payment was rendered. this is unacceptable. may we suggest moving washer / dryer to the garage. current location is not in the best interest of your exhausted guest nonetheless we appreciate you
