SUNRISE @ BINALONG BAY on the Bay of Fires
Questa tradizionale baracca sulla spiaggia ha una magnifica vista sulla baia di Skeleton - parte della famosa Baia dei fuochi della Tasmania. Una deliziosa casa per le vacanze iconica per la famiglia o gli amici in cui rilassarsi e godersi una vera vacanza a Tassie.
La proprietà è composta da un ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina a pianta aperta, con caminetto e ventilatori a soffitto. Disponibile una nuovissima suite lounge in pelle e una grande TV a schermo piatto con Netflix. A questo livello ci sono tre camere da letto, un bagno e due bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e una splendida vista sull'oceano. La seconda camera ha anche vista sull'acqua e un letto matrimoniale, mentre la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e vista sul piccolo parco accanto. Grandi aree esterne, barbecue WeberQ a misura di famiglia. Cortile completamente recintato per un'area sicura per far giocare i bambini.
Al piano inferiore troverete una sala giochi, con tavolo da ping pong, palestra professionale con sacco da boxe, manubri e kettlebell. Con un sacco di posti a sedere per la famiglia per passare il tempo giù per le scale a guardare la seconda TV e divertirsi un po '. O semplicemente manda i bambini al piano di sotto, e sgattaiola fuori e leggi un libro sul ponte al piano di sopra!

Siamo felici che tu porti il tuo cane e c'è un grande cortile recintato per loro. Sono ammessi anche all'interno, ma non li permettiamo nelle camere da letto o sui mobili.

We were very impressed with the property, the quality and comfort of the beds and linen was excellent, the fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine was great, we loved the extras like the table tennis table, and the deck and big windows, so good, the view is so beautiful and the sunrises spectacular!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable (a must for us), the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and a great coffee machine to boot. Our teen son loved the ping pong table and the ability to watch Netflix in the evening. The Location was very good; a short drive or slightly longer walk to the beach, in a quiet street with a great view! Though we didn't bring our dogs, I love that the property was full fenced with a large backyard. I do wonder how the bedrooms would fare in both summer and winter as there was no cooling or heating in these rooms. Regardless we had a lovely stay.

This was a fantastic property to stay at. It was very close to the beach and had a large securely fenced yard which was great for my large dog to enjoy while we were there!

We loved this place, big yard space, beautiful balcony, games room, spacious living area. Was great for our 2 year old and safe too with gate blocking the stairs and balcony itself very safe also.

This is the 4th time we've stayed here so think that says it all about this property.. We feel at home as soon as we walk in. Very well equipped, comfortable, spacious and a great woodheater. Great outlook and quiet location.

We enjoyed our stay in Binalonbay. We loved all the beautiful native flora and could imagine how wonderful it must have been for the original inhabitants to live in this area. Some information about the indigenous people of Tasmania living in this area would have been awesome.

I spent three weeks at this property…what a fabulous comfortable and well equipped home.
I haven’t stayed on this side of Binalong Bay before, looking over Skeleton Bay and seeing those sunrises, wow! Even saw dolphins playing in the bay!
Fully fenced for Fergus (furbaby) to run around and explore, he loved it!
We enjoyed this property and location immensely

Lovely place to stay with everything a family with two teenagers could need. Great location and views, the fire kept us cozy and some great places to walk and appreciate Binalong Bay.

It was such a lovely accommodation. Everything was very functional, the place was very clean and the kitchen had all the appliances needed. The view from the deck was stunning and we really enjoyed watching the sunrise with our morning cuppa. The location of the place was also great. All went smoothly with rhe check-in. Five stars!

We had the nicest time staying at Sunrise @ Binalong Bay. A family holiday doesn't feel right without the dogs coming along and we were lucky enough to invite them along with us to this property. The location is perfect - close walk to the beach but not on the main road. The house was set up perfectly for our family. We enjoyed playing the board games and sitting by the wood fire whilst taking in the views of the ocean. My only regret is not staying longer. We will definitely be back!

Spacious living and dining area. Kitchen was well equiped with appliances and crockery. The frying pan was a bit old though and a non-stick one would be good. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. It was very cold when we were there although it was summer. A heater in the front room would make it perfect. View of the skeleton bay was great. Sad that we didn't get to play at the backyard cos there were some dog poo. However the board games and Netflix occupied most of our time whole we were indoors. Jan, the host was also easy to communicate with. She even gave us some tips on places to go and what to look out for.

Everything needed for a relaxing get away. Property lovely and clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Quiet location and the views did not disappoint! Even got to watch dolphins and whales from the balcony. Will definitely be re-booking and coming back here...loved it...was sad and hard to leave!

Our 3rd stay. We love this property, both the house and the position are great. One of the things we love most is the woodheater but sadly the wood let it down this time as it wouldn't burn. No matter how much kindling, firelighters and newspaper we used we struggled to get the wood to burn. Thank goodness for the heat pump. Must have been very wet or green but that is no reflection on the property or the Manager,

Great holiday
The home lived up to the advertising. The lounge/dining/kitchen was open plan and spacy, the morning sun coming in through the eastern windows was awesome. The house is at the eastern side of Binalong with no views of the beautiful white sands the east coast is renowned for but we never tired of looking over Skeleton Bay, and the glistening on the rising sun on the bay was magical. The bedrooms, though not large, were very comfortable with plenty of storage. There was no heating or cooling in the bedrooms so I expect during summer they would be very hot while not having electric blankets could make winter sleeping pretty cool. Despite same, I believe a 5 star rating is warranted and we will definitely return.
