La casa si trova sulla Grotte Ridge sul perimetro dei terreni vergini della Caves House ea breve distanza a piedi da Yallingup Beach, Smith Beach e tutti i comfort di Caves House. La città di Dunsborough è a 10 minuti in auto, la borgata di Margaret River è a 30 minuti.
La casa è completamente attrezzata e può ospitare 8 persone con 4 camere da letto, 3 con letti queensize e una con 2 letti singoli. Camera da letto principale ha bagno privato, un secondo bagno è dotato di doccia, vasca da bagno e vanità con secondo WC separato. Tutti i letti hanno doonas con coperte e cuscini senza scivoli. T-asciugamani forniti. We loved our stay at this resort style house located in natural setting with stunning ocean views. Its location from the Yallingup patrolled beaches, the Caves Hotel and Dunsborough also made it ideal fir our family holiday. We all wanted to stay longer!

The property is fully equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Activities range from bushwalks along the coastline to short strolls to the beach through the beautiful gardens of Caves House.
Or you can just sit on the verandah and enjoy the views along the coastline.

Girls weekend away
Beached As, was the perfect house in the perfect location. Short walk to Caves House, the beautiful Yallingup beach and Andy’s store for your morning coffee. The house has the most amazing view and is immaculate. A wood fire for winter and everything you could possibly need. Linda is so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Beached As - Caves Ridge
We loved our stay in this fantastic and very comfortable holiday house. Caves Ridge is a wonderful location - just a short stroll to Caves House though the gardens and a 10 minute walk to the beach front. The view from the balcony is even better than the photo! We would definitely recommend Beached As to our family and friends. Linda was a great host too!

We stay at ‘Beached As’ regularly as we love the house and location. The house is clean, has beautiful views and is walking distance to Caves House. Linda is very welcoming and accommodating. We highly recommend it.

Fabulous view
We stayed here with family for a wedding at Arimia and it was the perfect location. Quiet, peaceful and what a view! Beds were comfortable, we did bring our own linen as felt the per person hire fee was too much. Doona covers provided were stained and in need of repair but it was only a short stay. I would advise travelling with an eye mask though if the early morning light bothers you. Kitchen well equipped for our needs. Living areas spacious but is all open plan so took awhile to heat - would not be suitable for young children as exposed steep stairwell open to the garage. Outside deck is LOVELY, very much enjoyed watching the ocean on a lazy Sunday morning. Check in-out process very smooth, no issues.

Great house, location and view
House was great for a family or even two. Close to the beach, about a 10 minute stroll, and a quick walk to Caves house for a drink or meal. It was fully equipped, everything worked well and the property was clean and tidy. Balcony was a good size for a group and perfect for outside dinner and drinks and watching the sunset. Would rent this property again.

Great property, excellent location
We stayed at Beached as for a long weekend. Easily located next to Caves house in a private estate. Handy path takes you straight down to main Yallingup beach. House has everything you need and nice view across to the beach.
