Extremely kind, responsive and smiling staff. They greet you with a smile and a welcome glass of prosecco. They gave us information about everything related to our stay in Zagreb and tourist maps of the city.
The hotel is in a prime location, 5-10 minutes from the old town and with very convenient tram connections to the rest of the more distant parts of the city. For those traveling by car - there is paid parking.
We had 4 night stayin and were a standard double room with normal equipment. It was very well soundproofed, there is a kettle for coffee and tea, a mini fridge. Every day they cleaned the room and changed the towels.
The breakfast was excellent and with a lot of variety.
On our next stay in Zagreb, we would choose this hotel again.

Top Lage direkt im Zentrum und zu Fuß alles schnell erreichbar, Straßenbahnstation fast vor dem Hotel. Parkplatz perfekt, sollte aber gleich mitreserviert werden. Tolles vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet dass keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Freundliches Personal, was gerne weiterhilft und stets gut gelaunt ist. TOP!

Being very close to the Ban Jelacic Square – the place of main Zagreb Christmas market – but in a quiet area, Park 45 Hotel offered to us everything that a tourist needs: a spacious room very well equipped with a large and very comfortable bed, a great variety of food for breakfast and of course, very nice and helpful staff. In addition we had a guarded parking seat for our car in the Hotel’s inner yard (pre-reserved and payed). A tram station is just in front of the Hotel and it makes easy the access to the main tourist attractions of Zagreb. Definitely Park 45 Hotel is a place to be kept for another staying in Zagreb.

My third stay at this hotel and it is always good to visit. The staff at the front desk are all exellent, probably the best front desk I have visited, thank you all girls for your service you are all great.
The bacon and eggs in the breakfast is always amazing.

The staff were just wonderful really made my stay. incredible big breakfast, really comfortable room and great location. make sure you get the hotel to arrange your transfer from Airport much cheaper
