The stay was everything you want from a vacation rental. Our hosts communicated openly and with genuine consideration for our well-being and comfort. The property itself was exactly as described - a beautiful home, spotless, super comfortable and in a wonderful location.

Our stay at the house was terrific! We were there for a family wedding in the area and the location of this house could not have been better. We loved the layout of the home and it's multiple areas to hang out and relax. The office area upstairs near the master bedroom was perfect for occasional work calls.
Kristin was great, a 10/10 host! She was very flexible with our both our check in and check out and accommodated our arrival and departure times so that we could make a couple of LAX runs for family members on those days. She was super responsive to our questions before we officially booked and throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the area. The neighborhood is fantastic and we will be back to Kristin's home the next time we have a need to stay is this area. Cheers!

The home was perfect for a family retreat with our adult children. The space was accommodating for our activities and private so we could enjoy our time together. It was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful home full of vintage charm in Santa Monica Canyon. The perfectly appointed home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was a very comfortable home for our family while visiting old friends in LA. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming!

Lovely home in an amazing location! My family of 6 comfortably stayed here and had a wonderful time. Kristin and Brandon were super helpful with where to go/places to eat etc and available for any questions. House very clean, beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The property is beautiful- lots of secluded outdoor space. It is in a perfect location - super quiet at night- but minutes from Santa Monica. Easy access to the PCH.
The hosts were fantastic- very responsive and easy to deal with. Easy check out process.

We loved this home. Great layout both inside the outside (throughout the yard). Plenty of options for hanging out. Easy walk into Santa Monica. Up to the Montana area or down to the Palisades Park. There are set of stairs on the way to Palisades Park that are must see/do if you are looking to get a bit of a vigorous workout on your walks. We definitely come back to this house.

wonderful hideaway to relax and gather
The property is on a quiet cul de sac with several private outdoor spaces. so while you are a short walk to the beach or to palisades park or a longer walk to the 'action' in DTsanta Monica the property feels like a retreat.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! You won’t find a better location in Santa Monica - close to restaurants and the beach. The hosts were super welcoming and their home was warm and inviting. We will absolutely be back!

A wonderful location for a family reunion
A spacious property with amazing outdoor hangout and dining spaces on a double lot. It was a perfect setting for some serious family time. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests and needs and the location was perfect in a quiet culs-de-sac.

Beautiful Property
We had a fabulous stay! Great neighborhood with everything we needed, from groceries, shopping and restaurants, all really close to the house. Lots of room for kids to hang out in their own space and me to relax in the spacious and bright living room. Loved the big open kitchen and having a fire every morning. The bedrooms were very comfortable; we all slept well! Wish we could have stayed longer given how centrally located it is to the beaches and other sites we visited. Hope to be back soon!

Beautifully Home & Neighborhood
The home is spacious, light, very well maintained and has a great equipped kitchen. It is a tranquil setting. There are nice separated outdoor spaces for sitting, cooking and relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet with many beautiful houses and gardens to walk by.

Great house – great vacation!
Everything was close by - miles of beach boardwalk, beautiful sandy beaches, shopping, cafes & restaurants - were all just a few minutes away. House was very comfortable.
Nice kitchen & dining area where everyone seemed to gather and hang out. Court yard area with basketball hoop was fun for the kids. We definitely will come back.
