We stayed with three adult children for Spring Break. They loved having separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. We spent most of our time at house grilling out and enjoying the pool. We had groceries delivered and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes needed to cook. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were plenty of beach towels and beach supplies. Quiet neighborhood and an overall a wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed the house and the pool. Having 3 bathrooms with 3 teenagers was awesome. The walk to the beach wasn't to bad. Definitely will be back!

This property was perfect for our group. There were 6 of us so 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is exactly what we needed. The pool/lanai area is lovely. The location is convenient for many activities. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful experience at the house, everything was very clean and they offered a lot of water toys and games. There was something for everyone. The pool was very relaxing. Our experience was overall amazing, our only suggestion is to add another fan outside in the pool area. But overall everything was wonderful, would recommend 100%

Great location
Home was very clean inside and well stocked with kitchen needs. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. Pool was awesome and communication was very prompt on any questions I had. Nice walk to beach. Great to have a fenced yard.

This is a very spacious home. We enjoyed the park pass, it was very nice to be able to go the beach without worrying about parking. The pool was lovely and the rooms were exactly what we needed. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed

Perfect location
This home is in a great quiet location, The pool stayed warm even with cool nights! Home very clean and mgt . company responded very fast! The TV's need some cable channels besides the streaming feature. Home is older so is a bit overpriced. Rented bikes for easy access to beaches, etc,

Location location
Our weekend event was just five minutes from this home and we had several other family members who stayed nearby. This house is close to the beaches, shopping, very walkable. The house was very clean, well-stocked. Beds were fairly comfortable (everyone likes their own better!) and there were plenty of towels, etc. The pool area is lovely, although as it happened, our weather was too chilly to use it. We would stay again!

Wonderful stay in Naples Park
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. For 7 nights, it was just my husband and me and our dog, and for another 7 nights, another couple joined us. This would be a great rental for 3 couples too (one bedroom has twin beds, but it's very nice and roomy) or a family. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and love the proximity to the beaches and also to shopping and restaurants. It's a great area to walk in too - lots of friendly people and pups. The house was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The heated pool was perfect for our after-golf relaxation. We would recommend without hesitation.

Cozy home
Our family had a great time here. The kids loved the pool. A state park pass was left for us to use the beach up the street, which was beautiful. There were pool and beach accessories in the garage available for use.

Nice house with pool
This was the first time we rented a home for a vacation. Overall, the house exceeded expectations. The property was clean and in an excellent location (to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants). Overall a relaxing stay (plus the pool was enjoyed by all).

Family vacation
We stay for a week a family of 6 adults and 2 kids and a 4 year old toddler. Oh and $250 extra for our golden retriever. Vanderbilt Beach was great. The house is not 0.6 miles from the beach. It is much further walking or driving approximately 1.5 miles. The pool is not as big as it looks in the picture and they came to clean it on a Wednesday mid day and we could not get back in the pool for 2 hours., that should of been done either early morning or before we arrived on Monday, so we would not of been inconvenienced. The fridge and kitchen cabinets were full of food no space for our stuff. Never experienced that in any of the houses I have rented for summer vacations in the past. Also I have never been charged extra $200+ As an adult for my 4 year old grandson.. I will not be staying here again. Thank you

Met and exceeded expectations
House was roomy and felt like home. The layout was perfect with each bedroom having its own full bath. The kitchen was huge with all amenities. The location was close to stores and restaurants as well as the beach. We even made a trip to the Everglades one day. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

A lovely place in a residential neighborhood. The house is clean and comfortable- perfect for families as well as a girls trip. The three of us had our own room and bathroom.We walked the neighborhood every day. It is close to the beach and restaurants. The pool and lanai were lovely and we spent the majority of our time out there. The owner was timely in fixing the disposal when it stopped working.The only thing that was disappointing was that the owners had disconnected the ice/water dispenser on the stainless steel refrigerator. The owner stated that renters do not know how to use it and it causes spills and creates potential for falls/injuries. We made a substantial investment, and I would expect to have the use of this equipment especially on a Florida vacation where it would be heavily used. We had to buys bags of ice which was inconvenient.The second small suggestion I would make is to replace all the outdoor furniture cushions. They are looking old and tired. I would give this property an A rating but not being able to use the ice dispenser really was an inconvenience for three adults staying on the property so I would give it a B.

Christmas getaway
The porch and the pool are the heart of the house. Come prepared to enjoy the indoor/ outdoor living. Grilling and enjoying the pool was the best part of our stay. We are a dog family. The house is equidistant from two beaches that do not allow dogs, so if love to go to the beach be mindful of that. This house is otherwise a very humble house in humble neighborhood. It has everything a rental should have but nothing is of top-notch quality. I would say bring your own towels. I would urge the owners to considers to upgrade the dryers, it looks rusted and safety hazard at its current state.

Awesome property, Exactly as described, and Quick Responses!
We absolutely loved our stay. The property was exactly as described. Our family of 5 had more than enough room. We enjoyed waking up and going straight to the pool and spending evenings at Delnar-Wiggins park courtesy of the park pass left by the owners. It was extra nice to have the park pass. Becuase we traveled during Covid-19, it was nice to visit a beach that was not overly crowded. We had a few general questions during our stay and they were answered almost immediately! I'm not sure when we will visit Naples, FL again, but we will definitely check with this property first. Thanks for a great vacation!

Everything As Advertised
The house was perfect with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths; The pool was clean & the temperature let us enjoy late into night. No need to call the owner during our stay because everything was just as they stated before we left on the trip. The state park pass allowed us free parking & come and go at our pleasure. Hope to be back next year! Highly recommend!!

Everything was exactly as described. Property manager was easy to reach and/or quick to respond when needed to answer questions. Everything we needed was provided and more. Close to beach, lots of info provided for us, lots of space, nice neighborhood for walking the dog, easy to get to downtown Naples or Mercato or Bonita or Ft. Myers. Spacious kitchen and living room. Loved having three bathrooms which is also hard to find in a rental.

Pet Friendly Spring Break
Traveled with a 5 lb dog, 3 kids, 2 grandparents, and my husband. We had a fantastic stay. Home was clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. Close to everything. Would recommend the state park beach over vanderbilt beach area. Quiet, safe, and old florida neighborhood. Communication through the VRBO app was flawless. Responses provided within 5-20 mins. If you have SHIPT or instacart, they deliver groceries to this area! Big Plus. Pool area was a hit with the entire family. We drove to beaches and there is a parking garage for Vanderbilt beach. If go to state park, use lot 4 b/c they have a food truck there. Stay was comfortable, relaxing, and home is well equipped and updated. Bathrooms are beautifully renovated. Kitchen is stocked and outdoor grill works! We would return in a heart beat. Thank you.

Everything We Needed
The house was perfect for our family of five adults and a 10month old baby. The fact that there was a crib and porta crib and high chair was a real plus. The pool and lanai were great and water temp perfect. Three bathrooms another plus. Clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend.

The house was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities for a great stay.
I stayed there with my wife, mother-in-law and our three young kids. The kids loved the large pool and playing on the pretty lanai. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. My wife loved the huge, well-stocked kitchen.
The area has a lot to offer as well. We took a guided tour at the Corkscrew Sanctuary that was just a 35 minute drive from the house - fantastic!
We'll definitely be back next year.

Close to beach
We had a wonderful time during our stay over spring break. The instructions were accurate, everything was easy, the house was clean. It had everything you need for a seamless vacation. Pool was wonderful! We rented bikes and rode to Vanderbilt beach and Delnor Wiggins State park - both so close! We love Delnor Wiggins so we spent most of our beach time there. It was so busy over spring break that people with cars had to be rerouted to park elsewhere, so having bikes was fantastic. The best part is that the house comes with a free pass to Delnor Wiggins so that was a significant benefit since we did not have to pay to enter
The house is beautiful but some of the interior is in need of some TLC (trim may need fresh paint, minor cosmetic updates) but overall, clean and well stocked with all necessities for a carefree vacation. Best of all, proximity to beach, shopping (Mercato within riding distance). We would definitely stay there again

Vanderbuilt Breeze
This house was absolutely perfect. There were 4 adults, but could have house 6 very comfortably. We had all the amenities of home. It clean and spacious. The lanai was comfortable with plenty of seating and the pool was great. Both Rena and Igor were very attentive to our needs or questions. We could not have asked for anything or anyone better. You could tell that they cared about not only their home, but also the renters. I look forward to going back to Naples. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS HOME TO ANYONE.

Convenient location in North Naples
Enjoyed the stay. Process was smooth, property generally in good shape with lots of room and amenities. Pool especially was maintained well, clean and comfortable. Only comment would be it might be time to freshen up the paint on some of the interior walls/woodwork.

Peace and quiet!!
This is a well-equipped, quiet home in a great location for the beach, the Catholic Church - St John the Evangelist, and Tamiami Road where many stores and restaurants are located. The owners provide a pass to the Delnor-Wiggins State Park, which we felt was very thoughtful, and the park offers a quieter beach with plenty of parking, restrooms, and a concession stand. Bedrooms are comfortable, and the home has adequate beach chairs and toys for play. The owners are very responsive. We enjoyed a very relaxing two weeks in this home, and hated to leave.

Wonderful
This home was just perfect for our week in Naples. Everything was very clean including the pool and bathrooms. Pool toys were available as well as beach toys and chairs. I was pleased to find a high chair in the garage. I packed my hair dryer and didn't need to. There was one in every bathroom! I would highly recommend this home.

Amazing property!!
We stayed for a week in September, and wished we had stayed for longer. The property is clean and well maintained.This spacious property is in an ideal location. It is close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We especially enjoyed the Mercato centre, which is less than 5 mins away by car.The pool is clean and great for an early morning dip. The house is equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. There was even an adapter for UK- US which was handy. We did not use the BBQ as it looked old and rusty, but still worked. Loved the old furniture in the house, but this may not be to everyone's taste. The owner was easy to deal with and answered our many questions promptly. The security deposit was returned quickly, and we would have no hesitation in staying in this property again.

Excellent Location, good facilities
Our first two days coincided with a tropical storm but due to the large sheltered patio this villa has we were still able to stay outdoors and use the BBQ etc. The villa is spacious, clean and benefits from two ensuite bath rooms. the free pass to Delnor Wiggins Beach and the supplied beach gear were excellent. The host was friendly and when we couldn't find a bath plug he promptly went to the shop and bought us one. the location is excellent being five minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants whilst still on a quiet road. The pool was large enough, secluded and the supplied toys welcomed by my children. Its fair to say that some of the fittings are now a little dated and will need replacing in the next few years but overall we are very glad that we chose this villa( we come to FL at least once per year) and when we next stay in Naples it will be our first choice.
