The condo was very nice and very well stocked. After talking with some of the other guests at the pool area and how their condo was not the greatest, we gave them Joyce’s number for next year. Joyce went over and beyond what a host should do. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!!

This condo has been tastefully updated and has been well provisioned with everything you might need. While the condo is beachfront, with a wonderful view, the walk to the beach is quite far, but well worth the walk. The owner/manager communicates extremely well and leaves no issues unattended. The private property is quite nicely maintained and has a gym and beautiful pool area. We shared the unit with another couple and found plenty of space for the four of us. Five star for sure.

My wife, 18 year old son and myself stayed at the condo for a week during spring break.
Prior to the trip we were in touch with Joyce who was very informative and provided us with the keys to the condo ahead of our trip.
Check in was easy. We arrived after hours and received a temporary pass at the gate without an issue. The unit is spacious and clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Beds were very comfortable. Smart TVs in every room. Very quiet at night. Nothing beats waking up in the morning to an ocean view and having breakfast on the balcony.
The condo has a storage room with everything that you need ( including a cart to carry everything to the beach ). We are passed the point of beach toys, but plenty of them were available.
Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

Our stay this year in Marco Island was wonderful! The condo was perfect. I wish it was available next March! Our only critique is the onboarding process. Getting thru the gate the first day and obtaining parking/bicycle passes was really painful. The condo association needs to invest in technology where we could do the onboarding online prior to our arrival.

Joyce was a pleasure to talk to and answered all of our questions very quickly. She was easy to get a hold of and we actually got to meet her. Great person and great host.
The condo was very clean and very comfortable. This condo has everything you need inside and everything you need for the beach too. The owners locker has everything (coolers, umbrellas, wagon and two wheeler to bring your stuff out to the beach with).
We would absolutely rent this condo again. Highly recommend.
Note for renters who park a car…. Get the $20 “fast pass” to get through the security gate. Many times there is a “back up” at the gate and this made it very quick and easy to get through.

This was a great place to stay and listing is accurate. Condo is updated and nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with all the basic needs and more. View is wonderful, distance to the beach is great and the property is well taken care of. Pool, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness center all within the facility grounds. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. We will visit again.

Everything about this condo is top notch. My Wife & I have traveled a lot and this was by far the most stocked condo with everything you need. The condo is fully updated and has a beautiful view as well. The access to the pickleball courts was awesome too. Joyce is a top notch owner and communicator. Thank you again

This property is just lovely! Very clean and beautifully updated. The owner of the property provided all of the conveniences that we could need, We were fully stocked with paper towels, toilet tissue, soap, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and even laundry detergent. The property is completely secure, no need to worry about any safety issues.The sunset, just breathtaking!!

This is one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in in Florida, super clean, just updated in one the safest complexes we have ever stayed. This condo had everything we might need including beach equipment and Joyce our host was so sweet. I would definitely rent here again when I’m back on Marco Island. Just minutes to walk to restaurants and shopping or very short drive to more shopping and restaurants. The sunsets from this unit were amazing and the sunrise from the other side of the condo were spectacular. Some restaurants in the area that were very good…Snook Inn , Island Gypsy, Davinci, Leebee Fish, The little bar and breakfast Doreen’s cup of Joe. If all condos were like this in Florida it would be easy to find a place to stay!

We come to Florida several times a year to vacation and have been for 15 years. This trip was celebration for my wife’s 50th birthday. This is the first place we have stayed that felt like home! The shelling is incredible on Tiger Tail Beach and that’s right up my wife’s alley! We felt safe with a 24hr security presents and the view from our balcony provided us with stunning sunsets and breath taking views of both wild life and sea life. The host was most pleasant and very helpful when we asked questions. We can’t wait to book this particular Condo/host again. I promise you’ll enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We had plenty of room in this spacious, well cared for condo. Yes, even after we brought in all the furniture off the balcony due to threat of Hurricane Idalia.
The condo was clean, well supplied so you could move right in and head to the beach.
Joyce checked in on us and was very responsive to any questions we had.

I found the condo to be located at the perfect spot for this trip. I wanted to stay closer to the bird sanctuary where the best shells on the island are found and this location was perfect. We had 3 adults in our group and everyone was complimenting how nice the condo was furnished, how the view from the deck was amazing, and how well the property was maintained. The property was also very convenient to the dockside restaurants we wanted to eat at, the fishing dock for our charter, and only a short drive to the Everglades for our swamp buggy and airboat excursions. Overall, we had an excellent time and would certainly come back again.

This is our second time visiting this condo, and it is gorgeous. The condo is well organized, clean, and has an amazing beachy feel to it. The host is wonderful, it was a pleasure to be her guest. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again. It was a very relaxing and calming stay, with everything you could ever need. We had an awesome stay at Joyce’s condo. The owner is such a lovely person, and was very helpful throughout the booking and stay. I’ve never had an owner contact me during the stay to check in on us, but Joyce did. I really appreciated that!
The condo was just like the pictures, no surprises on arrival. I appreciated that items such as toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods and other things were stocked in the condo. We didn’t have to run out and buy things immediately. There was even beer and some coffee creamer and spices left to use. The whole property is very well maintained. I was shocked to see plenty of staff continually cleaning the grounds. We always seem to have elevator issues at condo rentals. Not an issue there!
The only negative was that they don’t let you eat ANYTHING in the pool area. I just needed a little snack since we were on the beach for hours so i hid that I was eating a protein bar. And also the walk to the beach pulling a full beach cart can be exhausting! The condo association should hire people with 3 wheelers and carts to take your beach stuff out to the beach everyday. I would pay for that service! We had beach service setup ( chairs and umbrellas) at our last Vrbo condo, and it was awesome to not have to lug chairs and umbrellas out everyday!!
Bring some bug spray if you’re out at night or walking around the lagoon areas. We got eaten alive! Overall we had a great stay and would come back! Love Marco Island!! Love the restaurants!

Marco Island is beautiful! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a much longer walk to the beach than expected and the beach cart was more of a hinderance than help. If it had been just my husband and I, that would have been fine, but not ideal with our daughter. She did great despite the walk. The weather turned out to be perfect! Relaxing time! Highly recommend Marco!!

Joyce’s condo was absolutely what I was looking for and more. Everything was easily accessible and within a short distance. The grocery store was a quick drive and the walk to the beach was a beautiful trip around the lagoon. There are large beach necessities and an awesome storage closet for them, keeping her condo immaculate and the sand out. Joyce was quick in her responses and plentiful with information! The condo, shelling and sunset views did not disappoint! I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

The condo was updated, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beaches were beautiful with abundant shells. It was a bit of a walk to the beach, but the condo is located right in front of a sand bar, so we had lots of fun shelling during low tides. We loved the storage closet with beach chairs, wagon, etc. It was so convenient to have these items included and to be able to store them outside our room. I would highly recommend Marco Island and this condo!

This was our first trip to Marco Island. The condo was spotless, comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied and other extras were also provided by the owner. They views from the condo were spectacular! The complex was quiet and other vacationers so considerate. The pool was refreshing and very clean. There is a little walk to the beach, but it was not bad at all as the sand is pretty packed down making it easier to walk on. We loved taking walks down the natural part of the beach and also to the lagoon. We enjoyed bird watching ( saw a small owl) and collecting shells. There are so many restaurants nearby, every single meal we had was delicious. We loved the food and atmosphere at The Island Gypsy, also Joeys which is just across the street serves excellent Italian food. We will definitely be back, we still have more to see and do. When we return, will definitely rent this unit again!!

The condo in this gated community was all beautifully updated and so organized. Every detail was thought of, very clean and just perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool, walked to a few restaurants. All other stores & restaurants were a very close drive.

Joyce is so easy to communicate with for everything! So sweet and very attentive! I must have read every review last year before I booked this home. They were all true! You never know until you actually see for yourself but not this listing! By leaving this review I imagine I will have a much harder time finding open weeks next year but the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of Joyce is top notch. Sunsets were priceless! There was nothing we didn’t enjoy about our stay in this beautiful South Seas condo on the beach. Not only is the condo. beautifully decorated, but it is also wonderfully and very thoughtfully appointed. All is all a reflection of Joyce, the owner, who even called after the first few days of our stay to be certain that our visit was going well. My wife and I certainly hope we can stay here again!

The owner is extremely responsive and pleasant. The view of the sunset from the balcony is beautiful. Although we brought supplies, many are provided for guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with eating and cooking utensils. There are some nice extras as drying rack for clothes and baskets on shelves in master bath to hold toiletries. Laundry is on same floor just short steps away. Note that laundry uses an app (not cash) that requires you to download the app, use a credit card to fund account, and operate machines. Alternatively, there is a laundromat just a short drive from complex. Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores are a short ride north of condo. You can purchase a pass for your vehicle that electronically opens gate at guard booth for ease of entry to complex.

This property is exactly as pictured. The location couldn't be better. You have everything onsite that you could desire. Furthermore, if you want to actually cook high end, quality meals, you found the right condo as all of the pots and pans are Calphalon, which were perfect for our needs!

The condo was really nice place to stay. Would definitely stay there again. The views from the patio were breathtaking. Just a short walk & you’re on a huge, white sand beach with tons of seashells of all shapes & sizes. Shopping & restaurants are all within a short distance. The owner, Joyce, is a wonderful lady. We have been coming to South Seas Northwest for several years and have stayed in several different units. This was our first time staying in Joyce's unit 1102. We love the location of South Seas being right on Tiger Tail beach. We love to walk the beach every morning. Joyce's unit was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. I liked how she had a locker outside of the unit for the beach accessories (which there was everything you needed) so that we weren't bringing sand into the unit. Every other unit we have stayed in there was a closet in the unit with beach accessories. On our third day, there was a mandatory evacuation of the island. So we packed a few things and headed east for two nights. We had heard the island was completely flooded but water was receding quickly so we headed back. We didn't see a lot of damage on the island but we saw a lot of palm trees where the tops of trees were sheared so there were palms everywhere and saw some trees that were completely down. Maintenance cleaned up the pool area pretty quickly. We did not have power but we did have running water. Because the unit had a balcony facing west and a window in the kitchen facing east we had a nice breeze so it really wasn't that uncomfortable even for sleeping. Our first day back nothing was open (Publix, Walmart, etc). But the some stores gradually opened. It was really hard to find gas because either they didn't have power or the lines were really long. We stayed three more nights without power. Then our flight home out of Ft. Myers was cancelled so we ended up leaving a couple of days early and flew out of Ft. Lauderdale. Joyce was an amazing host. She kept in contact with us the entire time. From before Ian hit, and every day after. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Joyce, for your concern and trying to keep us safe.

My wife and I decided to go to Marco for our honeymoon and let me just say everything was INCREDIBLE!!! From how beautiful, modern, and absolutely clean the place was to how kind and responsive Joyce was, it made the perfect getaway. It was very apparent that Joyce took her time making sure every ammenity we could want was in her condo and after many trips including trips to Florida, Joyce was by far the best owner I’ve ever worked with and I cannot stress enough how amazing of a place she has! To other people reading this looking to rent in September, I will add that my wife and I learned September is Florida’s slow season, so certain cruises and attractions close for maintenance and the whole area is empty, which was so relaxing for us as we usually had the beach to ourselves and there was NO traffic the whole time, but for the more social families keep that in mind!

Beautiful Condo
This Condo was exactly as described. There were plenty of kitchen gadgets and tools to use as needed. All appliances were up to date. Bedding was very comfortable. There were plenty of chairs and beach carts to use for the beach. We were able to catch some beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Would definitely recommend this property. The only down side is that it's a long walk to the beach would not recommend this area for disabled people.
