Spazioso, adorabile, ben tenuto, cottage privato con vialetto privato, separato dalla casa principale. All'esterno ha 2 patii, uno coperto, con rilassanti sedie a sdraio, l'altro patio con tavolo da pranzo, grill a gas e amaca. Gli interni al piano inferiore dispongono di ampia cucina completa di elettrodomestici inox, lavatrice / asciugatrice full size, tavolo da pranzo per quattro o più posti con prolunga. Lo spazio abitativo ha un divano letto matrimoniale, una TV a schermo piatto e una docking station per I Pod. Al piano superiore comprende, ampia camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e molto spazio per la culla di un bambino. Bagno ha pavimento in ardesia, doccia piastrellata con porte in vetro tutti i nuovi infissi. La casa è completamente climatizzata e riscaldata con zona di duello.
Un ambiente tranquillo; Percorsi naturalistici per passeggiare e andare in bicicletta letteralmente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a Nature Perserve, a 1 miglio da Village Center o Ocean Beaches. Un sacco di ristoranti con cucina all'aperto, shopping, nautica e antiquing. Da non perdere sabato mattina Farmers Market !. Sagharbor è una grande comunità velica! Inoltre sono solo 5 miglia dalle nostre favolose spiagge oceaniche (uno dei quartieri più vicini a Sagharbor all'oceano). Ottima posizione per raggiungere Bridgehampton e East Hampton senza salire su Montauk hwy. Un facile giro in traghetto per Shelter Island o North Fork per degustazione di vini o Wolfers Winery in fondo alla strada! .L'HAMPTON CLASSIC HORSE SHOW a Bridgehampton è a 7 minuti in auto o al FESTIVAL DEL FILM HAMPTON a Easthampton. Tour di fogliame autunnale, raccolta di zucca / mela e degustazione di vini (2 1/2 miglia da Wolfers Vineyard. HARBOUR-FEST (settembre) MUSIC-FEST (ottobre). Finding the cottage is a bit challenging, if you rent it is a must to get accurate directions before you travel from the host. Internet was a bit spotty, some times it worked, some times it did not, and sometimes was slow. Could have used a full size coffee maker. But, they place was very nice and well appointed.

I am a Travel Agent /Realtor and my husband is a builder . We were not familiar with Sag Harbor and The Hamptons Area . We found this wonderful cottage and went by the online photos and the location description and booked it . Owner quickly responded and then was very helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to do ! The location is great ! We loved that there were beach chairs and towels to take to the beautiful beaches ! Bikes were there as well and we rode them into Sag Harbor one early morning for breakfast ! Very clean , extremely well finished and decorated beautifully . Glad we stayed here !

These accommodations were perfect for three people and well equipped. Loved the cottage and the setting. Joanne was a great host, and was very responsive from our first communication when we were looking at the property to whenever we had a question while we were there. The location is great, away from the crowds, yet a quick drive and short walk into town, and while we were there enjoyed the beach, biking, sailing and paddleboarding. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage was absolutely lovely, extremely well appointed, and very comfortable; we found it to be exactly as pictured. The cottage is very private with its own porch on one side and patio area with a fire pit on the other, and separate driveway from the main house. The main house and pool are not clearly visible from the cottage except through a natural hedge/screen of cypress trees and is located in a rural residential area with wild turkeys and deer spotted every day. The home is located between Sag Harbor and East Hampton, convenient to all areas in the Hamptons. Wolffer Estate vineyards are just minutes away (by car).
From the initial reservation request, Joanne was extremely helpful and nice to work with; prior to my arrival she reached out to me with directions to the cottage (you must follow them!) and also with suggestions for local restaurants/activities. The cottage contained a notebook with borchures and maps we found very helpful. We hope to be able to return to this beautiful cottage soon.

Loved our stay it’s very peaceful the cottage is extremely well furnished and clean. Very nice furnishings and loved the bed, best night sleep and Sag was an amazing place to visit.

We had such a wonderful stay at Joanne's cottage in Sag Harbor. The cottage was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. The cottage is in a great location - close to Sag Harbor Village, but also easy to get to East Hampton, Amagansett and Montauk. We loved everything about our stay and can't wait to go back. Will definitely book again! Thanks for a great place to stay for a memorable trip!

This well kept cottage in the woods is wonderfully located near the village of Sag Harbor. A good homebase when visiting the Hamptons, other surrounding towns and Montauk. Two decks, private, relaxing and quiet. It had a very functional kitchen equipped with all the utensils, cookware and other necessities. A very comfortable king bed and the bathroom is clean, shower is updated with new tiles and plush towels. Friendly and helpful owner is an added pleasure. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay. My four year cried when it was time to go. And she is a tough critic:) Very lovely cottage situated in a perfectly serene atmosphere. Thank you again Joanne. Look forward to booking again.

Although hidden away in a woodsy surrounding, we had no problem accessing cabs to take us anywhere. It took about 25 minutes to travel to Montauk which is where we spent most of our days. The cottage was super quaint and perfect for our girls weekend
