La nostra casa privata si trova a 25 Montello Street in un tranquillo West End di Provincetown quartiere 2 blocchi di Commercial Street. Questo 1600 sq ft casa ristrutturata 1860 offre 3-4 camere da letto e 3 bagno completo con bellissimi pavimenti in legno di quercia e pino di larghezza. La casa dispone di 2-zona centrale AC / calore. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale con ventilatore a soffitto. Camera matrimoniale ha un salotto con un divano futon pieno. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice trovato nel seminterrato. Vista di Provincetown monumento può essere visto dal secondo piano. La cucina gourmet è in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici, armadi in legno, e un grande lavandino fattoria. Il bagno principale completamente piastrellato ha una speciale artiglio piedi ammollo vasca con lucernari in testa e una doccia a vapore cabina. Il patio in mattoni è arredato con mobili sequoia e griglia a carbone vicino al giardino privato. C'è un parcheggio per 2 auto nei locali e 2 auto in strada. Disponibile solo affitti settimanali da domenica a domenica

Our group had a wonderful stay. The house is very charming and well appointed. Everything was clean and tidy upon check-in. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we received prompts responses to our inquiries. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I’ve stayed at the Montello St cottage four times in recent summers. It’s a charming, well-equipped two story house with a lovely green garden, a five walk to everything: bay beach, Joe’s Coffee, Liz’s Cafe, Boat Slip, gym. Homey and well laid out with privacy for all three bedroom suites and excellent central AC, Montello St is perfect HQ for a week with friends.

Our group of friends had a fantastic time staying at this property. It's our favorite location in Ptown. The house is even more charming than it appears online and the spaciousness was just what we needed. Delightful across the board.

This house has a lot of charm. It was nice staying in home that had a lot of the old finishing touches. It was great having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The ONLY change I would make would be to install black out blinds or curtains on the windows. It was tough sleeping in after a late night..lol Host was the most responsive I've ever had and we have already re-booked for next years stay!

This was our third year staying in the property, and we return because it’s a perfectly located properties with the amenities we need.
We did have a minor issue with a water leak this year, but the owner was super responsive and got the problem addressed within 24 hours with no disruption to our vacation.

A real gem
This house was fantastic. Having a bedroom and bath on the first floor were ideal for me and my husband, who has back issues and would have had difficulty navigating the steep stairs. Our more limber friends stayed in the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen (nicer than my own!) was fully stocked, and the furnishings throughout were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the six of us. The morning after we arrived, the internet went out. After trying the usual unplug the modem/wait/plug back in method several times to no avail, I contacted the owner who responded immediately had a repair person come out that day, and everything was up and running by early afternoon. (It turns out a squirrel had chewed up the cable.) The entrance to the basement (where the washer/dryer is) is from the backyard, but that turned out not to be a problem at all. They also had some beach chairs and beach blankets we could use. Overall, it was a great stay. We'd go back again.

Repeat Visit
We stayed here last summer and were very happy with the house, especially the location… so obviously we came back this summer.
Steep stairs to the second floor so not good for children or those with mobility issues… but perfect for friends or couple who want a separate bathroom for each bedroom.

We love everything about this house.... the layout, the location, the owners. We've been coming for 4 summers now, and every time we comment on how it's the best place we've ever stayed in Provincetown.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay in Provincetown. The house is very well stocked (better than most we've stayed in), and truly feels like a home.
One thing to note is that the stairs to the two upstairs bedrooms are very steep and the bedrooms are directly off the stairwell (there is no hallway), making it difficult for small children or someone with mobility issues (we had both in our group).

Well located, with three full bathrooms
Centrally located with plenty of space… and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The stairs to upstairs are super steep so put the clumsiest members of your party in the downstairs bedroom.

Great home and excellent location
This is our 5th year staying at 25 Montello St, and we love it. The location is excellent, close to grocery store, bike shops and Commercial Street. Home is very well taken care of, clean and spacious for 6 adult guests. Kitchen is well appointed, and this is one of the few 3 bdrm/3 bath homes in the heart of Ptown

a gem in Provincetown's West end
we've returned to this wonderful house four times . . . it's a gem, spacious, well furnished, two floors, a yard is a plus! the gym and joe's coffee shop and liz's restaurant are steps away. on a very quiet side street yet close to everything. we love it!

Our group had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was just as described in the ad and such a charming home. The stairs to the second floor are steep, so use with caution. This place is very centrally located to anything that you would need.

The best of everything
Can't say enough good things about this property. Its proximity to all the action on the West Side, yet a peaceful block to return home to at night. The house has all the amenities you want, really great A/C, outdoor grill, beach equipment and more. Always clean and lovely. The owners are wonderful and super willing to make your stay wonderful and to ensure the house is perfect. It's a gem of a find, and I'm always excited to revisit each year!

Beautiful home, great location
This was our second year in this house, and it felt like coming back home!
It’s in a great location, close to the Boatslip and a short walk from all the bars, but the street is quiet and the home feels off the beaten path.
Having a bathroom for every bedroom is a life-saver, and the kitchen is well-equipped to lake cooking at home a breeze.
Jorge is very responsive to any issues and a pleasure to work with.
Already looking forward to making this our home again next year!

Such a large and nice rental home in Ptown!!
Our group had an excellent stay here! The home is large and comfortable. If you are not good with stairs, you will want to put those guests in the downstairs bedroom but they have plenty of rails to keep ya steady in the steep stairwell going upstairs (the hosts make it well known that it is an old home w a steep stairwell going to the upstairs bedrooms). The kitchen is great and has a lot of cooking utensils and cookware and GOOD knives which isn't always the case w a Ptown Rental...
There were also plenty of beach and pool towels for use.
Bring your Apple TV or Roku w you if ya want to watch Netflix or anything...but you are in Ptown so who needs a lot of tv when you can be outside...unless it rains of course ;-)
The owners were easy to work with for booking as well. We will be booking again!!!

Wonderful two week stay on Montello St.
This was our third year spanding two weeks in July at the Montello St house. It is a large old house with lots of character. There are three bedrooms and three baths, so it is perfect for three couples. You are a three minute walk to Commercial St and all the shops and restaurants. There is a lovely brick patio and yard to use. I really cannot say enough good things about our stay!

Rustic and Quiet Large Home, Perfect for Groups
I traveled to PTown with 5 friends, and we all deeply enjoyed our stay in Jorge's home. The space was perfect for 6 people, and we put the large kitchen to good use. The location of the home was also excellent, as it was easy walking to the center of town, but also close to the beach and grocery store. Our street was quiet, which is exactly what we all needed after long days at the beach, and going out to eat. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone traveling to PTown, and specifically for groups that want a lot of space.

This house is a special jewel in Ptown. The house is comfortable, well equipped and easy to be in. The neighborhood is charming, and the house is an easy walk to all the fun that Provincetown has to offer. We look forward to returning!!

Absolutely Delightful!
Some friends and I rented this wonderful home during Memorial Day weekend. We had an amazing time - the house lives up to its name, radiating with absolute charm. The layout is great - three seperate bedrooms with baths, updated open kitchen (full of any kitchen supply you could need), cozy living room, large area dining room for family style meals, fantastic decor, and of course the spectacular back yard. We were lucky and the weather was wonderful so we spent most of our time in the kitchen and grilling in the patio/yard. Ample parking and only a five minute walk to Commercial Street. We will absolutely be coming back!

Hidden Gem
One of the best vacations I’ve had! This beautiful home is tucked away on a quiet street and just a short walk to the center of town, the beach, restaurants, art galleries, and much more. Each room has a unique and an additional steam shower for the master bedroom.
Although the last thing I want to do on vacation is cook, the fully equipped kitchen made our stay comfortable and also economical. My favorite part of the day was to be able to enjoy the beautiful view of the Provincetown Tower at dusk.
We’ve since returned to this charming home several times – on a romantic getaway and with a group of friends. The spacious rooms are especially ideal for entertaining.
We always have the most relaxing time. With the comfortable beds, softest couch and great amenities (cable, wireless internet), it’s difficult to leave and we are looking forward to returning next summer.
