Location was spot on - a walk away from everything. Plenty of shops and cafes next to the apartments that was very useful. Tram stop was literally 2 mins walk away. Owner was very quick at responding to all queries. Very quite neighbourhood. A clean newly furbished apartment. I would stay again. Thanks

Self check in was 3pm - as we landed 11am, there is no luggage storage at the apartment - we did not receive the code to enter the building till 3pm. So had to sit with luggage at the Riverside...on way back same as checkout was 11am, but we found a free storage place in the town square at the tourist info. On the booking site it states shampoo and bodywash included but there was non - upon query we were told they don't provide any since covid but website hasn't been update. €50 deposit was asked after booking which was refunded a week after checkout. Safe didn't have any batteries so didn't work There were no frying pans to fry eggs in or toaster for bread - there are onlyb2 small cooking pots and the pot only fits 4 eggs to boil - not handy to cook a meal in. so it would be useful if the owner can provide these. The TV was also set in Polish language and we struggled to change settings to English. Also remote was not very prompt... There is also no bin in the bathrooms....so had to put sanitary waste in kitchen bin. These are small things that can be fixed easily.

The location was good and quiet, the apartment building comparatively new. The balcony was large, so it should be nice to chill outside when it’s warm. Easy to get to the center. Grocery shops and a few cafés nearby, also a couple of breakfast places not so far.

No mop or cloth to clean the water after using shower, and the shower glass door didn’t close tight enough to avoid water from spreading on the floor. Towels were clean, but a little beat up. No toiletries except soap. Also I had to remind the property about returning the deposit money a few times during a week after our stay. This situation was unpleasant for me, hence the lower rating as it could be.

The price, location, cleanliness and amenities. The kitchen is great and if you have a balcony they are really nice.

The apartments are small for 4 people, one of the beds is a small sofa in which 2 people barely fit.

The property was very nice. It was plenty of room for me and I felt it was a great value. It’s in a very safe area and 2-3 minutes from trams and stores.

I had no problems during my stay.

It was easy to communicate with host and get enter a lit bit earlier. So nice communication 👍

Cleanliness, heating, all necessary facilities, including hair dryer and ironing, big and light stylish room, tram stop in front of the building, near from market square, big TV, self check in and check out.

Bed could be wider, because it is for 2 person, knife should be replaced with new sharp one, it would be nice if porcelain cups will be added for hot tea or coffee, because glass can be broken by hot water. I never like refundable deposits including this time, but when you enter the apartment, you understand, why it is required by the host. It would be more comfortable if the host sends all necessary information for check in a day before and not a half hour before (and if the deposit will be refunded in shorter terms) to be sure that everything will go flawless, because there is a bad polish experience with other hosts of appropriation of the money by the hosts and blocking peoples emails. Fortunately, this was not a case with this host.

location and facilities

advise to have a guest booklet with Wi-Fi password as staff didn’t know which one to advise on over phone and heating advice as didn’t see the radiator for several hours and was cold.

The instructions for the check-in were completely accessible and easy to understand. Detailed instructions were sent in advance on the day of check-in. The deposit was refunded just as stated in the description. Any questions that arose were answered relatively quickly and clearly. I can recommend this apartment for short-term accommodation in Wroclaw. The room is very cozy and exactly as described. There are towels in the room. I really liked the terrace, but it had a view over the wall, although I wasn't bothered by it.

The handles on the doors are worth screwing on, otherwise, they will likely fall out soon. Some of the dishes were dirty

It was a little difficult to follow the instructions to get the keys.

They dont put a shampoo but other things are great

The apartment was nice, clean and location is good.

After paying for an apartment I’ve received demand to pay 50 euro deposit. Long story short: I have managed to get it back only after a few emails and a phone call. By the way, I had to call because my emails were ignored. It took 1 week to have my money back. ps Be also prepared to receive a message with check-in details only 5 minutes before check-in time (15:00), no any minute earlier.

I liked the location and amazing curtains which allow you to sleep as long as you need.

There were almost no toiletries available at the property. Shower was unfortunately very messy and making wet whole bathroom.

It was easy to check in and out, reservation was easy and fast.

I didn't feel entirely comfortable because of the shared entrance, also the property is on the first floor but what is described as a "terrace" is actually a little yard, shared with several other apartments. VERY indescreet, neighbours could peek through the windows anytime, unless you wanted to use curtains, which made the place completly dark. I also had to wait for over a week to get my deposit back.
