We had an amazing time at the estate. The backyard is very well set up for all activities, and the pool and jacuzzi is amazing. The view with the mountains in the background is great and we will definitely come back!

This is a great property! Marvin was a great in helping us at check in learn all the ins and outs of the property. Communication with the owner was great leading up to our stay too. The backyard is stunning and our family of 7 spent most of the time outdoors. The beds were comfortable enough there were enough towels and supplies for the four nights. As mentioned in previous reviews, the property inside does need some maintenance. We actually had maintenance people come and work on towel hangers in the bathrooms while we were there (We didn’t mind helping as we were outside most of the time). The lawn mowers came during our stay too which was a little inconvenient but we understood it needed to get done. The sofa still needs cleaning; the kitchen cabinets need some repair. But the pool table, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cups, bar area, ping pong all made up for the few things that need fixing. We loved the volleyball, basketball, pickleball courts and fire pit! Since we visited in December, we paid the extra $$ for the heat - and while expensive, we thought it was worth it for our crew. It’s a salt water pool and was warm enough and the hot tub got adequately hot when turned on. There is a motion sensor light inside that would turn on and off randomly - crazy! I should have reached out to Marvin to turn off but we just dealt with it. :-) Overall, great memories created!

We were a group of 7 for a girls weekend. The house is cool and overall we enjoyed our stay but there were definitely a number of issues. A few of the big ones:
- Whole house needs a deep clean (including the couch which was covered in stains!)
- Broken/leaking freezer, loose faucet in bathroom, broken overhead light in bathroom, mirrors falling off the walls
- Not enough paper towels or toilet paper were provided for our stay! We barely had enough bath towels. Annoyingly, all the soap dispensers were on their last dregs of soap.
- The front gate did not close, which we wish it did for security. This house is on a nice street but the surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough!
- The pool is amazing but we were notified less than 24 hours before check-in that we had to pay $150 a day to heat the pool. It wasn't until the second day that it really felt warm enough. Also, you can't heat the pool and the spa at the same time which we found weird!
Would not stay here again and probably wouldn't recommend it. There are other great houses in Palm Springs so we were disappointed by the lack of attention to detail given how the house was described. Definitely not a "luxury estate".
I will say the house manager was great and very helpful with some of our issues!

The house and outdoor space were amazing and the pictures are accurate. The beds were comfortable. The house is a bit dated and some cabinets, etc. are falling apart. We paid to heat the pool but it was broken when we were there/didn't heat up and the hot tub did not heat either, and the water kept draining from it—be sure you check that it has been fixed, It was a bummer to not be able to use the hot tub the entire time we were there.

I agree with previous reviews about the property manager being awful and the homeowner is much the same. Polyester sheets, dog hair everywhere, broken kitchen utensils, clanking pipes, gaslighting, hidden fees for heating the jacuzzi, blinking light bulbs they take days to fix, outdoor fireplace key was missing, dirty toenails next to the pool, 10 different cameras pointing at the pool that weren’t in the description. It was endless and just a bummer all around. By the time we got to 25 text messages trying to manage our stay — we gave up. Left early. Went to a resort for legit five star relaxation. So many better homes for this same price point close by. Don’t let them treat you badly! And tell you how ‘celebrities love this home’. Sure.

The property, yard, and house were all amazing, and the place was outfitted with everything a guest might need. The outdoor amenities are incredible (pool, jacuzzi, volleyball and basketball courts, and an outdoor sports bar).

House was really fun with a lot of activities to do. The beds were all comfortable and king sized which was nice since this was an adult trip.

Tiffany’s house is an amazing place to stay with family and friends, especially kids. The activities are endless with golf, volleyball, basketball swimming, pop a shot, ping pong, air hockey and more. The house was clean and had the perfect amount of space for the 7 of us. The only negatives were that the house itself is a little dated and heating the pool was expensive, not very effective and was a surprise fee that I didn’t see listed originally. But really those negatives were insignificant compared to the positives of the property and all the fun we had while we were there.

A beautiful home with an incredible landscaped yard full of fun and relaxing activity. The location is excellent in getting into and out of downtown Palm Springs. The house was spic and span.The bedding was a good high quality. The kitchen is amazing. The property manager was terrific and communicated well and promptly. The owner also communicates promptly. I found the team to be a breeze to work with. Lovely stay!

Marvin is a superb host/manager! He is quick to respond, very helpful and gives great recommendations. The outdoor amenities are perfect for all ages and make for a terrific family vacation. That being said, the interior of the house is definitely in need of updates and TLC. A deep clean would go a long way. Overall a great place and tremendous host!

This is a massive estate with nearly everything you need to have an amazing time. We went with my three kids, parents and husband and we will forever remember this trip. The pool is so beautiful and the saltwater was so gentle on my bay's skin. We did everything, from the volleyball and basketball courts, to the barbecue area with hammocks and mini golf. It it such a thoughtful space that is PERFECT for connective family gatherings. We will definitely be coming back. Management was super friendly and easy to communicate with. I know me and my family will always remember this place. Felt like hoe by the time we left.

We (7 friends) stayed at the Galvan Estate for 5 nights in November. The property is in a convenient location for a wide variety of activities. It is a gorgeous house & yard with wonderful amenities. Tiffany was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a Palm Springs get-away!

We had a wonderful time. This place is perfect for 3-4 couples who want to have a great time in Palm Springs. The outdoor amenities are incredible (pool, jacuzzi, volleyball and basketball courts and an outdooor sports bar).

Everything you’re looking for and more!
Pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice. There aren’t wide enough camera lenses to capture the size of the backyard and master bedroom/bathroom. The caretaker met with us at the house for check in and showed us how everything worked. He was available after that, but he was so thorough and the house was so perfect, we didn’t need to bother him. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean and had every amenity we could possibly need. It was the perfect place to spend our family vacation!

A Reunion of Friends in Palm Springs
We were thrilled with this property! As VRBO regulars, as well as VRBO hosts, we have all sorts of experiences (both good and bad) with various properties around the world. This property was everything we dreamed of and more. Our group of high school pals enjoyed as many amenities as possible and it was nice to have choices available to everyone, water or sporting activities. Thanks again!!

Tons to do on property!
Myself and two girlfriends stayed at the house for a long weekend - after we checked in with the property manager (who was super friendly and gave us a great detailed tour of the house and how to work things) we felt guilty we didn't have our husband and kids because it's such a fun house with so many toys (pool table, ping pong, pool, sand volleyball, basketball, etc, etc). The pictures don't do the house justice. Great property and excellent location!

We have stayed in countless VRBOs all over the country and this is, without doubt, one of the best! Tiffany, the owner, was quick to answer any and all questions I had. Marvin, the property manager, was so friendly and welcoming. The backyard is absolutely amazing! We loved the large, salt water pool (pay to get it heated, it's worth every penny). My son loved the basketball court and my daughter spent hours reading in the swinging chairs. We played bocce ball in the mornings and volleyball in the evenings. It was like having our own private resort. We never left the property, there was no need to. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were heavenly! I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. We hope to return for spring break next year. Thank you Tiffany for allowing us to stay at your magical property. The memories we created will last a lifetime!

Amazing house!!! We did not leave the house there was so much to do! Tiffany was super responsive and Marvin the property manager was super helpful and always available to answer texts and calls. We had an amazing time! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Wonderful property for families!
We couldn't have asked for a better house for sharing a house with another family. The property has everything you could ask for, we had 4 children with us and there was constant entertainment from basketball, pickle ball, swimming, pool etc. We had a tiny issue with the dishwasher and Marvin had it replaced within the afternoon! We can't wait to return!

Wonderful property for a family reunion (four siblings & spouses). Nice size bedrooms for each couple. Outstanding patio with lovely pool & spa, large outdoor kitchen & nice outdoor furniture. Basketball & volleyball courts would be fun for a younger group.

House is as good as the pictures!
Property is very well maintained. A lot to do at this home! Never even had time to do ping pong, air hockey and an arcade game that were in garage.. We did play basketball, volleyball, pool, and boccie ball. The pool is fabulous and has shallow areas for little ones. We stayed 5 nights.
We got the pool heated (extra cost) which was a must. Very relaxing and you don't have to go anywhere although we brought out our electric bikes and good biking close by. All the restaurants are on the various food delivery app and deliver to this address. We were close to downtown.
Two items to consider before you rent .......maximum amount of people at anyone time is 12 (City of Palm Springs rules, which you don't find out until after you book). Also, the TV's (which there over 10 TVs) and outdoor speakers can be confusing to us........Marvin, the manager, was very prompt and helpful but having some kind of booklet with directions to TV and speakers. We hardly used the TV's but the speakers for outdoor music was a big plus

Relaxing Retreat
This place has it all. Comfortable beds in quiet rooms at opposite sides of the house. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen outfitted for catering. Wet bar with ice maker. And the outdoors makes you feel like a sports fanatic with basketball and volleyball courts and putting green. Also every kind of ball and racquet from low impact (bocce, badminton, putting, pickle ball) to three on three basketball match. The salt water pool is amazingly refreshing especially since we opted for no heat. Outdoor patio has six TVs perfect for watching the Olympics and Super Bowl and chowing down on naughty Super Bowl snacks. There is no reason to leave during your stay other than to get groceries and then make sure you pick up basics (salt pepper, etc) as there are no food items in the house. Dish soap paper towels etc are provided. We all had a great weekend stay and hopefully can return another time.

Fantastic Property
No complaints at all! This place was beautiful, clean and very well kept. It had everything we needed and the house manager was receptive and very helpful. Would definitely rent it again!
