If i could give a higher score i would! AGALIVING was absolutely fantastic. I will have to write a detailed review as the summary on the website does not do it justice on what they really provide. We enjoyed every minute we stayed there. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful, from recommendations for eating, tours, surfing spots, motorbike hire, massages, the list goes on and they couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The in house Yoga classes were amazing for my wife and a daily massage organised for her in room. We also managed to meet the owner whilst there who was so friendly and accommodating. The Location was perfect and some will mention or not like the mosque noise and the fishing boats smell etc however we didn't mind it and could walk to wherever we needed for a meal or a drink. We did hire a scooter for a few days which just allowed us to explore more of this beautiful area. The pool was awesome and a relaxing area with nice daybeds and sun lounges, a perfect place to relax after a surf. We liked being able to refill our water bottles, keeping the waste of plastic bottles to a minimum. You can order lunch or dinner in house from a selection of restaurants they have menus for and it is delivered on site for free if you didn't want to head out for a meal. Our Bungalow was superb, spacious, clean, and quiet. We had a great view and sitting on our front deck in the morning having the delicious made to order breakfast making a great start to the day. The sunsets were amazing and we went to a few beachside restaurants to enjoy this. There are many surfing spots to choose from on the tides whether you like a beach break or the rocky bottom break, Medewi accommodates for all surfers. I travelled with my own longboard. I could go into more detail on what we loved but you will need to come here for yourself and experience the place for yourself.

I stayed 6 nights at Agaliving and right from the beginning I felt at home. All the staff were amazing, very kind and courteous. This is where I had my first scooter ride with Sri who drove me to a fruit shop. My room was very spacious with a large terrace which made it easy for me to work during afternoons. Delicious breakfast served in your room or on the terrace. The location at the beachfront is ideal close to cafes, restaurants and surf spots. You hear the muezzins singing true which one get use to it. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner Aga, his family and his sister and together with the whole staff we had a lovely time together. I can highly recommend this place !!

Établissement très bien placé pratiquement en bord de plage avec un accès direct sur le spot de surf de medewi. Les petits cabanons sont très mignons, jardins bien entretenus, les petits déjeunes sont simples mais bons. Grande piscine parfaite pour y passer des journées bronzette.

Réservation effectuée par mon conjoint et honorée par moi même sa conjointe. Au départ, tout le personnel a été très accueillant et arrangeant. Mais en tant que fille voyagent seule, je ne me suis pas senti en sécurité du à un des membres du personnel qui s’est montré bien trop intrusif et irrespectueux. J’ai du écourter mon séjour.

Beautiful Place, right on the Beach. Rooms are huge, clean and have fantastic views. Pool is amazing, Breakfast was great, Staff very friendly and helpful.

There is a Mosque right across the street. The Prayer times are extremely loud and are often at 4-5 am. We got used to it however if you are sensitive to this bring earplugs!

Aga Living is a beautiful place. The nature around, food and local restaurants, the staff at the hotel itself- exceptional. Dawok (the manager of the place) will do everything to keep you happy and well accommodated. I cannot thank them enough for our stay. The beds are comfortable, the place have Balinese vibe, the ocean is just few steps away. You can experience the normal daily life there. Wi-fi was working perfectly. Breakfast every day delivered to your doorstep (omelet is highly recommended!). Would love to come back!

The staff were amazing Dewok, Sri and Fitri made out stay super comfortable and were just amazing. The accomodation was fantastic, clean well kept rooms and bathrooms. The property was well equipped with necessary amenities and pool was well maintained. Close by to eateries and massage/day spa and most importantly the beach for those that love to surf and walk along the sandy shores. Highly recommend.

The Resort and Accomodation was excellent. The staff, Dewok, Sri and Fitri were amazing, they always made us feel welcome, very attentive and warm. We also had the fortunate experience to meet with the Owner Mr Aga who was extremely friendly and kind. The location of Aga Living is perfect, just a short walk down to the ocean whereby my husband can enjoy his surf whenever he wanted. The resort was also very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, from clean and spacious rooms, to well maintained pool and lounge areas, to outdoor showers for those who want a quick rinse after a swim or surf, to delicious healthy breakfasts and excellent WiFi. The resort is also just a short walk to all the delicious warungs and restaurant/cafes catering to all the different types of food you could possibly want. Transport in the form of car hire with driver or motorbike is also easily accessible as the staff can organise it whenever you need. Also for those that want a massage or day spa treatments can be found close by within a short walk. I have too many good things to say about Aga Living Resort. Highly recommend.

I was afraid when my husband said he booked us at a 'surf camp'. But I was overjoyed when I saw that it was more 'surf resort'. We had a spacious private bungalow with a huge bathroom, big comfy bed and lots of space for all our gear, plenty of electrical outlets to charge all our devices, our own fridge, and air con and ceiling fan. Every morning we were served breakfast on our veranda. The veranda had space for the surfboards and a rack to dry our swimmers, etc too. It was just a short walk to restaurants down the beach or up on the highway. The staff are super helpful and very friendly. The pool is long enough for a decent swim and the pool area was cool and shady in the middle of the day and very relaxing.

There is a mosque up the road that broadcasts at various times of the day.

The perfect surfing stay! This is the best priced surf accomodation you will find in Bali. You can see Medewi main break from the balcony and in a couple yards you are right on the beach. The delicious breakfasts are included and and even include a coffee machine coffee. The staff are so genuinely happy to chat to you and offer their recommendations for surf spots, lessons, restaurants and things to do. The whole place has a very special feel.

the location is perfect and the breakfast delicious! the staff are super helpful and friendly! 1min walk to the longest left point break surf and breakfast waiting when you finish your surf! what more do you want?!

This was a very peaceful location. It was beach side and enjoyable to watch the surfers. The rooms were amazing, large and clean and we loved the wood. The gardens were beautiful and we liked the fish, cats and the chickens! The pool area was very chilled too. The staff at the location were so friendly and helpful but we must give a special mention to the owner who went over and above to give us guidance about our onward travel and even booked our luxurious bus for us. We would highly recommend Agaliving!

The noise of the mosque at 5am

The staff at AgaLiving are amazing people-so genuinely kind, caring and helpful. It’s a relaxing, quiet spot just a short distance away from a world class surf break.

This is the greatest place to stay we have stayed in Medewi. The place is super clean and very nice, and the workers are great, Dawok will look to help with anything you need. The owner, Aga is as well very very nice and really care about their clients.

A lovely, spacious set up, so close to the Medewi Point surf spot, literally walk out the gate to paddle out. Stylish rooms and villas, great pool and fantastic vibe from the ultra friendly staff.

All good, only addition would be a bar

We stayed at Aga for a week and we had the two-storey family room. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. And if something didn't work, the lovely staff were so quick to fix it for us. It rained the whole time we were there, and we felt very cosy and comfortable in the room. There was a lovely daybed on the balcony with a powerpoint and view to the beach, perfect for working. The pool area was lovely and well-sized. There was a small common area near the pool but it didn't seem to be in use. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and it was lovely. The omelette was especially nice! There is access to the beach out the front but you have to walk through all the local fisherman's boats. There is a nearby resort for food and great coffee (Bombora) and a few cheap eats a scoot ride away.

We were not able to sleep in past 4:30/5am because of roosters that roam free in the property and the nearby mosque but that's only a problem if you're a light sleeper! My kids slept right through it all.

Dawok and is team were amazing ! Whatever we needed or wanted we just asked for and they organised it for us or told us where to go. It is perfectly positioned, just walk out the back gate and jump straight into the line up . Everything within easy walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the west coast. Breakfast was simple but perfect after a morning surf and even the teenagers enjoyed their stay !

Great value for money right on the beach. Our kids took the family room and we took a double room. We were all very happy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Organised a driver for us to get to our next destination and also a surf instructor when needed. Pool was very nice and clean as were the rooms. They are basic, but more than adequate and you don't spend too much time in them anyway when you can sit outside on the balconies. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we return to Medewi.

Just a small thing, but the stairs up to the villa were a little sketchy in that when wet they were quite slippery.

This a comfortable and clean resort set in lush gardens with beachfront access. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is served each morning on the terrace in front of your room. It has a nice pool with a relaxing surrounding area. I would opt for garden bungalows some of which are poolside if I was returning. Medewi is of course primarily a surf location with one of Balis best point breaks. For this the location is perfect. Should you be there for other reasons the beach access is limited to low tide as you have two quite large rivers on each side of the resort. Restaurants are located a five minute walk down the beach and provide better than average Balinese meals

We were not there for the surf so limited beach access was a problem. Balian Beach is a better option for those seeking beach access

Great staff led by Dawok. Great breakfast, best omelette ever and fantastic location with plenty of food and drink places nearby. Pool was great along with the lounges. Photos do not do AgaLiving justice as it's much nicer in person. Loved our little hut.

I loved the stone base in the shower but my husband wasn't a fan.
