Spacious 1 Bedroom across from Drake Park
Costruito nel 1919, la proprietà originariamente funzionava come ospedale per la maternità. Subendo diversi lavori di ristrutturazione nel corso degli anni, la casa ora contiene diversi appartamenti da 1 camera da letto incantevoli. Questa grande unità d'angolo ha un letto matrimoniale e il divano si trasforma in un comodo letto full size nel soggiorno. Ideale per una coppia o pochi amici che si godono tutto ciò che Bend ha da offrire. L'unità non è dotata di aria condizionata, ma rimane confortevole anche nei giorni più caldi. Un sacco di finestre e ventilatori a soffitto ea pavimento fanno circolare l'aria. Tubi per il galleggiamento del Deschutes e 2 biciclette da crociera sono a disposizione degli ospiti. Posto auto coperto coperto per il parcheggio sul retro. Per essere rispettosi degli altri inquilini, le feste rumorose non saranno tollerate. Questo appartamento può servire da overflow per The Cottage on Kansas, che è la guest house privata in loco che può ospitare 5-6 persone. Non sono ammessi animali.

Historic location right in the middle of old town Bend.. Walk to downtown, mill district, beautiful neighborhood, perfect location. Multi tenant worked out great. Wouldn’t have known that anybody else was there.

Wonderful little place centrally located within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, everything was pretty great.
The one problem was that the front room's pull out bed didn't want to pull out and made a bit more noise than the down stairs neighbor appreciated, but that was a minor inconvenience to an otherwise perfect stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment in a great location. The two bikes were a bonus; we really enjoyed cycling along the Deschutes River trail. Bend is great, we would love to visit again and if available would choose this apartment.

We loved our stay! This house was perfect for my husband and I who were visiting friends in Bend. Loved to be able to walk everywhere and the park right across the street on the river is beautiful. The house had everything we needed, and more! Laura was super responsive and very helpful. Only downside is the small bathroom (which I think from previous review, they plan to remodel), but it was actually okay for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific property on a quiet street, next to Drake Park and walking distance to downtown, we loved it! Stayed two nights to explore Bend and the surrounding area. The bikes were great, good quality and condition for exploring the Deschutes River Trail! Well appointed kitchen, spacious living area, very comfortable bedroom. Yes, the bathroom was a bit cramped, but not a deal breaker for us. Appreciated being able to do our laundry. We will definitely recommend this property to others!

I just had an overnight, but found this apartment to be a great space. Spacious front room, with well situated dining and kitchen spaces. Helpful attention to providing items that support your stay. Wonderful location across from Drake Park, which makes it convenient to downtown and only a mile from the amphitheater, with a scenic river walk on the way there.

The home is an amazing property. So close to everything, clean, comfortable and great communication before and during our stay. The bikes were a great addition (as we did not have a car). We rode all over town and enjoyed the river trail. We would definitely stay again.

I was in Bend for a short stay and loved how central the property was. The bathroom was a little small but everything worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Everything was easy about this rental. The location, the necessities available the parking! We went to visit our son and it was a great place to entertain too. The only warning is the toilet area is very tight!

Great location
Perfect location across from Drake Park. Living room is quite comfortable with large sofa, chair & cable TV. We didn't cook much but the kitchen is adequate. Back balcony faces the parking lot so we did not sit out there. Lots of fun toys provided - bikes, inner tubes for floating the river, folding chairs to take to the park. Walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants, including our favorite, the Lemon Tree.
Bed is comfortable & walk-in closet is great. Bathroom is cramped though.

Great Downtown Bend Location
Roomy, clean, well equipped property with a terrific host. Walkable to restaurants, brew pubs and close to Drake Park & Mirror Pond. We are tall people & appreciated the king size bed but had an issue with the size of the shower. Would stay again.

Great short stay in Bend
We stayed a couple nights here after backpacking in the Three Sisters and the location couldn't be better. Walking distance from everything you need and a lovely space inside.

Awesome location!
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location couldn’t be better-directly across the street from Drake Park and the concert in the park. It’s an easy walk to get to the cute shops and restaurants. The house was charming, clean, and well stocked. Bed was comfy too. We’ll definitely be back!

Right in the center of Bend-Prime Location
Very cozy apartment that is close to everything! Easy check in and we appreciated the A/C. We asked to check in early and the manager/owner allowed us to. If this is available in the future, we will stay here.

Wonderful location
We stayed at this property for 6 nights. All of the restaurants and shopping in downtown Bend and the old mill district were walkable. There were tubes that we used for floating the river that that was walkable too. The property was beautiful and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely recommend it

Great location!
The location can’t be beat! Cute neighborhood right by Drake park. Great tubes for taking out onto the river. It’s a little outdated and the AC is not throughout the house. There is one AC unit that doesnt reach other areas. They do provide a lot of fans which helps. Overall we had a great experience in Bend. Thank you!

Perfect location for exploring Bend. The bed was very comfortable. Often it takes a day or two for me to sleep well in new beds, not with this bed.

Perfect Getaway!
Juliana’s place was ideal for our 5 day stay in Bend and provided us with an ideal location for exploring by foot and on the bikes provided. Drake Park was steps away and every amenity was organized and available to us in our comfortable and spacious unit. The king size bed was extra comfortable, too, and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed some wonderful early morning runs. We would definitely want to make this place our home base when we visit Bend again! Mahalo for a great stay!

Great Location
Great location in historic Bend.
The neighborhood is well manicured and the property is walking distance to Drake Park, shops and restaurants.
The property is quite clean-sporting a bit of a minimalistic vibe.
The bed is large and comfy however, the shower is pretty tiny.
I didn't see a grill but, the bikes and beach accessories were a nice touch.
The back patio is tiny and overlooks a parking area.
The kitchen is fairly well stocked.
However, sitting on the kitchen counter, taking up its fair share of room was a funky and very small dishwasher; which we found interesting.
As directed, be sure to be extra quiet and remove your shoes as there are residents living below & above the property.
We had a nice stay.

Our place in Bend was in walking distance to downtown and the beautiful Drake park! Clean, comfortable and had everything you would need!

Simple unit with everything you need. Host was very responsive and gracious. We enjoyed having the bikes and being able to walk to park, downtown...lots to enjoy in that area. Thank you for a great stay.
