Your house was just what we were searching for for time with our family. We appreciate how well stocked the house was and the cleanliness—-makes it a joy when you invest so much in a rental. Thanks for offering your home for rental.

Pleasantly tucked back in a nice quiet neighborhood, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, very clean. Very nice staff ! Bike ride to the beach is about 8 minutes. Everything you need is provided in the house and kitchen. A major drawback for us was that the AC could not be turned below 70 which kept it a little warm in the house, you could turn it down to 68 but the sign says you will be CHARGED for it. It was a little warm at night as we like to sleep with it cool at night The only thing they we missed in the kitchen were spices of any sort, no S&P.

Perfect house for a family and kids. Cute quiet neighborhood with easy quick access to Seaside and the beach. Beautiful cozy house with trees out every window. We’ll be back for sure!

Loved our stay here!! There’s a decent walk to the beach but it’s totally manageable. The house was very clean and spacious for our group. The only downsides (1) The WiFi went out after a storm and we were not able to turn it back on (2) the lint screen in the dryer doesn’t fit correctly and snags clothing. (3) the check in and checkout times are not flexible. (4) the patio furniture upstairs is pretty dirty. It may be nice to have a storage bin for the cushions so they don’t hold as much pollen. The property management team is very responsive but due to the nature of thee first two issues, we didn’t really reach a solution. Hopefully the dryer issue is fixed for future guests since we have some damaged clothing.

We loved the house and the location. The bikes were really lovely, and we enjoyed exploring the area. The house was clean and decorated so nicely. We only had a few hiccups; one was not having any pillowcases on the pillows or any extra to put on. Obviously, the cleaning staff did not put these on any of the beds or leave an extra set. We called, and they were delivered the following day. We were also evacuated from the house for a full day, 10-5:00 p.m., due to a house fire in the neighborhood. It was a cold day, so not a good day to try to pass the time out of the house (temp 32 degrees). Overall the house was lovely, and we would return to this cozy, cute house for another getaway and recommend to others

Home now a nestled in a snail gated community and having the bikes to jump on and ride a short trip to anywhere was perfect.
The home is absolutely stunning. I got with 2 very private screened in porches. You see absolutely no neighbors……..just gorgeous.

Beautiful home!
I rented this home for me and 6 of my friends to celebrate my retirement. The home was beautiful! Close to the beach, grocery store and Seaside market. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly by management! Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a great week at this property. Location is great. Walkable to town but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet/secluded. The house is really nicely decorated and very clean. Highly recommend!

This is our third time staying in this particular house and we LOVE it. Everything about this house is wonderful. Plus I love the small gated community, close to 30a, the beach, and Publix.

Great Location
Beautiful home in a secluded wooded location where you feel totally by yourself. Process to book and gain entrance is all simple and done by online and emails. Real Joy is always available by phone for any questions. Home is near many walking paths for a nice quiet low stress getaway.

Great house. Lack of checking in information
House was lovely and comfortable. The rental agency never informed me of gated entrance. Had to call upon arrival to get gate code. Agency tried several codes which did not work . Finally an owner pulled up behind us and gave us the correct gate code. Agency did text door code earlier that day which did work. Door code doesn’t help if can’t get to the house. No ice at all in the freezer and one empty ice tray. Finally found “on” button to ice maker in freezer which meant basically no ice until next day. If had been informed,could have easily bought ice on the way to the home. I have rented several homes in North Carolina and have always been emailed all check in information several days before. This agency gave some check in information on the day of arrival only by texting.

Beautiful Home, Great Location
The house was excellent and clean, and the room setup was perfect for our group. The screened-in patios were fantastic, and the dual master bedrooms were also a nice touch. The location is perfect too, right down the road from the beach, the Publix, and Seaside.
We got a few visits from the local bear and the local cat, and we used the bikes several times to scoot around town. We reached out to the property manager a couple times with questions, and they were very helpful and quick to respond!
The only thing that surprised us was the quality of some of the "extras"... things like cheap toilet paper, cheap paper towels, cheap coffee maker, and no backup trash bags or TP. I know that we're right next to the Publix, so we were able to buy our own backups of everything, but in such a beautiful home, we expected some of the "necessities" to be a little higher end.
All in all, though, we would definitely stay here again, and we would definitely recommend it to someone else!

Lovely Spring Trip to Santa Rosa Beach !
This is a lovely property in a nice quiet secluded enclave. The home was comfortable and inviting. It was wonderful being close to Seaside and the beach. We had a great time and all of our interactions with RealJoy were easy and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

The perfect house
My husband and I stayed here with our three kids for spring break, and it was our first time visiting the area. Needless to say, we fell in love and will be back time and time again! The home was perfectly set up for us. The kids loved swimming in the pools and we just lounged around all week. The beach is an easy walk, about a ten minutes, and we found that was better than driving and finding a parking spot. The house was so clean and beautiful, and the whole area is a dream. We never wanted to leave!!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful home! It is super clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a very short walk to the beach. Great location and a home you cannot wait to revisit!!!

This home was one of the best we have ever stayed. We stayed with another couple and had a wonderful time. The house is located in a gated community nestled among tall trees. The driveway is hidden a bit on the left just before the cul de sac and the home is tucked back from the road. A few noteworthy things: The home was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to cook our meals and dishes/cups/bowls/utensils to eat at home. If you want to make coffee, you’ll need to buy filters because there isn’t a reusable filter. There were no leftover salt & pepper shakers, condiments, etc from previous guests that are sometimes found in vacation rentals. I’m assuming this is because of Covid but I actually really loved this. It didn’t feel like we were inheriting someone’s leftovers. There is a Blue Ray player in the living room. The large screened balcony off the dining room is clean and has a nice grill. The screened balcony off the master bedroom has outdoor furniture that is clean and comfy. There are ample sheets and blankets for the beds. There are also hangers (wire and plastic) in the closets. We had packaged soaps and shampoo/conditioner bottles in the bathrooms. A very small dish-soap bottle was at the kitchen sink and lasted through the week.Location: Within 2 minutes by car and a mile by foot is the town of Seaside and the beach. You’ll find clothing/shoe stores, a small unique grocery store (Módica Market), and restaurants. Our favorite restaurant was Great Southern. Along the street is a row of airstream food trailers. Wild Bill’s Beach Dogs (organic) was delicious. Across the street from the food trailers are additional food options as well as shops. If you walk a few more steps, beyond the pyramid shaped pavilion, you’re at the beach! There are beach chairs at the house to use.Just two minutes away by car is a very nice Publix grocery store. And there is also a nice farmers market in Seaside on Saturday mornings. Next to Publix is Pizza By The Sea. The pizza is delicious and so is the meatball sandwich. There are bikes for rent around the area and nice biking trails along 30A. There are also golf cart rentals. Our favorite places for coffee nearby: Kahve & Cream located in Santa Rosa Beach and Black Bear Bread Co located in Grayton Beach. La Crema is an excellent tapas restaurant. There were many times I caught myself saying I’d love to live in this house. It’s that nice.

We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding and enjoyed the house very much. It was convenient to everything and would be perfect for a family with up to four kids plus grandparents.

Great Stay! We want to come back.
We did have one issue, despite being overall happy with the house. On Thursday morning, Thanksgiving, the refrigerator died due to ice build up on the fan. It was out of service on both Thursday and Friday. A repair man did come fix it on Friday evening. By that time, we had to dispose of all the cold food. Is there anything you can do to accommodate us for the trouble?

Serenity Now
Beautiful and spacious modern home set well back from the road on a wooded lot so that you do not even notice there are other houses around you. Home and kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the short walk over to the very nice Watercolor trails and the short drives to walk through all the other village areas. This was our first time renting a VRBO home and the whole experience was very convenient and easy and online communications were easy to understand and responses on questions done very quickly.
