Property has a nice modern decor. Great location close to downtown and other attractions.

The property is well maintained and clean. It is situated in a private area while still being very close to shopping and activities. We were very happy with the entire process.

The condo is in a perfect location. Close to 5th Ave and beaches. In quit neighborhood.

We might be spoiled by other rentals we’ve stayed in. Only one very loud wall air conditioner in unit which necessitated freezing out the living room in order to cool the bedroom. Kitchen equipment could use some upgrading. Housekeeper using “shared” laundry to excess. Had to dry and fold his/her laundry in order to do ours as it had been left unattended.

Pictures don't do this justice, this place is beautiful, quiet, and our bois loved it SO much! The shower is just fabulous!

Property was as advertised. Could have used some linens for the couch and futon, and a few more bath and dish towels, only had 1. Will stay again next time in Naples.

Great little apartment in a location very close to fifth Avenue… Matter fact you can walk. The home has been recently remodeled and is contemporary, sleek even though compact. The two recommendations I have for the property are to do an inventory in the kitchen and an upgrade of some of the items and to rethink the sheets and towels to a higher quality. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location.

It was not a peaceful stay. Being downstairs was not great. There were alot of people in the unit above. Up as early as 4:30 am on what sounded like a tredmil. The stairs for the upstairs unit is just outside the the bedroom of the downstairs unit. So you can hear people go in and out very easily. It was clean on inside and decorated nice. I just felt like a bother and not a guest when bringing up concerns with Carlos. If I know there would be excavating done during my stay I would have chosen a different place. I will be back to Naples but will not stay at a place like this again. Could write more but tired.

Great location to be able to walk to many restaurants. Host was very quick to respond to any questions . We were lucky to be able to share in one of his sunset boat rides!!

This was a perfect location for us, close to everything. The property was impeccably cleaned for us and had all the comforts of home. Carlos was always quick to respond to questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends!

Carlos is very nice and responsive. His house is well stocked for cooking and there are lots of beach gear. It is in a cute location.

The property and location were better than described, the unit was very clean and gave the feel of an island getaway. Complimentary laundry machines are located at the unit so we didn't have to leave and could enjoy our beach stay. The location is in the perfect place to enjoy great restaurants and world class beaches. We highly recommend this stay and could not have been happier. Thank you Carlos.

This is a beautiful, extremely clean little cottage in a great location just minutes from 5th Avenue and downtown Naples. My favorite features of the cottage were the tastefulness of the decorating and the fact that it was as clean and immaculate as my own home in Maryland. We loved the backyard, too, where we ate several of our meals. The owner, Carlos, is a wonderful host who was available to us for whatever we needed. We look forward to staying here again in 2020.

My husband and I were in Naples for business and the location was perfect for our needs. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood and well appointed, comfortable and clean.

Stayed here with our two teenage sons to visit relatives. Close to everything, quiet, cute neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Delightful property. Excellent location, minutes from historic Naples' restaurants and beaches. Apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. It is well appointed, including 2 large flat screen TVs, good size kitchen, comfortable bed and lots of closet space. Carl was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had both before and during our visit. Additionally, the neighborhood was very quiet and enjoyable to walk around.

My wife, baby, and I spent 3 nights at this apartment and it was wonderful. We were greeted with a note and a bottle of rose upon arrival. Carl was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. The apartment is located about 5 minutes from downtown Naples and 10 minutes from Lowdermilk park. The washer and dryer were a huge plus as our baby needed to have some laundry done during our stay. Also, the beach toys and gear were very helpful with our little one at the beach. My only suggestion for the future is maybe install a dishwasher if possible as it would keep the kitchen a little more tidy during dinners. Otherwise, the apartment is perfect for a couple looking to spend a weekend in a quiet neighborhood in Naples. Thank you Carl for helping make our trip a great success!

We enjoyed staying in Naples and found the property to be well kept. If you are thinking about renting this unit, just be aware there is no dishwasher and bathroom is very small. The owner is very nice and helpful if there is anything that you need. It is quite close to the beach and 5th Ave. There is a fabulous grocery store nearby called Oakes Farm Seed to Table and a lovely restaurant named Kitchen House which offers great service and wonderful food at an affordable price. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
