Lage direkt am Strand und nah an Einzelhandel.

Nachts war es echt laut am Wochenende wegen feiernder Menschen aus der angrenzenden Kneipe. Auch auf der angrenzenden Straße wurde nachts gerast.

Uitstekende ligging en zeer mooi gerenoveerd appartement.

Zeer slechte akoestiek, ramen houden geluid buiten amper tegen.

The property location is great (across the street from Delhaize and a short walk from paid parking) and excellent location to see the Shrimp Fishermen. It’s decorated very well. It was so nice to have a kitchen. The fold out sofa was the best I have ever slept on! Peter was quick to respond, very kind, and communicated very well.

We had a lovely stay but unfortunately there are a few things that I feel need to be mentioned to prepare for your stay. You need to pick up keys from another location that is 2km drive or tram ride (allow an hour for timetable). The photos are not exactly correct. The building is not facing the water (it’s the side of this building although you can see the beach from an angle. (An arrow on the photo might clear this up). You pay additionally to have sheets and towels. The pool is a public pool that wanted us to pay.

Our family very much enjoyed the 3 nights stay in this nice, spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment on the 7th floor, located directly on the beach, with a lateral view at the sea from the living room and the huge (!) master bedroom. Families with kids may also appreciate the sand toys and board-games (we did :-) ). In any case, everything you need is in a very short walking distance from this apartment (including a supermarket that is just across the street). The owner is very pleasant, helpful and flexible. We especially appreciated the kind possibility of a very late check out on the day of departure as there were no new guests coming on that day. We would definitely recommend this host and his apartment to everyone!

Excellent location. Beach and promenade at the door step with bakeries, shops and restaurants within 1 min walk. Spacious appartment and pleasant living space, lovely decorated. Sea view from main bedroom and living room is a plus. Comfortable bedding. Very good wifi connection. Affordable long term car park only a few min walk from the building. Heating very efficient (welcomed as weather was super windy and cold the week end we were there)

Bedlinen and towels not provided (including no teatowel, no washing up soap). No bin bag. Bathroom and kitchen could do with being more thoroughly cleaned, incl inside cupboards and fridge. Struggled to get hot water in day 3.
