Always friendly and helpful.
A little tired around the edges but clean and comfortable.

Hotel responded quickly when I advised we were running late to check in. Eventhough it was past 11pm we were offered refreshments. Staff Really friendly and accommodating.
The shared bathroom, especially if you had children with you.

As other reviews have said, the staff can't be faulted. They were welcoming and helpful
It is a very tired hotel, in need of redecoration. The breakfast is almost non-existent. There was a selection of open cereal packets; I had some slightly stale "Fruit & Fibre" with milk. No yoghurt. Instant coffee. I didn't see any bread or pastries (but I didn't ask). It is not VAT registered so, if travelling for business, a £100 room is equivalent to a £120 room in VAT registered property. I think there are better value hotels around

The staff were so friendly and helpful - even offered tea/coffee on arrival and took our bags up to the room for us

The owner was lovely and very courteous
The room was cold on arrival, no toilet paper and no dispenser, no tissues, noisy, curtains insufficient, no bathroom hooks, mould in shower, bathroom door hit the basin and no heating in bathrooms. Lots of traffic noise.

Staff super helpful and ready to do there best to make your stay as pleasant/easy as possible. Convenient location, easy to find.

I don't have anything to say about what I like to be honest
It was not like hotel, more like Guess house or whatever. The bathroom cabin with black mould,wich is horrible. The bed matrass quality poor as well, there is no kitchen or food, so you have to go in town for breakfast wich is not close at all, we have Window in room and it was si loud at night, impossible to sleep. Really disapointed
