Great location, located between Colosseum and the Vatican. Spacious apartment (but a few rooms are smaller than the photos) Responsive host. Only complaint is that more information wasn't available sooner (got 33 messages the hour before we arrived, making it hard to plan)

Great location and everything is as described.

Had a wonderful stay with our adult children. Very close to public transportation and in the heart of Rome. Lots of cafes nearby and easy to walk to main sites. The busy street did not bother us at all and loved hearing the church bells. The place was clean and well stocked. Check-in was easy and Maria was easy to reach—very accessible. We will stay again when we visit Rome in the future.

Maria was a fantastic host. The place was in a really great location everything was clean and in excellent condition.

We had an amazing time on Rome. The apartment was located close to the Trastevere neighborhood. Great restaurants and nightlife. Close to the historical sites and shopping. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is in walking distance of most of the important sights in the city, as well as myriad bars and great restaurants. We arrived in the city by noon, and our host allowed us to drop off our luggage immediately and then even check in early at bit later on. The apartment is quite elegant and offers glorious views of the city. It is extremely comfortable for families and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return!

The property has the perfect Location. It has ample space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. World absolutely stay there again.

We came to Rome for a stop on my daughter’s graduation trip for 3 nights. This apartment was amazing and in the absolute perfect location. They let us check in 2 hours early, and then let us leave our luggage in the entry for an extra hour after check out. They left wine and some snacks in the fridge for us as well! As far as location goes, this was my third time in Rome and each time I have stayed in a different neighborhood to try and find the perfect one, and this location was by far my favorite so far. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Excellent location, super spacious for our family of 5. We are used to really cold A/C and in the Europe heat, we felt this could've been colder, but overall would absolutely book again as I think this would've been a problem for us anywhere. Communication excellent, apartment well stocked with coffee, a bottle of wine (wish we had more time in Rome to drink it!), even milk for our coffee! Loved this apartment, would highly recommend.

This comfortable, peaceful and well-located home was a delightful place to stay for our family of 8. Maria communicated with clarity and was responsive to requests and questions that we had. The home served all of our needs and Maria was just a text away. The home is close (walking distance) to many of Rome’s historic sites. We went on several short walking excursions, allowing us to return to the home for rest or meals. I am a runner and I particularly loved getting up early and running along the Tiber in the morning, or in a loop over to the Colosseum, Forum and Vittoriano. Additionally, there are great places to eat nearby. In particular, we have a few members of our group that have gluten sensitivities and there is a a wonderful pizza place (Voglia di Pizza) just a couple blocks away. We highly recommend this home and Maria!

Very nice apartment with tons of amenities. A bit away from the city center but nice area of town. Patio off kitchen is lovely - wish the weather was nicer and we could have enjoyed it more. The loft area was a bit stinky due to pipes but we could close that off.

After 4 days here we spent 4 days at a hotel with no local neighborhood vibe - which was a real disappointment after this lovely place. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the wifi met our needs for remote work & school on 2 of the days. Maria's apartment is the best I have ever stayed in all my holidays !! Every detail is fantastic, very clean, beautiful decor with very comfortable beds. It smells good, very welcoming and relaxing. The apartment is very central and on foot you can reach all the places of interest. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and 100 meters away there is an excellent supermarket, so the location is perfect. Maria offer us excellent coffee, delicious Italian biscuits and fresh fruit. Thank you very much Maria for making our stay in Rome an unforgettable experience! I recommend this apartment at 1000%.

This apartment is spectacular! The location is truly magnificent within walking distance of Trastevere, the old City, the Colosseum and great restaurants. We were two families of four and the apartment had plenty of space for all of us. So clean and comfortable. I really don't think you could ask for a better place to stay! A true gem. You won't regret it booking this fantastic property!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au Leonardo Navona. Notre hôte nous a contacté quelques jours avant notre arrivée et nous a accueilli sur place malgré notre retard! Elle a été disponible tout au long de notre séjour ! L’appartement est spacieux et lumineux , doté de la climatisation Les chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables La cuisine est bien équipée et notre hôte avait mis à notre disposition des fruits, de l’eau, des biscottes , du lait et des confitures pour prendre le petit déjeuner . Les serviettes de bain sont moelleuses , étaient également fournis Savons, shampoing, lait pour le corps. L’appartement est très bien situé Je recommande vivement d’y séjourner

Maria’s place is the best I have ever stayed !! Every detail is great, clean, beautiful decoration, comfortable beds, it smells good , she is very welcoming and helps! She left good coffee, italian cookies, fruits for us! The location is just perfect as well! Thank you so much Maria for making of our stay in Roma such a pleasant experience.. I recommend this flat at 200%!

che esperienza fantastica! POSIZIONE: L'appartamento è nella zona perfetta, si può solo raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali aree di Roma. Il quartiere ha anche un'atmosfera incantevole ed è pieno di ristoranti, supermercati e negozi. APPARTAMENTO: Era ancora meglio di quello che ci aspettavamo: bello come nelle foto, molto pulito e molto spazioso. Ha un ascensore fino al 4 ° piano. Eravamo 6 adulti e 2 bambini e avevamo un sacco di spazio per riposare dopo lunghe passeggiate e dormire. HOST: è stato un piacere incontrare questa bella famiglia. Ci hanno aiutato dalla prenotazione durante il check-out, e ci hanno aspettato mentre il nostro volo era in ritardo. Hanno anche fornito più servizi di quanto ci si aspetterebbe (asciugamani di alta qualità, frutta, caffè, shampoo ...) e davvero ha reso il nostro soggiorno come essere a casa!
