The room is very beautiful with high ceilings and lots of space. Would definitly recommend!

The interior design was beautiful. Beds and linens, excellent. Location is perfect.

The room could have used another chair or stool. A cup to dri k water from, a soap dish in the shower. Soap.

Was expecting more than a coffee and a croissant for breakfast.

Good location in the historic center.

The check in instructions were not clear. Too many locks. The instructions didn’t mention you had to continue holding certain buttons to get in. Had a bit of a hassle by running around trying to connect with staff to get in. No staff on-site. Internet didn’t work in the room. Reported the issue only to hear that what I’ve experienced didn’t reflect on the reality. I’m a senior IT manager, I know when my WIFI works and when it doesn’t. Anyways, they either moved the router or rebooted it during the day, but kept on insisting it worked all along and that I was sending messages from my room and not the reception area. Just so ridiculously silly. If you have a problem admit to it and fix it. Don’t tell me I’m stupid and do not know how to use WIFI.

There is no people working at the reception. Everything works online, which is very frustrating because in case you have a question you have to wait for someone to answer the booking chat. They did not clean the room while I was there. Also, they asked for a picture of my passport??? And were SO rude when I refused to send it… That should definitely improve

Perfect location close to restaurants. Easy to walk from train station. The room was beautiful. Very clean and everything worked.

Unfortunately the room had a very bad smell from their bathroom pipes. Also room 8 Bethoven appears to be right above the smoking gathering area outside and all the smell of cigarettes would co.e into the room.

They should let customers know in advance that this is unstaffed and all is done remotely. They only let you know 10 minutes before entrance. They should let you know that the elevator is not available for clients.

fantastic place, the room was very spacious and extremely clean, Natalia at the front desk (and cleaned the rooms) was amazing, with any assistance freely given no mater how busy she was. highly recommend a stay here. the location really is the best, building literally backs onto main piazza yet is still a quiet location.

It was very clean and the power shower was amazing. The location is perfect as it’s close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended

As I don’t speak any Italian, communication was a bit of a problem but reception was very accommodating.

Even though everything it's very clean and comfortable. It has a really good localisation, you can go by 10 min walk to the train station and its in the more active parts of the city of Foggia.

The only critic that I could made its that the pipes of the bathroom they emanates bad smells sometimes.

Every thing was very very clean and the room was amazing. Large room, everything easy to use and accessible area.

Easy access even if we arrived after the check-in hour. Good staff and good communication. It is in the centre of the city and you have everything close to your stay. The only bad thing is that you have to pay the parking to the mafia that is in the area even if it’s out of payment. Every parking area is taken by the mafia. They ask you 5/10€ for one night and if you are not paying them then they telling you that you’re car can suffer some damages. Even the police told us that we have to pay them. But it’s not the responsibility of the B&B, we find the parking in the main road so you can do the same, without any problems.
