The property was wonderful. We do wish that we had been informed that the dishwasher *and* the washing machine were not in working order as we then needed to hit a laundromat while on vacation. 😕

A lovely home with a generous backyard and patio, replete with irises and roses. Kitchen had all the basics needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week. Excellent internet and having Alexa at one's command provided a nice atmosphere. Owner answered all questions in a timely fashion. Slight inconveniences with the dishwasher and washer not working but overall a lovely stay.

This house was super clean and well stocked. It worked great for our house hunting trip. Was super close to the airport which worked great since one of our party came in really late on Thursday night. All the kitchen cabinets and light switches were clearly labeled which was super helpful. We were disappointed all the family pictures weren’t labeled. It was clear that it was a family home. The dishwasher, washing machine, and the ice/water on the refrigerator door were not working. It wasn’t a problem for us but if we had stayed longer, it would have been. The home owner made up for it by leaving bottled water. This worked great for us because we were on the go most of the time. It was super easy to get to all the spots we were looking for housing. Very nice stay!

Last night of rental was can’t getting a refund from property owner was a process did not get a full refund only for taxes

The property was nice and was just like the pictures. We were not able to stay because there was no heat and they could not get it fixed for the weekend. So far we are out over an extra 500. because we had to get a hotel in the middle of the night. And we also bought food to cook at the house and we had to stay in a hotel the whole weekend. I know that things like this happen and there is no way to change what happened. The only this that should have been done is the house should have been heated before we got there and then they would have known there was a problem.

Great location for a fast Uber or Lyft drive to Salt Palace or downtown. A clean and comfortable home, a very nice surprise when entering this house. The cameras really did not bother us or make us feel intrusive in the least.I will definitely consider renting this on our return next year.Debby

The home was nice and clean in a quiet neighborhood so we were all able to get good nights sleep after long days at the convention center. Kitchen is pretty well equipped and spacious. Beds are comfy! The only thing I wasn't aware of was that the beds in two of the bedrooms are pushed up against the wall. So if you're sharing with a friend, it may be awkward. But there is a downstairs area that has a pull out couch that was pretty comfy and plenty of space. The owner communicates well.

Rent this house if you don't mind being watched on cameras. There is an outside camera at the front door, which is fine. However, there are also cameras in the house. One in the kitchen and one in the dining area. As far as I know, that is it. In the bedroom I stayed in I had to pass by a camera to get to and from the bathroom. It was really creepy for all of us. Since the disclosure in the description only says security system I was not aware of indoor cameras when I rented. One of our guests did call and ask that they be turned off and we were told they were. Although the second night someone knocked on the front door at midnight and then tried to get in the back door. We then noticed there was a red light on the cameras that supposedly were turned off, so I don't know if they were or not. We never found out who knocked on the door since we decided not to open it and couldn't see anyone through the windows by the time we got there. All in all the house is beautiful, but the cameras and constantly feeling like we are being watched is too much for me. Be aware if you decide to rent here.

This location is perfect for getting away from the noise and hustle, but easy travel into the city or any other direction. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The furnishings and home decor are comfortable and beautiful... the kitchen is generously stocked and appointed with every little thing we needed but forgot to bring... right down to a Kitchen Aid stand mixer and a jar of Salt Water Taffy. We hope to stay here again!

We were so impressed with the quality of the renovation and were grateful for all the "extras" that were provided (snacks, coffee, etc). Perfect location for quick access to the airport, highway, and downtown. Phil went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thanks again!

The house fit our group of 9 very comfortably. Everything was very well stocked and easily accessible. The interior has been wonderfully updated and decorated. Owners were great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!
