L'unità 1411 ha due camere da letto e due bagni completi. La camera da letto principale è spaziosa e si apre su un grande lanai. Il bagno principale dispone di doppio lavabo e di una grande vasca / doccia. La seconda camera da letto è luminosa e offre una vista sul paesaggio tropicale. Il design della cucina aperta sfocia in una zona pranzo e in un'ampia zona giorno con vista sulla proprietà paesaggistica. L'accesso al grande lanai dalla zona giorno offre comodi pasti all'aperto e relax. L'unità 1411 si trova nel cerchio interno desiderabile della proprietà. Quale è una delle migliori posizioni. Aggiunge al sentimento privato e all'esperienza complessiva in Paradiso. We had a wonderful stay here! The home was beautiful, just like the pictures. The pool was awesome and so close to the unit. The upstairs guests were a little loud at times but that’s too be expected being in a ground floor unit. I would definitely stay here again My only wish was that they had crib sheets for the travel crib. I would have brought my own had I known they didn’t have any. I assumed they would since they had the crib but i should have confirmed. I also was really happy they had two snorkel masks to use for me and my family. Awesome place! Checking in was super easy and we had no issues at all.

Loved this stay and hope to be back! Everything was thoughtfully considered and super clean. The location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful landscaping and pool nearby. Ideal for families with kids in any age group. The unit is thoughtfully laid out, private and tastefully decorated. Wonderful master bath and bedroom. The only issues were the upstairs neighbors were a little noisy in the morning and the wifi connection was slow at times. Minor issues compared to how amazing this place is. These are friendly, welcoming hosts who immediately respond to questions. Loved the food truck guide! Would definitely book again!

The property was beautiful. The owners were great in clearly communicating the check in process. The unit was well stocked with linens, all the kitchen stuff. Even laundry and dish detergent. The place is very clean, easily accessible, and great Princeville location. The place has a well stocked kitchen, which made cooking at home very easy. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards which made beach days much more pleasant. No complaints about the place at all

The home was in very good condition with great amenities and a very good attention to detail about what a guest would need or want during their stay. Walking distance to the golf course with a hiking trail all along a few holes. Very close (10min) from Hanalei Bay with a great kids friendly beach.

Property was well maintained; with more than adequate kitchen equipment. Great location with easy check in and checkout details. My parents and family enjoy the spacious living area that was more than perfect for our family of 6. When we return to Kauai this would be a great space to stay at again.

Hosts, Anthony and Julie’s place was awesome. Great location to do any activities on the north side of Kauai. They allowed us early check in as we stayed the first week on the south side! Anthony provided great tips and information throughout the stay. Condo was very clean, well equipped with everything you need and beautiful decor! Would most definitely recommend for a stay on the north side!

We stayed here for a week and loved it. It was nice to have enough space for the 4 of us to relax and not feel like we were on top of each other. The only thing we had a problem with is that they added rain gutters and re-did the roof while we were there. They started at 7AM and had treated wood that made the house stink like dirty feet. Being able to open all the doors helped with that. Loved having washer and dryer and beach stuff to take to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

They had everything., boggies boards, beach chairs, totally stocked kitchen.. It fit our family of 6. Two large bedrooms. Two very nice bathrooms. The pull out coach for kids. Lots outside space to eat meals. We just loved our stay. Princeville is magical.

We had a great time at this property. Anthony/Julie we great hosts with quick responses and communication. The home was spotless and the location is fantastic. We spent time in the pool and used the BBQ. It was a short distance to the beaches and restaurants, which we took advantage of.

Princeville Condo
I stayed at the condo for a week with my two teenage sons. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. The condo was located near beaches, hiking, restaurants and shopping. The description was accurate and communication with the owners was easy! I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Cozy spot in Princeville
Great spot to stay in Princeville. The property was very clean and it was very quiet at night. I’d say about 10 min away from Hanalei and there was a shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants just outside the compound. The owners were very nice and attentive. They kept in good communication. Getting in was super easy with a keypad so didn’t have to hassle with keys. They had lots of books on Kauai so it was easy to research what to do in the area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. They also provided toiletries and laundry detergent. Looking forward to coming back.

Perfection in Princeville!
This property was fabulous! We have stayed in a few houses on Kaua’i over the years, but this is by far the best experience we’ve had. The house is beautiful, very spacious, quiet, and right in the heart of all things Princeville. A short walk to the shopping areas in one direction, and a short walk in the other to the cliffs overlooking the sea for that perfect sunset view. The house was soooo clean, with the best-equipped kitchen and bathrooms we have seen, and full of all the extras you would want for a beach trip. Coolers, ice blocks, beach chairs, parasols, beach towels- it really had everything.
One of the best rental properties we have ever been to, and our hosts were amazing!!

Fabulous Condo in Princeville
We love staying at the condo on Pepelani Lane. The neighborhood was quiet but beautiful. There was a pool and a hot tub open to the folks in the neighborhood. It was walking distance from Princeville with good food shopping, Clothes shopping, yoga studios and Lapperts ice cream. They were at least four or five beaches within 10 minutes drive of the condo and at least two that were walking distance. We had a lovely time. We relaxed and visited with each other and experienced some of the sites Of Kauai And some of the excellent restaurants nearby. We highly recommend staying there.

LOVED everything About this place! We had breakfast every day outside. Place had everything we needed for this amazing vacation. Location was PERFECT, close to best beaches. The condo was large and our family of 4 enjoyed every minute. Kitchen well stocked. A/C was a great plus. Great communication with owners. We couldn’t find beach towels and they had them to us in under 5 mins. You will love your stay here!

Condo is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Loved being on the ground level for quick access to pool and bbq area. AC was down when we arrived, owners had window units installed within 24 hrs so we could keep cool for the rest of our 10-day stay, AMAZING hosts. I’d give more stars if I could.

PANORAMIC BEAUTIFUL SCENERY
The north side of Kauai provides panoramic views of beautiful natural lush scenery. Anthony and Julie ‘s condo is very clean , quiet and comfortable! The condo is decorated with Hawai’ian decor. The lanai is steps from the pool.
