Questa posizione è speciale e unica per la sua pedonabilità al La Quinta Resort, al City Park e al parco giochi e ai ristoranti e boutique di classe mondiale dell'OldTown Village. Entrando nello storico La Quinta Cove, dove negli anni '30 fu costruito il primo campo da golf nell'intera area di Palm Springs, si scorgono le maestose montagne di Santa Rosa che circondano la baia. Hands down the best vacation rental property I have ever stayed in. I can’t think of one thing that I needed and didn’t even expect they would have but I thought what the heck let me check before I run to the store….you name it they had it. The hosts were so sweet, so responsive and so resourceful. 100% will be coming back again. I needed a quite relaxing get away with no worries and this was the perfect place.

Comfortable, clean and great location. There is a park across the street you can take your dog. The house has a pool table and dart board. It’s a lot of fun. The back yard has a really comfortable sitting area as well.

This is our first time staying in La Quinta. Although we come to the desert annually, we have always stayed in the Palm Desert or Rancho Mirage area. Changing regulations in those areas pushed us to look more eastward and I now think La Quinta has those other cities beat. This home’s kitchen is very well equipped if you are a cook. Tons of spices and plenty of pots, pans, etc. The pool table and dartboard were a bonus on the one bad weather day we had. This home is a quick 5-10 minute walk to everything you want to do in La Quinta. There is a great park close by as well as hiking trails. 4 bikes with helmets are in the garage for your use as well as a basketball and pool toys. As I said before, very well stocked home!

This rental has it all!! We visited La Quinta since this rental location was an easy 10 min drive to the conference @Hyatt in Indian Wells. The house was absolute perfection for us and our dog. A completely enclosed backyard for her to roam freely was amazing, along with a great pool, spa, and comfy outdoor furniture set for us to hang out at. The inside was even better!! Great kitchen with everything needed, fun pool table, great beds and bathrooms, and a bar and coffee station to top it all off! Easy walk across the street to the community park, and 2 blocks walk to the bear creek nature trail. We will definitely be back for another stay, and hopefully a longer one. Skip and Monica were also such great hosts, and because no one was booked the next day, graciously offered us a late check out!! Of all the vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, this is hands down one of our favorites :)

This really is a very nice property! We used the pool and hot tub every day. Really liked the proximity to the Old Town area, about a five minute walk. Also used the grill a couple of times. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Home was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice kitchen with high end cookware and appliances. Comfortable beds. Open floor plan with fun game room. And communication with owner was excellent. Great for up to three couples.

Stayed several nights with my husband, mother in law, one year old, and dog and we all had the best time! Perfect location for park walks or walking to downtown La Quinta. Very clean house and pool. Safe and secured yard for the dog. High chair and safe wood or leather furniture for baby. Pool table for the adults. We plan to come again!

House is stocked with everything and a special note about the kitchen: it’s the best stocked kitchen you will ever find on VRBO!! It was a lot of fun cooking dinners in such a chef’s kitchen. This house is beautiful. Ceilings soar and it is even nicer than the pictures. Everything is so clean and well appointed. The pool is perfect and the misters a god send in the high temps. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time. Everything you need is minutes away - just everything you could need/want in a rental. Skip & Monica were so helpful and communicative - just wonderful!

Skip and Monica’s place was perfect for our family! The property is fully stocked with extra amenities, like pool toys, board games, and bikes for exploring. It's a 5-minute or less walk to the playground and another 5 to several restaurants. The property was well-maintained and very comfortable. The spa and pool were terrific and well-utilized during our stay. Sikp and Monica were responsive and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Overall it's a fantastic family friendly property that we recommend.

This house is absolutely wonderful! Stayed with 3 couples and we were all truly impressed with this beautiful home. So clean, comfortable, and perfect for entertaining. We enjoyed the jacuzzi that heated up so quickly, the coffee bar that included everything we needed , the pool table, ample parking and other great amenities! Plenty of pool towels, paper towels, toilet paper, plates/glasses, plus bikes and sports equipment for a great stay. The location is perfect for hiking, visiting old town, golfing and shopping. Skip and Monica were so responsive before and during our stay! I would highly recommend this property to families, friends, and couples! Really an extraordinary stay!

We spent a relaxing two weeks at the Monarch. The house was lovely, quiet and very comfortable and well-furnished. Skip and Monica were excellent hosts, very responsive to any questions that arose, and who have thought of everything guests might need. The kitchen was large and fully furnished with quality appliances, dishware, and pots and pans that are better than what we have at home!
We also enjoyed the convenience of the location, being within walking distance of Old Town La Quinta, a 5-minute drive from fabulous hiking trails, and a few miles from the Indian Wells tennis tournament.

Another wonderful stay in La Quinta at one of Skip and Monica’s premier properties. This time at the Monarch. This is a fantastic spot close to Old Town and an easy drive into Palm Springs. The spa was a tremendous addition as was the heated pool especially given the rough weather we had for a couple of days. Be assured, these hosts address any issue immediately and with grace and kindness. We’ll be back again soon.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This is one of the nicest houses we have rented, and La Quinta is a wonderful town. The hosts have equipped the home with everything you could ask for. Highlights included misters for the warm days, a great outdoor sitting area, board games, TV in all bedrooms, comfortable beds, pool table and a VERY well equipped kitchen. This will be first on our list for our next visit!
