Questo grazioso condominio presenta un piano piano e 2 balconi privati con una vista unica sull'acqua. La cucina completamente attrezzata è fornita e pronta per iniziare a creare! Il soggiorno e la camera degli ospiti si aprono su un balcone privato e la camera matrimoniale ha un proprio balcone privato. Questo condominio è situato di fronte alla piscina dal lato est della proprietà. Entrambi i balconi privati e tutte le finestre si affacciano ad ovest in modo da poter vedere il Golfo del Messico scintillante in lontananza. Questo è un ottimo condominio per 2 coppie da condividere dato che entrambe le camere hanno un grande letto e una porta a un balcone privato. Servizio internet wireless gratuito. L'edificio n. 1 si trova proprio di fronte alla piscina ea pochi passi dall'accesso alla spiaggia in loco.

the location is perfect. the gated community makes it feel like you are removed and on some resort. the pool are and walk ways to the beach are well maintained and clean.
our particular unit was perfectly located and the views were stunning. the rental unit itself was layed out well and clean. but could use updating and some added amenities. the beds are quite old and we had barely enough blankets and towels. and no beach towels at all. the beach chairs are in terrible condition. if you fly in for a week it would be impractical to go buy chairs and towels that would not go home with you.
we would definitely stay there again - in the same apartment or another unit.
our main complaint was we were in the fourth floor and were not advised the elevator was out. that was a challenging surprise.
the rental company gave us a few options but it was the one rather large challenge to the stay.

The property was very nice and well kept. We look forward to a return visit. We stayed here several times in the 1990's and were very pleased with the resort then and now again.

Bought groceries upon arriving the first night. The refrigerator appeared not to cool off. Called and talked to a tech and he said it should cool off after 24 hours. The refrigerator did not completely cool until Monday after we arrived Saturday afternoon. We lost some of the meat that we had bought. On Wednesday or Thursday we came back from the beach and the programable thermostat was off. We called our tech number again they sent out a tech that came about 7:00 to fix the problem Something had clogged up in the air conditional. When he arrived it was 80 in the condo. They did fix the problem.

Resort great, view fabulous, condo unit disappointing!!! This unit needs maintenance, upgrades, and better cleaning service. I would say that I'm not too picky but do expect a certain level of accommodations at this rental price. Great place to vacation but in another unit.

This was our fourth year vacationing at Land's End. We had a wonderful time and will be back again next year. The place was in excellent shape. I have always and will continue to tell friends and family about the wonderful time we had. Next year can not get here soon enough.

The stay was very nice. The condo was in a great location, close to the elevator, parking spot, and a short walk to beach and pool. We didn't have and beach towels so had to go purchase some of those. With flying and bag fees this would of been helpful.

The reservation process was flawless. Checking in offsite at the rental office just added time and delay to already weary travelers. It would be have been a much better experience if we could have checked in at the security gate. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. the overhead light is dining area looked as if it was about to fall off the ceiling, otherwise we the property description was spot-on. Once we were settled in we made great use of the grounds and all it had to offer and had a wonderful time the staff was friendly and non invasive. The view from our unit was breathtaking of the sunrise and sunset. We are looking forward to coming back again!

This property was conveniently located within walking distance to the pool and beach. The condo looked just like the pictures. Only complaints would be that the bathrooms were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, the dishwasher leaked when in use. Other than that, no issues! I would stay here again!!

We love Lands End, I think it is the perfect place on Treasure Island! We stayed in building 3 last year and had a very dirty kitchen! This year we stayed in building 1in 407 a beautiful condo. The problem is the cleaning crew in these condos. The lovely redone large bathroom shower was very moldy and lots of dust in condo. The refrigerator would leak out into kitchen floor from bottom about every 3 days and the light fixture over dining room table falling out of ceiling! There is not a mop nor a decent broom in the place to clean up water or sand. Last year while there we bought a dust buster so we could keep sand off floor. I think guests take a lot of heat over what the cleaning people should be doing. All that being said I hope to stay there again next year!!

We have stayed in Land's End before, and it cannot be beat for amenities, value, and location. Because it's a well-staffed, gated community, it is a very quiet, safe, maintained area. The condo's location right behind the pool is very convenient. The condo itself was clean and as-listed.

Had a great time and always enjoy coming to Lands End. I know it's difficult but I would add a handrail in the hall bathtub for elderly individuals so that entering and exiting the tub is a little easier and also a mirror in the hall bedroom would be helpful.

I loved everything about it. It fit our family great. Plenty to do and everythng was clean. We did not have air the last 2 days. Which normally I would not have minded but building 1 is a very busy place in the morning so you could not keep the sliders open for air to circulate. Workers and vehicles like to get going early!!

It is just an average condo. Needs allot of work. Tiles are cracked and separating in the shower and loose on the floor in the kitchen. The screen door wouldn't open from the living room. It was backwards so we had to go out the kids bedroom. Went to the pool one evening there was no one there but me and my 3 kids. Old guy comes yelling for us to get out of the hot tub. I had seen kids in it all week with their family. I figured he had nothing better to do. This location is not very family friendly. Too many retirees that forget they were once young and liked to enjoy the beach instead of looking at it. I am sure this place was great 25 years ago. But time has passed it by. The internet was down right horrible. And as an IT engineer this was very concerning. I needed it. Instead had to go elsewhere to work.They dryer took a day to dry anything. we have been going to Florida for 20yrs and this is just average. Most places we stay have everything you need. This place fell well short of that. Would not return.

In comparison with our last rental we found dishes, silver ware and pans kind of dirty. the condo is nice but old and it needs a little more maintenance. We were in building #1. The building was taken care of very well! The guard was always smiling and friendly. Our condo was well maintained and had everything we needed to make our stay a great one. The bed in the second bedroom was the most comfortable I had slept in on vacation! Dawn was very friendly at Resort Rentals and made check in a breeze! I will stay there again when I visit Treasure Island.
