We have stayed at resort rentals several times over the years and for the price increase along with the new 30 parking permit, its turning into the place not stay stay at in the future. We had 3 condos rented this week with other family members and they experienced similar issues as well.
I did call maintenance for the repairs in our condo and they was addressed.

The kitchen is spacious and inviting with all the essentials you need. The master bathroom is huge and the bedroom has a walk in closet. The bed makes a lot of noise though and isn't the most comfortable. We had a running dishwasher that was fixed within 90 minutes. The team, especially Gail, is incredibly reliable and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

The beach is not crowded at this time of year and the water is wonderfully warm.This condo could use to have more kitchen cookware- like a cookie sheet or some other bakeware for oven use. The beds were pretty comfortable though. The noise this year from the beach construction project was not pleasurable. They must work night and day since you could hear the equipment when the weather was calm.

In high tide the water would splash onto the boardwalk railing and our room was directly above the boardwalk. Never been so close to the ocean. We were surrounded by water. The unit was very clean and complex was quite. We never saw or heard anything loud or disturbing. If you want a relaxing and memorable place to stay, this is it! Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all to have been summer break. Swimming pool was also very clean and management/staff on the grounds were all very kind and helpful.

We love Lands End and have stayed at the property around 4 times. This unit was ok but the bathrooms need a total gut job. The toilets did not work and everything was very outdated. Sheets were not good quality. But overall we enjoyed the stay. We will go back to lands end but not that unit.

Property was satisfactory, although Unit a bit dated. Pullout sofa was awful and unusable. The view was great and the floor plan adequate. My biggest complaint was the pool and hot tub N A Z I that made it a point to call out every little minor indiscretion that occurred and did so, quite rudely. That woman (Yes, you. I am talking about you) and one of the Guards (who takes his job way to seriously) , ruined a couple of our days due to the rudeness. I will question staying here again due to those two individuals. Sad for the other property owners.

The fire alarm did not have a battery in it. The coffee pot still had the last visitors coffee in it. The room is very outdated and the beds were terrible. An ok place to stay. Biggest complaint was the beds. Master bed and pullout couch both are way beyond needing replaced; You can feel the springs in your back, and we woke up with a neck/back pain every day. There is a bar across the inlet that blasts music until 10pm every night, so no going to bed early for the kiddos with the thumping base. Kids were super excited to find beach supplies in the closet since we flew in, then devastated to find everything broken. Two boogie boards broken, both chairs busted, and a beach umbrella with holes everywhere. Not sure why that stuff wasn’t thrown away. With that being said, it had beautiful views. We saw dolphins and manatee every morning from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were dated, but I knew that from other reviews and it didn’t bother us. Quiet location away from everything.

We loved that this property is away from the hustle and bustle, but we could be in the heart of Tresure Island in minutes. The view from on condo was breathtaking! We enjoyed watching daily dolphin shows in the gorgeous blue waters of the inlet and hearing the crash of the waves from our bedroom. The condo was clean and well kept. The only exeption to this was the bathrooms. The shower tile and floor of the hall bathroom was as clean as it could be considering it is very worn out. Both bathrooms are very dated in in need of renovation.

The amenities at Lands End were wonderful - pool was big, access to the beach was great. We were also only a few min drive to restaurants. The biggest letdown was the condo itself. It really needs an updating and if not a total redo then at least address some cosmetic issues to make the stay more comfortable. Screen doors were rusted out, missing tp holders, 1 sink hardly drained, etc. Some of these minor fixes go a long way. The view from the unit was gorgeous and overall my family had a great time outside of some of the condo issues/updating needs. Would stay at Lands End again but maybe a different unit.

very clean condo great location

The property was in a great location, by the beach and had every amenity you need when you travel with children. The apartment itself was ok, good size, nice views, kitchen in good shape, comfortable beds but the bathrooms really do need to be remodeled and a bit lacking in terms cooking utensils. Could use a bit more of everything in the kitchen and some new cookware. Overall we had a great stay and a fun time!

Our condo was spotless and had everything we needed including a few extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. The view from the balcony was perfect for viewing dolphins and manatees, we saw them daily. Only a few things inside the condo, bathrooms were completely functional but could use an update and the pull out couch bed worked for kids to sleep on but was extremely uncomfortable for an adult to lay on. A bonus was the hot tube right near building 5, several nights we listened to live music from just across the water while enjoying the hot tub. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We saw dolphins and a manatee right outside our window. The kitchen could use some serious updating. The dishwasher sounds like it's going to break every time you open it and the cupboard drawers are difficult to open. Pots and Pans are warped and do not make contact with the stove. Utensils are old and rusted too. The bathrooms could use some fixing up and the wood floors are warping. It really wouldn't take much to update this condo and it could be very nice. Overall, we didn't spend much time inside so it was a great vacation! The management company was extremely helpful and friendly. Renters BEWARE: the pool is NOT KID FRIENDLY. There's no balls or floats allowed and children under 17 years old cannot go in the hot tub. The rules are strictly enforced with staff sitting by the pool the entire day.
