Our condo was roomy, clean, and a real pleasure to enjoy the lovely views of the gulf. The condo itself was well equipped. The entire Lands End complex was well maintained! Every year we have thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Lands End!

The condo was clean, attractive and most important at the beach in Florida, no bugs! However after staying in many units at this location we will not return to this one. We brought beach towels, but for four people we were provided with only 7 bath towels for one week! The linen closet was locked as were many others. So we had a wonderful vacation with the one dissapointment. Would definitely recommend Resort Rentals and Lands End.

This particular condo was clean and has a nice updated kitchen, bathrooms and living area. The bedrooms are a little dated, but we don't go to Lands End to hang out in the bedrooms. We will rent this condo again. Very spacious compared to the smaller units.

Great week. Lands End is beautiful. The unit (301) was absolutely awesome!! Updated, fully stocked utensils in the kitchen. Two full sofas for folks to sit comfortably. TVs in both bedrooms. Walk-in shower was fabulous. My daughter had a broken foot. The walk-in shower was a big help for her. Loved the rockers on the balcony!!

However, fridge leaked on the floor every day. Called the manager to have someone come but nobody ever did. Woke up every morning to a puddle on the floor. Sofa’s and chairs are worn out. Sofa’s have a piece of plywood under the cushions to prevent sagging and are very uncomfortable to sit on. Time for new furniture to justify the cost of this rental. Unit could have been cleaned better by cleaning staff. Cups, dishes and cutlery were dirty and found a pair of socks on the floor from previous renters.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. They even had coolers, chairs and toys for us to use at the beach. We would totally stay here again.

You almost feel like you are in the Caribbean. The grounds are beautiful. Our condo was well maintained, clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view. It was just what we were looking for. It is a perfect location. Just a short ride up the road are supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping. The beach was very nice. The water was pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit is right next to the steps which is right next to the path to the beach which was very handy. I wish they had nice beach chairs like in other units our friends had. They did have the camper style chairs which are good if you want to sit high, but I suggest they should buy at least 2 decent low beach chairs too. There was a small cooler. We kept refilling the ice cube trays as the icemaker doesn't produce much. But it worked out for us. Unit is very clean and updated nice. Love the end unit layout.

Exceptionally well renovated, well supplied with utensils and crockery, and modern appliances. No unnecessary clutter made it a pleasure to relax in, and to share meals with family. Cannot recommend this one highly enough - the owners did a terrific job in renovating and updating it.

I was not able to sleep on the mattress in the master bedroom by the end of the week. Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are short for a teenage boy. Negatives, the master bed needs a new mattress as it is broken down a bit making it difficult to get comfortable. The two living room sofas sag quite a bit in the middle. The wifi was pretty weak, it was useless unless you were in the master bedroom where the router is located. The cable tv was a little frustrating to use. It is difficult to find channels as there is no on screen guide to what is on.
These are all minor quibbles, but when you pay $2500 for a weeks stay, the expectations are a bit higher.
