Luminosa, spaziosa casa unifamiliare recentemente ristrutturata con 50 piedi di darsena in legno e una parete di mare di 80 piedi situata sul canale. Questo ospiterà due barche da 40 "legate in tandem (non è consentito il rafting nel canale) o qualsiasi combinazione di dimensioni pari a 80 '. Grande vialetto per ampio parcheggio. Casa in cemento con nuovi arredi in tutto. Dipinto di fresco. Ampio cortile e enorme 2 ° piano proiettato in veranda con zona pranzo. We just stayed for a week from Aug 4-11. The property was absolutely amazing!! Our group of 7 had so much room. The outdoor space is incredible! We loved the outdoor kitchen and bar area. The Bluetooth speakers in the bar are awesome while relaxing by the wonderful pool!! Eddie was awesome all week with anything we needed, the ice machine was down when we got there, it was repaired by the next day. Such an amazing vacation, we will definitely be back!!

This house is amazing - it has two levels which is ideal for two families or for a family with teens who want more privacy. The outdoor area is incredible- a dozen (or more) comfortable lounge chairs; inflatables for the pool; pool toys/corn hole; other seating areas; a whole brand new outdoor bar with a full kitchen; kayaks; bicycles. The house also faces west so you get nice afternoon soon by the canal. A cute mini beach with a pier is within a 5-min walk - great area to watch sunsets. The owner, Eddy, is super nice and responsive. We highly recommend :) Great vacation!

Amazing! Best place we’ve stayed on our annual trip in 10 years. Facilities were well thought out. Plenty of room inside for us 8 adults. Pool, dock, bar, ice machine, freezer, refrigerators everywhere!

Owner Eddie was accessible and helpful.
We utilized the bicycles and access to the cabana club which was better than we expected. Private sandy beach, large pool, bar with food service.

We found Eddie’s place to be better than advertised. Great location on the canal, plenty of room for one boat plus two jet skis, phenomenal pool and backyard, plenty of space for our party of 9, plenty of parking. This was our 10th summer trip to Key Colony and this place was a favorite of the group. There was ample ice in the ice machine, plenty of umbrellas for shade, outdoor games, kayaks, a gorgeous outdoor kitchen which would be great in the cooler months. One of the best parts of the pool for the hot summer months is that it is cooled and very refreshing. We’ve stayed in quite a few homes where the pool water is more like a warm tub, that was not the case here.

Great location. Quiet off the main drag. Home is perfect for multi-family stay with all the extras. A garbage disposal would be a nice addition. Great communication with the owner and a lot of special touches. Cabana Beach Club was a hit with the grand children. Would stay again

This property and the overall experience working with Eddie the host was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The home is KCB perfection. The multilevel living was perfect for our party of 10 and allowed everyone their own space. I cannot say enough about the backyard, pool and dock. We were absolutely blown away once we arrived. The upstairs is quaint and comfortable the downstairs is a fun area with lots to do and the pool is like a 5 star resort. The communication with Eddie was amazing and he ensured that our stay was perfect. If you are looking for a house in KCB this one is not to be missed and I promise you that you will not be disappointed.

Perfect place with a pool
The area is fantastic and this home is perfect. We have been going to Key Colony for 40 years and this has been the best home we have stayed at so far. Our search is over and will be coming back year after year. The house is fully stocked with any amenities you can think of having. The owers have thought ght of everything.

This place was amazing had everything we needed and more From the dock to the fish cleaning station the Weber grill beach towels kayaks Extra life jackets if needed outdoor bait freezer 2 refrigerators inside that is key When you have a large family All the kitchen equipment pots pans utensils that you could ever need is there I don't want to forget about the pool that pool is probably the best feature of the house extra large shelf for the kids sitting area in the deep end for the adults and that swim lane What a great design and well-thought-out pool and deck area. Edwin was always quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. We will definitely be back next year.....

All You Could Want For a Family Trip
The property was a great size especially for a family of four giving everyone a bedroom if they wanted. The ptrivate pool was a hit and the food around Marathon was good. I already told Eddie I would be going through paleta withdrawal, but I am surviving well. Highly recommend the stay and nearby Sombrero Beach is conveniently near and beautiful. Eddie was very accommodating and helpful with any questions.

Great week in KCB
Our week in KCB was great! We love the house and it was exactly as advertised. Everything necessary was provided. The Kayaks and bikes are a great addition and our kids loved the Pool and air hockey table. The fastlane (current generator in the pool) is awesome and provided a ton of fun. The house was spotless. KCB is, in our opinion, the best part of Marathon with its safe walkable neighborhoods and bike path and great canal access! We would definitely rent this house again. For the record - we are also vacation rental owners....and our standards are probably harder to meet than many. That being said - communication with Eddie was superb. Great response time and support during the week.

KCB perfection!
Eddie and Sandra have thought of EVERYTHING to ensure a relaxed, easy, FUN vacation to KCB. Having 2 toddlers with us, we deeply appreciated the safety measures in place in regards to accessing the pool (the door alarms were brilliant!). The pool. Y’all, that pool. We had the best time swimming and splashing around, and the temp control allowed my early rising 3 yr old to splash away before 8am. We also enjoyed the football table. And the layout of the house itself is ideal for families, with separation of space for those that want to sleep in or wake up early. Eddie is so great, easily accessible and happy to answer any questions or troubleshoot. We don’t have enough positive things to say about Eddie, Sandra, and their wonderful vacation home! Thank you!

Paradise in Marathon
This home has everything you could want for a weekly rental. The location on the canal has instant access to both Gulf and the Atlantic. The home has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever had in a rental. The beds are very comfortable. The outdoor area around the pool is awesome; the pool has a wading area for small children, lights and fountains.

Great Vacation
We had a great week. House and property are better than advertised. Outdoor pool area is huge and a great place to hang out. House is well equipped and had everything we needed. Two living areas was nice for our large family. Lots of little extras made our stay enjoyable. Location Is great with easy water access to ocean or gulf. Public boat ramp is also located very close by. Eddie was very responsive and dealt with any minor issues immediately. We've already rebooked for next year.

Paradise
The home is located within a very friendly, beautiful community just down from a popular Sunset Park where we watched gorgeous sunsets nightly. We enjoyed the resort-like outdoor area with boat dock, kayaks, and a wonderful pool. The owners supply all of the essentials for a relaxing vacation in the Keys. We hope to go back to this location soon!

This property exceeded all expectations! The attention to detail is amazing. You will not want for anything. Outstanding communication and accommodation throughout the entire rental process. Of particular note was the cleanliness of the property. Everything you need and more is there. Perfect for families or larger groups. The location is so easy to access from both the gulf or Atlantic. 13th birthday get away!
With a family and kids of ages 1 to 13, we had a great getaway and loved hanging around the pool/deck area. Really nice property and very comfortable. Owner was terrific and the dock and kayaks were icing on the cake. We look forward to coming back!

The backyard pool area sells this rental. We felt like we were at a resort. Large pool with lights and fountains. House had plenty of room for our entire group. Kids loved the air hockey table and TV room downstairs for them. We loved it so much we already have rented it for next year.

Great Week in Key Colony
Our week's stay at the Erosa's Key Colony home was delightful. They have planned for everything. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are very nice, there are bikes, kayaks and fishing equipment available as well as a lovely outdoor/pool area. We really never felt a need to leave and enjoyed 3 dinners by the pool with the beautiful lighting. Eddie is very thorough and easy to work with. There is no question that we would love to return. Extraordinary host, great property
The photos don't really do it justice, it's much nicer. The pool is the most well thought out I've ever seen. It goes from 6 inches, perfect for infants and little kids to an "endless pool" lap machine I used every day. Eddie spend close to an hour with me the first day on the phone walking me thru every aspect of the property and was available seemingly 24/7 to help with any questions. No owner has ever done that with me before. Also, his attitude is, "You're on vacation, you shouldn't have to worry if there's enough toilet paper, or washing machine soap, or pretty much anything! I've rented properties that cost more but had no coffee filters, no dishwasher soap, no nothing. Anyway, thank you Eddie!

Amazing! Stop looking! You found the best place to stay! Eddie was amazing to work with, communication was top notch and freaky fast. House was an absolute dream, no need to ever leave it! Property was even better than advertised. Location was perfect for seeing all the Keys. Pool and outdoor area was so perfect and relaxing. Eddie has thought of everything, and provided many things others do not. Everything necessary for bringing a baby, lots of extra towels, the bikes, kayaks, fishing poles...everything! The Key Colony Inn right down the street had amazing food! We used a charter from the KCB marina for fishing. You could have a great vacation and never leave the neighborhood, it was all spectacular!

Relaxing....
This property was perfect for our family! The separate kitchen downstairs and up allowed the different families to wake up and have breakfast on their own terms. We had a family with 8 year old twin boys and a family with a 1 year old and a two year old. So with the different sleeping patterns for the kids (and adults) this was perfect for us! Eddie was the greatest to work with. We will be back for sure!!

The house was perfect for us. We were 2 families so the layout was ideal giving you lots of space and privacy if you need it.
It’s equipped with everything you could need from cocktail glasses to TVs but the outdoor space is the highlight. A great pool, lots of outdoor seating, a dock to fish off, kayaks and bikes. We pretty much spent the whole week there
