We very much enjoyed our stay and spending time on our balcony overlooking the bay. It was a two minute walk to the beach, which we walked most mornings. Unfortunately, our condo's elevator was out of service while we were there.

I have stayed on Treasure Island for a few weeks the past 2 years and decided to book 2 weeks in a condo at Lands End this year because the complex looked beautiful and was located in my favorite area with direct beach access to Sunset Beach. This was a perfect rental for me and the unit contained everything possible that I could need. Great location in the complex, nice water views and close to the pool and hot tub. While the weather was not so great for my 2 weeks stay I still enjoyed my time there. Would definitely rent this condo again.

We had a very nice stay, gate entrance was nice, assigned parking space was nice, room was nice. We did feel that the people before us did not leave the unit in as good of shape as they should. In particular the dishes in the cabinet were greasy and some had crumbs on them. Seemed like they were wipe off and put away. stainless was suspicions as well.

We found the unit well presented and worthy of a long stay. The location is excellent if you want a laid back vacation in the sun, yet a location that is within easy access to shopping and/or major tourist venues. The support we got from Resort Rentals was excellent and the minor problem we had with the WiFi was resolved very quickly. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Overall it was good. Lovely pool, location, beach. However, I completely don't understand how a beach rental propery doesn't provide beach or pool towels, or any beach chairs or umbrella.

Disappointed
Adequate unit but not impressed. Cleanliness of unit was only fair. Sheets were pilly and rough. Cheapest toilet paper and scott towels. Dirty fridge and shower with used soap and someone’s hairs. Resort Rentals did not reply to my email. Nice area, just would not rent this unit again.

We were charged a $30 fee at Lands End to park our car. We’ve rented there through RR many times and never had a parking fee but RR did not inform us of this ahead of time. We also called a Few days before our arrival asking about red tide and was told no problem. I understand red tide comes and goes but we had difficulty breathing, our eyes watered and hurt and many people were coughing and sneezing. So I guess it’s the responsibility of renter to ascertain conditions not RR.

A convenient location with some good views. A nice gated community. Lots of to do right there. The place was a little dirty and no batteries in the remotes. I had to remount the rollers on track so the closet doors wouldn't fall on one of us. There was a screen door behind the couch, several burnt out bulbs, and a broken dimmer switch. The balcony door was hard to slide. It really needs some maintenance. But, overall we had a great time!

The condo we rented (Bldg#1, Unit 402) was a nice and clean 1 bedroom Condo that my wife and I enjoyed. We would return to this condo without any question. For the past 6 years we have been spending 6 weeks at Land's End, and in Bldg. 1 Unit 402 for 5 years. Until this year, we have found Resorts Realty so efficient in responding to any needs or complaints that we had regarding our unit. This year we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the unit (e.g. 1) the drawer under the oven is broken,2) my closet was so jam packed with someone's belongings that I was unable to get my things in the closet,3) the vacuum cleaner, which is bagless was full,4) the carpet smells and looks dirty and our socks and feet become dirty from walking on it, 5) we reported that our closet door was off its hinges and the mechanism broken on 3 occasions and it was never fixed,6) the flow from the water dispenser in the refrigerator is so slow it takes several minutes to fill a water bottle. You are charging higher rates because it's considered a Premier Condo, but due to the issues listed above, this certainly doesn't feel like a Premier Condo.

We had a beautiful time at Lands End. Good place to escape the everyday Life. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. You get 2 chairs and an umbrella from the Resort Rentals for a affordable deposit. Thats perfect so you do not have do buy it. All in one a very good place.

We had a delightful time at the Lands Ends condos. The area was lovely, quite, and best of all right on the beach. The beach area was perfect and so well kept up. We were far enough away to have the peace and quite of a restful vacation but close enough to enjoy the John Pass area shops and restaurants. We had family with up and really enjoyed our time, we rented two condos and each were very great.

It was my fourth stay at Land' End, second time in the premium condo #402. The unit is in a very good condition. All things (except of the bulb in the shower) works perfectly. You look at the bay side, but the beach is only 50 meters away. Very quiet (except sometimes improvements in other condos) and sober area.The beach have a lot of shells and at the last days of my stay hundreds of dead fishes. You can reach with a car (parking lot unfortunately not under the building) everything in 5 to 10 minutes (shopping, restaurants, gas station).

We have stayed in a number of different units on this property, and #402 (building 1) is one of the best. They have updated the entire unit and it is surprisingly quiet and private. Originally, I hesitated booking on the bay side because of the bars across the canal, but this unit is tucked into the corner of the building and there is no noise with the sliders closed. The palm tree tops are just even with the balcony, creating a buffer from the parking area below and it is a very peaceful place to have your morning coffee! The only thing that was a bit off was the bed - it is a new style platform bed with no boxspring and initially I thought it was too hard, but I actually slept very well on it - no complaints. As always, the folks at Resort Rentals were easy to work with and provided us with all necessary check-in and check-out instructions.

We enjoyed the condo development and the accommodation that we had. Found it very clean and comfortable. Everything "newish" and well maintained. Management office ("Janet") was very responsive to some difficulties that we had that were not their fault and they worked hard to accommodate us. I think the pool area would be very busy during the prime winter months, but was great for our stay in April.

For $ 110.00 you expect a well-kept apartment - the carpet was not vacuumed, the dishwasher is scrap and we do not want to talk about the washer and dryer. Of the other things provided we do not talk ... all cheap quality and partly broken! This is my third stay in this apartment - I will not book another stay. There are nicer and cheaper apartments nearby!

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach with dolphins and manatee swimming by. Simply peaceful. We turned up after Irma and there was so little damage. The whole Holiday was wonderful. If you are taking kids leave everything at home and rent, pram (jogger), cot, toys, cool box, beach chairs etc from Daniel at Sharkeys rentals. Simply the best service. Everything was set up in our condo when we arrived.
