Belle propriété pour passer un week-end en famille. Grande pièce à vivre et très belle cuisine. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu tester la piscine (pour Noël ;-))

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison avec un groupe de 13 motards durant le weekend des Opale Harley Days à Hardelot. La maison est très agréable, la météo nous a permis de profiter de la piscine et la grande terrasse permet de prendre les repas en plein air. Je recommande cette maison pour un groupe d’ami ou une réunion de famille.

Alles was naar wens. Met als dikke plus het zwembad. In het dorp waren er ook allerlei activiteiten tijdens freerider fest. Super. Je recommande

Rien à redire sur cette location de vacance, la propriétaire agréable et gentille et disponible . Les enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine et de la plage à proximité ainsi que du terrain de pétanque. Le voisinage est très sympathique. La literie et les équipements sont très bien Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour des week-ends ou vacance avec ado ou enfant en bas âge entre amis ou en famille je pense que nous y retournerons sans hésitation. Nous avons passé 3 jours (ascension 2021) en famille à 9 adultes et un bébé de 6 mois. La maison est conforme à la description, spacieuse et très lumineuse même par temps couvert. La cuisine est suffisamment spacieuse pour cuisiner ensemble et elle est aussi bien équipée. La piscine est d'une taille confortable et chauffée par une pompe à chaleur (donc la température de l'eau dépendra de la température extérieure). La maison est bien équipée pour y séjourner en famille même avec un enfant en bas age, il manquerait éventuellement une table à langer et une petite sécurisation de la chaise haute (manque une sangle d'entre-jambe pour éviter la chute de l'enfant). Tout c'est bien pensé. La communication avec les propriétaire est facile et les réponses sont rapides. Petit bémol, le "logement annexe" mériterait une petite rénovation (revêtement de sol de l'étage, remplacement de la literie, rénovation des sanitaires, poignée de porte fenêtre donnant sur le jardin) mais il à le mérite d'exister et permet d'augmenter la capacité d'accueil du logement. Je recommande ce bien et nous essayerons d'y revenir. Merci.

Très bon séjour, seul petit bémol, la piscine était trop froide (17°). Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Quelques coups de tournis à faire (Babyfoot, pas d'éclairage extérieur). Merci à la propriétaire pour sa flexibilité concernant l'heures d'arrivée et de départ ! Globalement, c'est un bon choix.

La maison est géniale et bien fournie. Impossible de s'y ennuyer. Tout ce qui permet à des jeunes de s'éclater!

Belle maison dans un bel environnement et très bien située mais de la négligence dans l'entretien de celle-ci : toilettes bouchées , l'eau de la piscine très froide, la T.V.ne fonctionnait pas , les armoires sales , la rampe d'escalier collante etc...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. En effet même si le temps n’était pas vraiment de la partie, nous avons pu profiter des nombreuses activités que propose cette location. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée et avons été surpris de l’espace et des équipements de cette maison. Un très bon week-end !

Malgré l'emplacement de la maison et la flexibilité du proprietaire, l'hygiene n'est pas a la hauteur de la maison, sols sales, vaisselles avec des traces de sauce et verres plein de calcaire, murs sales. de plus pas de draps ni de serviettes a l'arrivée et ce n'est pas dans l'annonce. Maison et installations vetustes. dommage

Gîte conforme à nos attente, l'annexe à enchanté nos ados qui avaient une certaine forme d'indépendance , fonctionnel, propre, bien situé cette maison est idéale pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes. Propriétaire disponible et respectueuse de ses clients. Merci encore. Fabrice.

Séjour agréable. Villa très confortable et propre avec ses cinq chambres et située à 500 mètres de la superbe plage de Sainte Cécile. A conseiller pour des vacances d'hiver ou d'été.

La maison correspond tout à fait à la description. Elle possède du matériel de cuisine en suffisance et les produits de base. Le nouvelle literie de la chambre double est vraiment très agréable.

To start with the most important: We really enjoyed our stay. The two key contributors to this have been the beautiful region (which offers a lot more than the coasts in Belgium or the Netherlands where we used to stay before) and the heated outdoor pool which not only the kids enjoyed every day. The villa unfortunately was not able to meet the high expectations we had from the nice pictures and very positive reviews. We did not expect a brand new house (which you will hardly find in this region) but were assuming it had been reasonably renovated. In reality only half of it is while the other half brings you back straight to the 70s. Especially the toilets, the annex and the very few wardrobes were disappointing. They do not only look old but also smelled musty when we arrived. We immediately bought air refreshers to bring it to an acceptable level. Since unfortunately it is not possible to upload pictures, I will give a few more examples of the current status: The roof and windows on the first floor have been modernized, while the windows on the ground floor and most of the doors are still old. The street facing and the pool facing fronts which are shown on the pictures have been refurbished, while the two gable walls were not. The North facing one is not visible from the garden, but the other one is and the flaking paint with the remainder of a broken satellite dish can only be described as ugly. Our overall impression is that this villa has been lacking maintenance and refurbishment for many years and that just 4 or 5 years ago the owners started to invest in it. It will most likely take another 3 years until it is completely modernized (at least when we left we were told that it is planned to do so). Most of the other points like the walking distance to the beach or the nice and fully equipped and modern kitchen have already been mentioned in other reviews, so I will just confirm this without going into details. The final thing I can confirm is the very friendly and helpful owner Fabienne. She is the reason while I still give it an overall rating of 4 stars. 3 could easily be justified as well (especially when you visit it between October and April when you can't use the pool). I can hardly understand how so many others rated this at 5 stars. A lot of additional investment will be required until it realistically deserves such a high rating.

Had a great stay here, nice Villa and really lots of space we had 12 adults and it never felt cramped. The swimming pool is a great plus and we made use of it.the Owners are fantastic very helpful and accommodating, we had an issue with a vehicle which they helped with no fuss. So thank you Fabienne

Sainte Cecile is conveniently located for the Eurotunnel, approximately 50 minutes away on the A16. The villa owner, Fabienne, was very helpful and answered any queries we had before an during our stay. We all had such a good time that we hope to return next summer.

Good property ideally suited for visits to Gardelot or Le Touquet. Bathrooms need a little TLC but great boules area alongside the house and the garden with pool would be ideal on the summer

Easy access from Eurotunnel. Nice to be near the coast. Clean and well kept area with nice wals ans activities locally. Attractive coastal towns with markets and shops.

Could not fault the property which easily accommodated 6 male golfers. Plenty of space, showers and facilities to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Local restaurants within walking distance are La Terrasse and Le Petit Mousse provided good evening meals.
