Few Steps from beach, fabulous view from ginormous gated deck!
Crediamo che la migliore vacanza sia quella che ti porta lontano da casa, ma ha la stessa sensazione di casa. Situato vicino alla fine della strada, è in una posizione a basso traffico - perfetto per famiglie con bambini! Si tratta di una breve passeggiata di 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia costiera di Bermuda Beach, accessibile solo ai residenti e ai vacanzieri di Bermuda Beach: nessun traffico veicolare per disturbare la tua giornata tranquilla in spiaggia e non combattere la folla per un posto per il tuo ombrellone. Una casa sulla spiaggia che si sente a casa casa vacanza sulla spiaggia completamente attrezzata adorabilmente decorata. Il nostro adorabile Bungalow può ospitare comodamente otto persone ed è completo di TV via cavo in ogni camera. La camera da letto principale ha portefinestre sul patio, così come il soggiorno con due porte-finestre sul patio. Inoltre, il soggiorno offre TV via cavo, DVD, impianto stereo e connessione wi-fi gratuita. Il Bungalow Budauda è dotato di lavastoviglie, pentole, padelle, stoviglie, barbecue, lenzuola, asciugamani e due aree di intrattenimento coperte. Il piano principale ha un 600 mq. ft coperta coperta con un cancello, rende il nostro mazzo al piano superiore fantastico per intrattenere o passare il tempo nella calura della giornata con la famiglia / amici! È completamente attrezzato con sedie a sdraio e tavolo e sedie. Questo mazzo è così comodo che potresti voler solo dormire fuori! Il piano inferiore dispone di un'area di intrattenimento coperta con 2 altalene, tavolo e barbecue. Abbiamo spazio per mazze da golf, giochi d'acqua e una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, insieme a un grazioso 1/2 bagno. Ciò che rende divertente fare la doccia è la doccia esterna completamente chiusa completa di acqua calda e fredda! Il nostro cortile è lussuoso e verde, perfetto per giocare a croquet! Siamo situati vicino alla fine di un vicolo cieco in modo da poter camminare o andare in bicicletta senza traffico. Abbastanza suddivisione con una spiaggia tranquilla. Una casa al mare molto confortevole e conveniente per un weekend, una settimana o un mese!

The location of this house is absolutely wonderful. Jeannette was clear in her directions to the house and how to access it. The home was ready before the check in time, though we arrived later in the evening. It was clean and well-stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. We loved having an outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom and laundry. The beach was beautiful and clean and quiet. Only the local residents. Cars were not allowed directly on the beach, though there was a sandy alleyway for some residents to use. But we felt that we had the beach to ourselves, even on a holiday weekend. Plenty to do nearby and we weren’t far from things. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely rent this location again!

I love the location, just a quick walk to the beach. Deck was nice to hang out on. Kids loved going to the beach at night to hunt ghost crabs. Great little place for a quick getaway. Beds were comfortable. Four out of 5 stars because we were not informed the washer/ dryer was not working (we packed with the knowledge that we would be able to do laundry. And we had five boys under the age of 12… Laundry needed to be done)! Closest laundromat was about 20 minutes away, and it wasn’t the nicest spot in town 😬. I was told the washer/ dryer would be replaced the day we check out. 😕 Also, a grill was listed as an amenity to the house, but the grill that was there was in awful condition…. Rusty and literally falling apart. It was another thing we planned to use while we were there with a handful of kids. Other than that, I’m glad we stayed here. Oh! And mosquitoes were so bad, so pack your bug spray!!

This place was good, but definitely could use some upgrades/maintenance!! The house was fairly clean, but the master bedroom sheets had a stain on them, so we had to sleep on the top sheet. A few of the towels had stains on them also. The master bedroom stayed very warm at all times, even with the ac turned down!! The ceiling fan was loud in the master bedroom also. I don’t think it was installed properly!! There are hardly no accessible outlets in the bedrooms for charges etc. And only a couple of them worked properly. I tried a few of them and the cords just fell out. Those need to be redone and upgraded!! The outside chair cushions were covered pretty good with dog hair!! The couch inside had dog hair on it also. I know this place is listed as pet friendly, but I think it could have been cleaned a lot better!! The downstairs toilet/laundry area smells of mold and mildew very badly!! I couldn’t hardly go in for the smell!! The outside of the dryer is very rusty and I was afraid to wash/dry our clothes in them!! The neighborhood is quiet and nice for the most part. Several of the surrounding houses were being worked on and that was pretty distracting hearing the saws and hammering during the day. But we enjoyed the neighborhood in the evenings during walks at sunset. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price, but we did have a good, safe stay and enjoyed the short walk to the beach!!

The house was a good size for me my husband and 2 little dogs. The location was good on Burmuda Beach. I loved the view and just a few steps from the beach. If you stay take off the mosquitoes were bad downstairs. They didn't bug us on the balcony.

We LOVED our week stay here! Love the location and the view any time you look out the windows or doors. We had friends staying at a RV park and they would come over and we all enjoyed meals on the deck. We used the BBQ a couple times. Kitchen had everything we needed. Galveston Bagels were delicious and Sunflower Cafe was amazing as well. Beds were great and the outdoor shower was perfect.
Our kids, 8 & 11, loved the bunk beds and being so close to the beach. They enjoyed the boggie boards too. Joy (our puppy) loved the outdoor stick you can put in the ground and put the dog on. She loved all the grass and of course running on the beach.
Definitely recommend this place. On the beach and not too far from Galveston.

What a fabulous vacation property! (I loved it so much I kind of want to keep this one a secret!) The kitchen was well-equipped. The deck was wonderful - I spent hours relaxing on the lounge chair and enjoying the view. Very close to the beach and easy to get to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.

Perfect set up for my wife and I. Wonderful covered deck with an ocean view. I enjoy a sunny beach day just like any other landlubber on vacation but watching the thunderstorms over the ocean from the deck was excellent. Great kitchen for dining in. Would recommend. Shopping is close but not too close if you know what I mean. Comfy, cozy and felt safe. Cost less than a hotel room. Thank you!

We had the most fabulous time & celebrated 32 yrs of marriage. Had family & friends in/out but was just so cozy and at home. We would recommend this house. Location was great, felt safe & beach was private so not many folks out or on top of you. Loved the neighbors that did live or have homes there. Thank you for such a comfortable house! God Bless!

Bigger than I expected. Nice location to the beach. Attentive owners. Had someone come right away for maintenence. Only complaint is description said 2 bathrooms and it was 1 1/2. Very enjoyable!

Very cute house. Beach is a stones throw away.. With 90+ temps we spent a lot of time on that covered porch!! Definitely will stay again and highly recommend!! Thank you!! 😀

I stayed here with my kids (11-16) and it was perfect! Beautiful view of the ocean from the porch. It was great not having to fight cars for a spot on the beach. We walked back for lunch and left our stuff on the beach. Very clean, easy check in and out. Would highly recommend! Loved the outdoor shower to clean off coming back as well.

We lounged on the deck the entire time between walks on the beach. Plenty of shade and cool breezes. Beach access is just down the street. Lots of birds species to watch on the second row. This is an older property and established subdivision and it was quiet and peaceful, great for a less expensive and quick getaway.

Beach house was small, but great for 1 family, and the location was awesome. You can sit on the front porch and see the ocean and hear the waves crashing. Very relaxing. I would definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay. The kids loved the yard and how close we were to the ocean. My wife and I spent every evening on the deck relaxing to the sound of the waves. The host is very attentive and obviously takes pride in this awesome house. Highly recommend and hope to get to stay there again.

Very clean beach house with a nice gated porch which is great for those with a dog. The house is very comfortable; has a well equipped kitchen; there is a really nice table on the porch which we enjoyed having coffee and a light breakfast each morning watching the waves and enjoying the breeze. Great get away!

Jeannette's home was everything that we thought it would be like. Sitting on her covered deck and seeing and hearing the gulf waves was our favorite thing to do. We will definitely be back.

The house was more than expected beautiful beach view. Great upper deck to set on and watch and listen to the calmer ocean waves short walk to the beach and some of the bluest water I've seen in Galveston. We had a great time and will definitely be staying here again

This beach house has a big, comfortable covered porch that makes it easy to enjoy being outside all day without getting too much sun or being too hot. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Will be back.

Pros: Great location, beach access within a short walk, outdoor shower, stocked kitchen, responsive owner.
Cons: older home with older fixtures, the sofa bed was broken (it was on the listing - owner knew it was broken and left it on the listing), not as clean as I would've liked. One of the bed linens was covered in hair. We noticed this late so we just had to vacuum it off and sleep on the sheets anyway. Yuck. I notified the owner the next day, and she was apologetic and sent new sheets and some pillows (the pillows there were flat).
It's not that the cleaning woman didn't attempt to clean the home, it's more that she's not as thorough as I would be, and the home needs a deep clean. Couches were stained and had crumbs and hair.
The main problem came when we left, the owner texted me saying we broke a tub faucet. My kiddo didn't tell me that before we left, so I was on the highway when I found out. My small teen daughter had bumped a tub faucet while showering, and it fell off into the shower. The owner had to have a plumber fix it (the metal behind the faucet was sheared off) and charged us almost a couple hundred. I don't think that was fair. It broke because it's an older house with older pipes and fixtures. It was during normal use.
So guest beware with this one. We were good guests. We left the place clean, we were quiet and respectful, and we got charged extra anyway.

My kids have officially said this was their favorite vacation they’ve ever taken! What a beautiful beach house! The easy access to the beach and beautiful porch with the ocean breeze were a few of my favorite things! I’m so grateful my family got to enjoy this special place. We made memories that we will cherish always!

Perfect Getaway
We had the perfect getaway from real life for a week and we cannot wait to come back. Everything we needed was there (we even bought an iron and a tea pitcher, then saw that she already had 2 irons and a tea pitcher there, lol). Everything was clean. There was a very short walk to the beach and the beach was very quiet (of course we went during the weekdays, I don't know about the weekends). The owner was super responsive and made the entire process super easy. We will definitely come back and highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great vacation home
I really love the beach views from the patio. It is very nice to sit outside in the shade and feel the ocean breeze. The easy access to the beach is awesome. I love the privacy of Bermuda beach. This is my favorite place to stay in Galveston.

We had a wonderful stay at Bermuda Beach! Check-in was easy, the property was clean and had easy access to the beach. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the waves at night. Would love to stay again in the future!

Perfect location and home feel
This was just perfect for our beach bday getaway. Plenty of room for everyone and just a short walk to the water. The Deck is huge and became our morning coffee oasis. The quick store runs just up the street were also very nice.
We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO unit! It was clean & within walking distance to the ocean.
My husband and I were looking for a unit that was close to the beach, which this place had. It was roomy enough to sleep at least 6-7 people. We also wanted something that was away from the crowds. The owner was also very friendly and interested in making sure that we reported anything that didn’t meet up to our needs. We would rent here again in the future!

Fabulous Porch!
My husband and I, with our girlie Yorkie, enjoyed a wonderful week at the beautiful Bermuda Bungalow! It was clean and very inviting and the location is perfect, just outside of the fun seawall activities. The porch was amazing, so roomy and relaxing hearing the waves from the gulf. Our Yorkie loved the porch too and she enjoyed sight seeing from the porch. We love vacationing on Galveston island. The Bermuda Bungalow is most difinitely the best vacation home we have visited on the island!
