Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Deep water dock for our 24' tri-toon. House had plenty of room for our family of 10. Owner was fantastic with communications! Went fishing several days and caught 6 Stripers (two over 15 lbs.) Islands within a 5 minute boat ride to beach boat to swim and/or fish. Marinas and restaurants 15 minutes by boat. Mainland restaurants only minutes away by car.

We had an absolute wonderful time! The home was beautifully decorated and nestled in the woods near the edge of the lake. The pictures and description of the property were spot on. The Host was wonderful, answering messages quickly as I asked questions. The dock for our boat perfectly. The weather was beautiful, the sunsets were breathtaking. The teenagers enjoyed time downstairs apart from the grown ups and my grandson loved the space to run around in.
To the Host: Thank you so much for helping us turn a bad situation into a wonderful vacation. I would recommend staying here to anyone. We look forward to visiting again!

The house was great. We always pack a griddle, extra kitchen towels, knives, beach towels, etc. We absolutely did not need them at this house. It was very well stocked. Trash cans everywhere. The walk to the dock was not 150 steps and not steep.

We stayed in this home recently to celebrate the holiday weekend and to be together with extended family. You won't find a home on this lake with a better set-up than this one. The views from every room are spectacular, the water surrounding the dock is beautiful, with large boulders visible from the clear water, an easy pathway to the lake, and stocked with every item you could think of needing. The furniture and beds in the home are very comfortable, and everything was spotlesslesly clean. The highlight of this house is the dock, which is settled in a beautiful quiet cove, protected from the open water of lake Lanier, but still accessible to its ammenities.
The host is great. Very responsive and eager to ensure that you have all that you need!
We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Perfect vacation spot for family gathering of 14.
House pictures and descriptions were accurate to what the place had to offer. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and look forward to returning. Lake Lanier offered endless opportunities to tube, ski, fish and check out the island beaches.

We really enjoyed this spacious house right on Lake Lanier. We loved how close were to the grocery store in case we ran out of something. It was also nice to travel up without hauling a crib or high chair.

Best Thanksgiving holiday ever!
Every year our family Spends Thanksgiving together this year I had the opportunity to Find a place for all of us including our furbabies!
We have every age group the youngest is 16 and my mom is 83 and every age in between! So it is difficult to find a place that suits everybody’s needs. Well this was the place!!! everyone was extremely impressed by the quality, cleanliness and beauty of this home not only is it inside but the grounds the lake the dock and the surrounding area!
Also a bonus is that the house was completely stocked with everything that we needed for the week…The kitchen and bathrooms and the rooms with: towels, clean sheets, many blankets for cold nights, shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, washer dryer which surprised us all!!
My teenage girls really enjoyed the sauna and I didn’t even have to ask them to walk the dogs because it’s so beautiful and gave them the opportunity to take many photos…plus my niece is pregnant did her pregnancy photo shoot which absolutely came out gorgeous.
THERESA is amazing host and answered all her questions and was there for us during our stay if we needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very well appointed and the beds are super comfortable! Our family enjoyed the lovely views of the lake and having coffee on the deck. Couldn’t have asked for more for our family to be together to celebrate our sons wedding.

Great house on the lake
We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The house was great and the check in was seamless. The house was nice and clean and had all the amenities that we needed. There was plenty of room for all of our family. There was a nice little beach for the children and the adults thoroughly enjoyed the double deck. I can express what a great time we had and we would definitely rent this house again. I highly recommend it! Therase (the host) was very accommodating and helpful and a please to work with

This property was amazing. The host was so responsive no matter our questions! The kitchen was well stocked. Our family loved the double decked dock. The double decks on the house was perfect for a large family gathering! The only thing I would say is that for some couples there might be an issue with the fact that the entrance from the master suite to the master bathroom has no door for privacy. We will probably rent again!

We had a lovely time on the Lake as this was our 6th time visiting and the 4th house! This house was pretty accommodating for the most part - but I thought I'd list the pros and cons to not only help future visitors but also suggestions for the owners......
PROS - the owner's communication was very prompt and much appreciated whenever we had a question or problem. She even brought over some bags of ice when the fridge hadn't made any yet from the previous renters!
There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags so no need to bring those
The bath towels were very nice and fluffy and soft and extra beach towels were helpful as well.
The boat lift was really nice and worked well and the easy step ladder off the doc was esp nice for the old AND the young!
The little beach was nice for the kids to access the water but the path to it could be improved
There was a nice big freezer downstairs and also a kayak in the garage if desired.
CONS - Most of the beds were very comfortable but the 2 upstairs (not the master) were not - one was very bouncy and the other one the couple said they kept rolling towards the middle
The kitchen was small for 10 people and very dated. There wasn't much room for food prep. The open area around the garbage can wasn't very nice and might be an attraction for bugs. The ovens weren't working to capacity - one was better than the other - one knob was missing on temp gauge so we had to keep switching them - and it didn't seem to heat up very fast or well.
There were no small bowls anywhere for snacks or smaller portions - only large ones.
Could also have used a second refrigerator like most homes have - with 10 people and kids there is a lot of food!
The grill on the top deck took some finagling to start (and had to use a lighter - gas starter didnt work) and then it seemed to cook in the back part of the grill more than the front
The TV access is POOR - not that we watched a ton of tv but it would've been nice to have some options - esp on rainy days! The master bed tv the remote didnt work except for the volume so had to get up and use the buttons on the side
The main sitting room with tv is small and couldn't seat 8 adults so we had to move a few chairs to fit us all when we were trying to watch the Olympics after the kids were in bed downstairs.
Overall we still had a great time in spite - just saying for the price we paid we expected a bit more updates!

We were very disappointed with check in at 5 pm Friday and check out at 10 am Sunday, especially for the amount we paid per night. The property is very accommodating. We brought our boat and jet ski and it was wonderful to keep them at the dock for the wknd. The home needs to be updated, especially for the price we paid for 2 nights.

We love Lake Lanier!

Home was exactly as shown on VRBO. It was very comfortable and spacious. Lakeside location was great!
