Beautiful house, great pool, excellent location. Perfect for family holiday in Antibes

The house, garden and pool were all delightful. It was very easy and laidback with a great kitchen for cooking up lovely local produce. 15 min walk into Antibes, greengrocers and boulangerie were even closer. Great communication from Joanne. We love the cat too who helped set the tone for relaxation. We would like to have stayed for 3 weeks not 1! Very pleasant place to be to explore Antibes and beyond.

We had a great stay in Antibes, it's a 5-min walk into Antibes and about 15/20 into the Old Town. The house is nice enough although could use things like hooks on the doors and hanging space for clothes. Living area isn't very comfortable, which is unfortunate as we had some rain. It's also a bit hazardous for young children (we travelled with a 3 year old), but it was fine if you stay alert! We found the pool quite cold, although Salvatore did try to warm it for us twice. This was more the fault of the weather, I suspect. Very well located and we enjoyed day trips to Cannes, Monaco and Nice. Uber had no trouble finding the house and the train station is about a 15-min walk. Overall a lovely stay and a very warm welcome from Joanne. One thing I would comment is the cash deposit is quite unusual – I wasn't very comfortable travelling with that much in cash and handing it over, although I think this is more normal in Europe than in the UK. It would be better for VRBO to take a holding deposit online, which would also save losing money in currency exchange.

We loved staying at this beautiful house. It has a really lovely vibe to it and lots of interesting decorative features. Well located for popping into town and the beach but just great to chill in too

Husen, tomten och poolen var utmärkta. Det som inte var lika bra var att det står luftkonditionering i annonsen vilket jag tolkade som air condition men det var fläktar som stod i sovrummen (dvs mycket varmt inne) samt att Wifi inte fungerade i stora huset.

Hier stimmte alles. Als wir kamen, war das Tor schon geöffnet und uns wurde alles von der sehr freundlichen Empfangsdame gezeigt. Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet, eine perfekte Mischung von alt und modern. Alt die Einrichtung, edle Bodenfliesen, Billardtisch, Heizkörper aus Gusseisen, jedes Zimmer mit einem anderen Thema (Musik / Film) bestückt. Daneben eine moderne Küche mit Induktionsherd, großem Kühlschrank, alle Fenster schalldicht verglast. Dazu ordentliches WLAN. Wir haben es sehr genossen, der Besitzer steht mit Rat und Tat per SMS zur Verfügung. Top-Adresse, wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est une vielle dame douce et raffinée qui vous accueille dans ses espaces qui vous font voyager dans l’art et l’histoire. Cependant, ses équipements sont modernes et adaptés à recevoir un groupe d’amis ou une famille qui aime échanger autour d’un bon repas et se prélasser près de la piscine, puis se baigner. On est si bien qu’il faut se motiver pour quitter l’espace tranquille et aller à pieds à la plage remplie de gens. Mais la marche matinale nous met d’aplomb et la boulangerie du coin nous propose d’excellentes viennoiseries et du bon pain. Maintenant, notre séjour est une source vive de joyeux souvenirs.

La maison est très agréable, parfaitement équipée et en plus fort bien placée tout proche du centre-ville ! La piscine est un atout majeur ! Le petit chat de la maison est tout juste adorable ! Futurs vacanciers n’oubliez pas de le nourrir quand il passe vous voir !
