Clean, quiet, and close to most things people want. Excellent property.
I am glad I read the review and found out about the lake and walking path behind the building. It is a beautiful way to start the day.
I would also recommend Moma’s cafe for your morning coffee and breakfast or light lunch. It is very walkable and in the same plaza as the Walgreens.
The property itself was very spacious. It had all the amenities we needed/wanted.
We enjoyed our stay a lot and will be back.

Everything from the initial booking through the check out process ran smoothly. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. All beds were very comfortable and the management team was very responsive throughout. They had changed the locking mechanism the day of our check-in and our initial code did not work. We checked in around 10 pm and when we called someone was there in less than 5 minutes to help us. I would stay at this property again.

All I can say is wow! Miranda’s Gem deluxe Fonda was a piece of heaven! My family of five stayed here this past weekend to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She was super excited and thrilled by the way the property was setup. It was quite and we all experienced an excellent mini vacation. Everything from All the amenities were available and her maintenance staff and office staff were so amazing. Definitely would stay here again. We can’t wait to stay here again. We all were very comfortable and pleased with her condo and services. Thank you for making this a weekend to remember

We had a great stay in the unit. Pillows are a bit harder than we like but doable. Bedrooms were spacious bathrooms were nice and decor was really cute relaxing and comfortable. Hall bath could
use new doors under the sink. Doors are peeling. Only suggestion is maybe get the vent covers cleaned. They were extremely filthy. Not good for those with allergies like myself and son.

What a perfect place to "come home to" during our Orlando vacation! This condo had everything we wanted and more. Very spacious, clean, and relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were outstanding. Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils to make cooking (or frozen cocktails) a breeze. Super close to the parks, but quiet enough to unwind afterwards. Great pool and bar area as well. Finally, Monica and team were always responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Paul McCartney Concert
We visited this property on Memorial Day Weekend for a Paul McCartney Concert at the Camping World Stadium. The property was very clean and it lived up to the nice condo and area as advertised. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do with an Uber Ride when needed and eating establishments were easily accessible by vehicle. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity or when we are back in this area.

We arrived late on a Friday night and were unable to open the door to the condo. We were worried that this was a bad omen. However, we called Geoff and he came running from two doors down and got us right in. It was all great from there. Anytime we called about an issue (never anything big) Geoff or Lin were right there to make our lives happy. Geoff even printed out our airline tickets before we left! I contacted Miranda (the owner) several times and she always responded instantly. I just had a lot of questions, never anything awful. The location was minutes from all the parks, there was a small shopping center with a Publix and great pizza place in one direction and a in the other direction a Walgreens all within walking distance.The apartment is 2,000 sq. feet. It is so beautifully decorated, and the couch was so comfortable that I fell asleep on it - twice! We had everything we needed to prepare meals, to do laundry and to relax. The tub in the master bath is amazing! The pool and hot tub are two buildings away and just a short walk along a lake-side pathway. There are always fun activities going on and very friendly people to talk with. The bartender was fun and made great drinks.To sum up: the home is beautiful and comfortble, the location is near everything yet quiet, pretty and safe, the amenities are modern and everything you need is right there. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush! Most importantly, you are well taken care of by both Lin and Geoff, as well as Miranda. I can't wait to go back! June

May 2022 Stay
We came for a little sun & relaxation & our experience was everything i had hoped it would be! Our condo was immaculate & we had everything we needed within walking distance. We chose a condo versus a hotel so that we could have access to a full kitchen. It saved us a ton of money on dining bills. We used the extra money to do more fun activities. We enjoyed shopping at Disney Springs and the outlet malls, walking through Icon Park, sitting on our balcony reading books, lounging at the pool, playing video games, taking moonlight strolls & even spent a day at Cocoa Beach! We had planned on going to Universal Studios but just didn’t feel like dealing with the crowds. We had an amazing time anyway! We love it here so much, we hope to make this an annual trip!

We stayed at Miranda's Gem for 5 nights during Spring Break. The condo is SUPER clean and updated. I am very picky on cleanliness and this condo was superb. It was very spacious and we felt very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable that I called them to ask what brand of mattress so that I can buy one for my own home. We all spelt better than we do at home! It's also on the 3rd floor (out of 4) so it was very quiet, we never heard anyone else and rarely saw any other guests in the elevator or going to and from our car. Our contact Monica was awesome! She was very responsive to emails as well as texts messages to any of our questions. We usually stay at Marriot resort hotels when we come to Orlando, but this will be our new home base for Disney in the future. The price cannot be beat for such a lovely place to stay while on your vacay.

Great place, would recommend to families
My wife and I stayed here along with our 15 year old son and 13 year old daughter. The condo is located conveniently between Universal and Disney. It’s a short ride to either park. The condo is very spacious and worked out really well for us. We enjoyed using the walking/running path along the lake as well as lots of time in the big pool area. The bar at the pool was great offering alcoholic and non alcoholic options. The fitness center has good equipment for workouts although it quickly got packed with people during the times I went.
The hosts gave a good book filled with options for food, entertainment, etc. it was nice to be able to walk to the Publix complex and get a burger, pizza, etc at the shops in that plaza.
One thing we discovered on our last day is Icon Park. We went for the aquarium, which we enjoyed, and there are many great restaurants and places to hang out. I highly recommend iCafe De Paris. We definitely would have gone there more if we found it sooner.

My family of 5 loved the condo and the property. We had plenty of space, the rooms are huge. It was also very clean and modern. We enjoyed using the pool…and the outdoor bar there was a plus! We truly enjoyed our Christmas vacation, thank you!

A new sponge for the sink for each reservation , proper dish detergent instead of watering down the left over, new bottle of hand soap I actually bought one to use instead of the half used one left in the bathroom. Also the mop that is in the laundry room for the floor was extremely dirty , makes you think what was used to clean the floor. The overall cleanliness was an issue for me or lack of detail lets say. There was a lot of hair throughout the apartment, the bathroom tub was filthy and had a black ring around the bottom as though someone soaked prior to us coming and the shower curtain liner was pink which is the beginning stage of mildew. Overall dissatisfied with the cleanliness. We even had toe nail in one of the rooms. It was a great location and I would stay again if the cleanliness levels are reviewed and improved.

Lovely, spacious condo
We enjoyed our stay. Condo is tastefully decorated and is very spacious. Nice washer and dryer as well. The light fixtures & decor could use a detail cleaning, but it wasn’t too bad. The 1 thing that really bothered us was the bar stools where the kids always ate were counter height…not bar height so they sat way too low. The dining room was nice, but we barely used it. I think we would have preferred another sitting area, pullout loveseat or work desk in that area, but that’s just a personal preference.

Excellent Condo near the Convention Center
Two moms and 3 teenagers stayed at this property for four days for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. This condo was fantastic! It had everything we needed to cook our meals, it was clean, it was very pretty, and it was spacious! We were in need of one thing the first night and within 10 minutes of texting the owners, it was delivered to our door. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful property and amazing location
I would absolutely stay at this property again. It was a perfect location seated right next to the pool and overlooking the lake. Less than five minute walk to Publix grocery store and a two minute walk to Walgreens. I highly recommend this condo as it is very kept up, clean, spacious and a convenient location.
