Accomodati in questa spaziosa Lake House con 5 camere da letto / 3 bagni completi per amici e divertimento in famiglia con viste pittoresche sul tramonto. Grande casa per intrattenere sia all'interno, sul grande ponte annesso, o giù al lago su un molo privato! Goditi un po 'di allegria natalizia accarezzata dal camino in pietra con un buon libro. Posizione perfetta per chi ama sciare o fare snowboard. Molto vicino a Song Mountain o Labrador Mountain! O organizza il prossimo divertimento estivo sul lago con 100 piedi di spiaggia privata. Abbiamo un grande molo e un gazebo con un ottimo accesso a nuoto, canottaggio, pesca o semplicemente relax :). Prenota una settimana in estate nella nostra Lake House Skaneateles oggi e fai ricordi domani!

We stayed for a family wedding and the home was perfect for what we needed. Spacious, comfortable, clean and a great location just a few minutes drive into town. We stayed in the winter but could see how this location on the lake would be even better in the summer time. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with.

The location of the property is great and the host is very nice. The house itself is nice but furniture is very old and not updated, especially in the livingroom. The couches are uncomfortable. I think they should consider doing a little bit of facelift in the livingroom area. The TV was not good either. We could not gather in the livingroom and watch sports. Since it was winter and cold outside, activities were limited. It is also 15 minutes away from town.

The location was key- both close to the town center and right on the lake. We had fun on the lake using the kayaks and spent time at night with the fire pit. My family had a really great time!

My family rented this property over Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The house was clean and furnished very nicely, as well as great access to the lake! We rented a boat and spent the days on the lake, had dinners on the back deck, watched the sunset, and then spent evenings around the fire pit. This house was perfect space-wise for the accommodations of 10 adults, and I would highly recommend this rental for a carefree and enjoyable stay on the lake.

Perfect waterfront for us with toddler. Some stairs, not as steep as photo. Home set up was perfect for our family. WE'D STAY AGAIN.

The 5 bedroom house with bedrooms on both sides and living areas in the middle provided room for several families in our group. Outdoor deck with umbrella and table was perfect for eating and relaxing. Lakeside dock area was relaxing. The beds could use a mattress upgrade, too soft for several of us. The house is roomy and dining areas accommodate a large group.

Nice stay although cleanliness not great as we found debris on floor in several places, had to replace several light bulbs; switches could be labeled so know what they control, some didn’t wirk (exterior and stairs to dock?).

We stayed at this home while attending a nearby wedding. It was roomy enough for the 10 family members. The house was clean and very comfortable. The view of the lake was great. Didn't make use of the outside area due to the weather in November. We would stay here again.

We had a great weekend with perfect weather in an amazing setting. The house was very comfortable and family-friendly and you can’t beat the location. We loved taking the little ones on the paddle boat and playing in the back yard in the fall leaves. The house was nice and spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and cozy gathering spaces in the living and dining rooms.

We chose this property for an end of summer long weekend with our family (group of 10). All of us thought the house looked even better than it did in the pictures! We made use of the kayaks, relaxed on the dock while enjoying the beautiful view, sat around the fire pit at night and played board games in the dining room. The house had everything we needed to make meals and was spacious and comfortable. The water was rocky so we would suggest water shoes if you plan on going in the water. Overall, it was a great weekend and we would recommend this property.

Great week on beautiful skaneateles lake. Must be some holes in the window screens, very buggy. All & all super location with the best views and access to the lake. Would stay again.

Beautiful home tucked away in the perfect location. The house is spread out nicely and plenty of open space indoors for a larger group for when the weather isn’t great. We enjoyed every part of it! It also has everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed 5 days at the lake house. We hosted two parties with friends and family. We were concerned about parking (There is only two spaces at the lake house), but we did make it work with some parking up the hill. The house was very large. It was very hot that week so we appreciated the air conditioning in the master bedroom. The dock was wonderful. We could not rent a boat because the lake was too high, but we hope to next year.
The only con was that I wish there was more utensils and bowls for entertaining. Thanks for a great time!

Wonderful stay with friends & family!
We stayed 5 days at the lake house. We hosted two parties with friends and family. We were concerned about parking (There is only two spaces at the lake house), but we did make it work with some parking up the hill. The house was very large. It was very hot that week so we appreciated the air conditioning in the master bedroom. The dock was wonderful. We could not rent a boat because the lake was too high, but we hope to next year.
The only con was that I wish there was more utensils and bowls for entertaining. Thanks for a great time!

We had issues with the cleanliness of the property. There were clothing garments left behind from the previous renters (underwear and bathing suits) and there were live bugs in one of the bedrooms (including on the bed). The entire house needs an upgrade in general. Most of the water equipment was broken and the hammock was also broken. The place overall felt icky and quite dated. Also, there is no central AC. There is 2 window units in the house, but majority of the rooms do not have AC.

Long Weekend at the Lake
Large, waterfront lake house perfect for a long weekend at the lake. The location was great - close to town for dining and shopping. Watched beautiful sunsets from the lakefront and spent evenings around the fire pit. The house was comfortable for a group. Needs some updating but overall a good value. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was confusing. Brian couldn’t be a nicer more text attentive property owner. He replied to every question and statement quickly. The real issues were in the condition of the home and how different it was from how it was described. During our stay the internet was out and had to be fixed (a power splitter in a guest bedroom was connected to a light switch that we were not alerted to so when the light was turned off the internet and cable did not work??). The owner was oblivious to this. The freezer was leaking water all trip and after alerting the owner to this alarming fact he suggested putting a towel under the door to sop up the puddles of water that accumulated every day. There was a leak under the sink that when the owner was alerted to this fact he seemed unfazed? The house was old and needed an overhaul. Almost every storage area in the home was filled with junk and unusable. The landscaping and roof had been neglected. Overall this property could be great but the owner’s lack of attention to detail and basic cleanliness was lacking. This rental was not worth the money we paid. We did enjoy our time because we made the best of it. Brian is a nice person but lacked in the property management department. I would avoid this property.

The house interior needed work and furniture and beds were pretty old; refrigerator leaked; toaster didn’t work; no instructions with TV’s so couldn’t get them to work. On the other hand it was a beautiful location and the lake was lovely.

Wow - what a great place! We were so happy that we could spend 2 days to prepare for a wedding at Lourdes Camp. Father of the bride caught fish, bridesmaids were able to get their hair done, and Mom was able to feel comfortable with the space! I can't wait to see the photos that were taken both in and outside on the lawn. It was so great to be so close without the worries! Highly recommend for others looking to find a family getaway for any occassion.

Wow - what a great place! We were so happy that we could spend 2 days to prepare for a wedding at Lourdes Camp.
