Wij waren er voor de oudejaars periode, we hadden een goede ontvangst, de woning was prachtig versierd voor Kerst en we hadden er een heerlijk weekend. Open haard, alle voorzieningen, tips voor bezoekjes, gezelschapspelletjes, alle voorzieningen om tennis en pingpong te spelen en vooral een gezellige woning en super rustig! Bedankt voor het mooie verblijf!

Het huis was heel ruim en netjes, vriendelijke onthaal, zekers een aanrader 😉

Maison très bien équipée, idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis

Our stay was indeed very lovely. Big property with all the amenities you could imagine, you literally only have to bring clothes, toiletries and food. Lovely tennis court. Owner is very friendly but doesn’t speak any English. The 50 euros for the hot tub use should really be included in the rent price and when we used it the second time, it was obvious it wasn’t cleaned in between use and should have had some chemicals added. The kitchen utensils were just plain dirty. Soup bowls with moulded soup in it, dirty plates and the cutlery was absolutely grim. It just needs a good clean really, rest of the house was immaculate though! It could have been just the previous holiday makers! There is a dishwasher but it’s very old. They also have a large dog, very friendly but if you have younger kids who may be scared of dogs, be aware that this dog is around all the time, it sleeps outside the property’s front door and my children thought it was a little sad it was never allowed in the house. Overall we had a lovely stay though and would definitely stay again!

Ruim huis met alle gemakken. Veel sport en spel mogelijkheden. Kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt met trampoline, tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal. Ouderen met tennis. Omgeving heeft ook veel te bieden. De kust is prachtig.

Tout était parfait dans cette belle propriété : l’intérieur, l’extérieur, les activités possibles, l’accueil de la propriétaire ! Beau week-end inoubliable avec une belle météo pour fin septembre

Propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau "accessoires" au gîte en plus du terrain de tennis, du trampoline, table de ping-pong, baby foot, ... Très bien placé : - pour faire les courses (Lidl, Carrefour ~5 min) - accrobranche à proximité pour enfants et adultes (penser à réserver) - Parc Eurolac (~5-10 minutes) + Glace Zigler à goûter (Sigler Perez Felipe), pas très loin du parc Eurolac ! - plage Calais, Oye-Plage, etc ... (~25 min) - shopping Cité Europe (~20 min) - différentes types de visite : - Fort d'Ambleteuse (~25 min) - Nausicaa (~25 min) - etc ...

La maison est très agréable, confortable et spacieuse. Le court de tennis a été très apprécié ainsi que l'environnement permettant de nombreuses ballades sans avoir à prendre la voiture.

Magnifique propriété. Jardin privatif avec sauna haut de gamme. Excellents moments partagés dans celui-ci !

Deze vakantiewoning is een ideale plaats om met kinderen op weekend te gaan . Je kan er korte wandelingen maken in het bos op een boogscheut afstand . de kinderen kunnen zich amuseren met tennis , pingpong , fietsen ,en tafelvoetbal .Meer moet dat voor ons niet zijn .

We had a great stay. 2 families with 4 kids age 2,3,4&6. The house is very big and has a room of toys and games for indoors and 1 for outdoors too so we didn't need to bring any. The facilities were fab. A little dissapointed that the hot tub was additional charges which wasnt written on the ad. Also the TV is v old so we were unable to use the fire stick we bought to watch films when the kids were in bed-but not the end of the world. Internet was off and on but I think this is a local thing. The owner was lovely and super helpful. The house was clean and very comfortable and had everything you need. All in all we loved it!

This really is a fabulous property, more like staying in another person's home than holiday accommodation. It is located in a quiet village, close to nearby shops. It makes either a good base to explore the area or a perfect place to relax and chill. The house is beautifully presented, very clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space both inside and out. Super patio, good car parking & a great tennis court, bikes, a hot tub etc. A lot of thought and care has been given to this property and the attention to detail is lovely. The garden is totally secure and safe for children & dogs. Our 2 border collies had stacks of area to run around without escaping! Jacques was away, but many thanks to Marie and her husband for their help. Only criticism was the downstairs bedroom was very musty and we needed some heating for a couple of cold nights. We loved the property and will stay again..would recommend this to anybody..no need to worry about your children or dogs here..great to see the horses and the owners dogs are friendly. Thank you..it was so nice that we would buy the house if it were on the market.

Very relaxing and spacious surroundings. So pet friendly with lots of space for them to run safely. Convenient location for trips to the Somme.

Our party of 7 all had and amazing stay at cottage Campagne-Lès-Guines. Plenty of space to roam around and the grounds was lovely and safe for our children and dog. The house had everything we could think of needing and Jacques-yves was the most helpful and friendly host without being intrusive. We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to friends and family and would love to visit again. Thank you

We are two families who spent a week at this property. Jacques-Yves warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home. The owners live on the same estate and are always willing to help and give tips of things to do and places to see. The house itself is the most well equipped holiday home I have ever seen! The grounds are amazingly spacious and offer many possibilities for entertainment: tennis court, trampoline, badminton, plum picking or horse watching. There are many things to see and do close to the house. In short, this is a GREAT place. Can't recommend it enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay recently. Jacques was the perfect owner, very prompt to reply with our various questions before the trip, waiting for us to arrive and then left us to enjoy his house and gardens, before popping in on our last morning to say goodbye. The house is beautifully kept, very clean and has everything you could think of to enjoy your stay, from open fire, to bbq, to games and much more. We went on a 4-day gents (4 men) golfing long weekend, but I have 2 children and will definitely speak with the wife about coming out, as it would work amazingly well for a family, or even two families as there is lots of space, both inside and out. Honestly, I have not a bad word to say, it was fantastic value for money and we would not hesitate in recommending.

Firstly, anyone who has fears of the recent 'migrant crisis' spoiling their holiday, please don't worry. We were so worried by the news reports before we left we even considered cancelling our holiday, but I'm so pleased we didn't - we had a fantastic time and didn't see any trouble at any point of the holiday. The house itself, as described by others is just perfect for a large group, it had an ideal layout for our party with it's various bedrooms and bathrooms and has everything you need to have a relaxing time. The place was spotless when we went in, it had been thoroughly cleaned throughout and everything is provided, there's no need to take anything other than clothes and toiletries. There's a beautiful garden with lots available for entertaining both adults and children, with a big trampoline, table tennis, a bbq, plenty of tables and chairs and a full size tennis court. The surrounding area is also beautiful, the nearest beach - Wissant is just a short drive away through rolling fields and countryside. We were unlucky with the weather but still managed to find plenty to do every day, from driving to Belgium (just an hour away) to going exploring nearby cities and other beaches. And to top it off, the owner is such a lovely man, always on hand to answer any questions we had instantly, but never intruding or interfering in any way. All in all this was a great holiday and I'd highly recommend it for any kind of group.

Just returned from this beautiful house with my family of 4 adults and 3 children. Plenty of space for all with wonderful outside space including the tennis court, trampoline and table tennis. Horses at the bottom of the private garden was enjoyed by my daughter. The house is very comfortable and could suit 10 people no problem however the twin room is quite small. Plenty of hot water all day and WIFI good but satellite TV only has one English Channel - World News. The kitchen is well stocked but oven could be better. Lots of towels, wood for open fire and board games to enjoy but are French as well as the books and DVDs. Location: Great with supermarket a few minutes drive away and the town of Guines has more to offer but resturants were closed in the evening but we did stay out of season. The owners live on site speak little English but are very helpful but allow you to have complete privacy if you wish. We visited Le Touquet beach and Boulouge which are both less than an hours drive, well worth a visit and Paris and Bruge a little further but we run out of time. Overall we had a fantastic time and will be back again next year. Sad to be home😢

Everything you want from a french house,we where a large family of seven and there was plenty of room for every one,if you have more than two couples it my be a bit of a squeeze as there is only two double rooms with double beds,if you want to be picky the beds are a bit hard and the pillows are a bit different to ours,a large tea pot would have been handy for a lot of people other than that everything was perfect,great area for visiting brugge and many more things to do,tennis court,bikes,ping pong ,tourist office as i called it as it was full of info on what to see and do all supplied by the owner which live in the next door in the grand house.

Superb holiday cottage with absolutely everything you could possibly need including extra bedding, towels, laundry supplies, everything! The bedrooms are well spread out which was great to get peace from the kids and the snorers! The trampoline and pingpong table kept the kids happy in the private self contained garden and we had use of the brand new tennis court in the lovely main garden (part of the owners manor house)! There were bikes for all and a cupboard full of puzzles, games and baby playthings. There was a whole room for coats, shoes and information leaflets. We were 25 minutes from several really lovely beaches (wissant for exploring and laid back) and Boulogne (good for kids with things to do and play-park on beach). 20 minutes from calais but in the middle of fields with ponies in the garden. The town is 5 minutes drive with everything you could want, banks, supermarket, restaurants etc. There is also an adventure treetop place around the corner but we ran out of time before we could visit it! Cannot wait to return, perfect for all units!

This house is fantastic. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING has been provided. Extra blankets, extra towels, extra toilet rolls and toiletries even extra duvet covers all provided to use as and when you wish. The bedrooms are spread out so peaceful sleeps from the kids and the snorers in your group. Quiet peaceful location with a big supermarket 5 mins drive up the road and a town with all shops bars restaurants 5 mins away. 25 min drive from beautiful beaches at wissant and Boulogne and 20 mins from the ferry at calais. The owners mansion is around the corner should you want anything but you are left completely at peace with your private garden which has a big trampoline for all ages to enjoy. There is a beautiful tennis court that you are free to use and a ping pong table in the garden. We hope to return to this lovely house next year as we left for a 2 day trip for disney (4 hour away) so feel like we did not spend enough time there. Would recommend a stay here for any type of unit!
