House was fully stocked and great location on beach with snorkeling 200 yds away. The only complaint we had was the main house should have A/C because it would get so hot. The bedrooms had A/C but it would be nice to have the main room as well. Everything else was great!

This property was just perfect for our family - it had everything we could have wanted in a holiday house, great location and the service was amazing.

Our whole family loved this place. Great sandy beach and deck over the water. Short kayak to a popular snorkeling spot with rays and reef sharks. The house is lovingly maintained and gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful gardens, outdoor shower, etc. Was hard to leave the house.

This property is unbelievably great. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. We were blown away with the main house and bungalow - it is spacious and the doors open wide to the backyard, with a wrap-around deck, grass, very close ocean access, a large sandy area, ping-pong table and the deck over the ocean. We bought food at the close market and ate at home many days because we didn't want to leave the property. There was a welcome basket and everything you could ask for in the kitchen. The bedrooms were great and the whole place was homey...you could tell the owner truly loves the house and has done lots of extras. Truly incredible experience.

I grappled with giving the property a great review as it may make it harder to book again in the future! We took our whole family of four children ages 14 to 9 and had an absolutely amazing time. It was our third trip to Moorea but our first with our family. Absolutely will be returning if at all possible and plan to stay at this house. All of our children made it very clear that if we come back they want to stay here. Combination of location as well as the property amenities made it a perfect vacation for us. Highly encourage you to visit the market about 200 yards from the house in the early morning daily for fresh pastries. Very grateful for the memories that were created in Moorea at this home. I don't usually write reviews but felt that we had such great time that I needed to. My wife and I rented the home for a month. Our group was actually two groups. First two weeks were my wife and I and her two sister and husbands (6 retired people) and the next two weeks were the two of us plus 4 -30 year old, family and friends. Everyone had a great time. The home is very beautiful and the view out the back is wonderful. Everything was better than expected. The place as advertised will sleep ten but you would need to be really friendly. There are two large bedroom in the main house and two small bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath in the guest house. There is also a bed in the main house living room so ten is possible. We never had more than six people so space was terrific for us. The bathrooms were very nice and very interesting with the stone walls in the showers. I really liked that feature. The kitchen is very will equipped, lots of plates, pots. and knifes. You will have no trouble cooking there. There is a store only 5 minute walk that opens at 6:30. It will have most everything you will need. Fresh croissants arrive daily but not until 7:00 I do think a car is necessary for getting around the island and for major food buying trips. The area straight out from the house is too swallow for snorkeling but with the kayaks provided with the property you can easily get out to some great spots. Coco Beach is a restaurant on an island that you can see from the back yard. You can call for a reservation and they will send a boat to a near by dock to pick you up. Great snorkeling between the two island out there and really good food at the restaurant. It was a perfect trip for us except the bender broke. That probably saved us a million calories in rum punch drinks. By the way the sunrises from the cabana are worth getting up for. The sunset from there are also great with no loss of sleep.

We were 4 couples sharing the home before a cruise. Our first thoughts were Wow! The property is better than the pictures. Having coffee every morning out under the palapa was a great way to start the day. We had planned to go out for dinners but decided to stay in every night and enjoyed our dinners at the large outdoor dining table. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. If you’re with friends, the main house has a Main Bedroom en-suite, second bedroom with hall bath, Casita has 2 bedrooms sharing one bath. Claudia was very good to work with answering all our questions. You won’t regret choosing this Moorea beach home.

This beautiful property was all we expected and more. We enjoyed peaceful nights and the ocean was soothing. We snorkeled and kayaked to the rays and sharks across from the motu. I would love to escape to this lovely property again someday.

Très dispo et de bon conseil pour les endroits à visiter. Le faré et ses dépendances sont conformes aux photos et description du site: équipement complet et un petit plus pour les équipements extérieurs mis à disposition (kayak, paddle, barbecue, vélos, jeux, etc...) Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cette propriété où rien n'a manqué. Toute la famille est unanime: merci Claudia pour cet endroit inoubliable!!!! N'hésitez pas, foncez les yeux fermés et vous découvrirez un lieu paradisiaque que vous ne voudrez plus quitter.

Bonne situation maison paisible adaptée à une grande famille

This is one of the most beautiful, well outfitted private properties we have ever experienced. The main house and separate bungalow are artwork in themselves. And then the incredible views of Moorea sunrise and sunsets right off the deck! Meals can be outside, inside or on the deck. We used the kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeled around the coral right in front of the property, seeing a baby octopus moving and changing shapes and colors in front of our eyes and our dangling feet from the deck overlooking the shallow corals. Tahia was gracious and made checking in and out exceptionally easy. This was a great introduction to polynesia and a paradise in itself!

We are family of four and stayed at the house for one week in January. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything necessary for a very comfortable stay. It is truly a home away from home. It has plenty of places to relax near the beach, in the garden and inside the house. We love snorkelling so we took the canoes everyday to go to a coral garden between the two mottos. One of the mottos has a very good beach restaurant, perfect for lunch. There is a small grocery shop at the entrance of the estate, which has all necessities. The host is amazing, very friendly and caring. We had a small problem with the electricity in the garden and she called an electritian and fixed the problem withiin couple of hours.

We are so glad that we stayed at this lovely Villa. The location is wonderful and the view was surreal. My 2 parents, my wife and my two adult boys had plenty of room, with wonderful accommodations for each of us and very nice bathrooms with excellent showers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and kayaked/snorkeled daily. The nearest small convenience store was very well stocked and within a 5 minute walk. The arrival and departure was seamless, as Tahia was there to help us with any questions. They have a Nespresso and regular coffee maker, as well as ample tea. The beds were very comfortable and had netting around each. We didn’t use the bikes as we had a rental car, but they had 4 available to ride. There were 2 stand up paddle boards and 3 kayaks. The dark blue one took on water, and I let Tahia know so it should be repaired, But the other two we paddled around in for hours. It was one of the nicest places We’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would highly recommend staying there. We loved it.. Paul

We absolutely loved our stay on Moorea in your lovely VRBO!! Beautiful setting right on the shoreline, quiet and peaceful! Our bonus was the short kayak ride out to snorkel with the sharks and rays!! Wow! We went out there all 3 days we were there...amazing. Thank you thank you!!

We didn't want to leave it was so peaceful. The home is immaculate and safe, we had a great Dinner at Holy Steak house. Kayaking to the stingrays and sharks was a highlight. Would stay there again, loved it!

This property is simply wonderful! We (5 adults and 2 kids) stayed at this beautiful villa for 4 days and we had an absolute blast. The host Tahia, was really friendly and welcoming. Tahia took a few minutes to show us around the property and all amenities (paddling board, kayaks, beach toys for kids, bicycles, video games etc... ) that were available to us which was a really nice touch. The property is so big and fully fenced which was great since we were travelling with children. The main house has two large bedrooms with their ensuite, a large kitchen with everything you need for meal prep and more (ie pod coffee machine, rice cooker etc ..) and an additional bed in the living room . The whole house is nicely decorated with a indoor garden which gave it a nice outdoor feel. At the back of the main house is another bungalow with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a little kitchenette. Also available for use is a full laundry facility (including dryer and washing machine with washing detergent provided ) located in a separate bungalow adjacent to the garage. But the best part of this property is the bungalow over water and private beach. At night time, little reef sharks and rays came swim by the bungalow which was just amazing to see ! We have stayed at various location in Moorea, but this villa ticks all the boxes. A big thank to Tahia, the beautiful host and Claudia for making our stay so memorable ! I would definitely stay at Polynesian Luxury Villa again !!

Calme, détente, snorkeling, baignade aux motus, avec les raies... On s'y sent tellement bien qu'on ne voudrait plus en repartir...

Cette villa est l'endroit de rêve pour un séjour à Moorea. Tout y est pour passer un moment inoubliable. La maison réunie le chic et la convivialité. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses, des serviettes de toilette et de plage sont à disposition. Les paddles et kayak nous ont permis de nous rendre sur le site des raies et requin qui se trouve juste en face de la maison. Les balades sur le lagon au levé du jour sont un pur régal. Le petit bain juste devant est clair et sécurisant pour les petits. La maison Idéale pour un séjour prolongé sur l'île. Nous y avons passé 6 jours en famille et rien ne nous a manqué. Du café le matin au bord de l'eau à la tisane du soir sous les étoiles, des moments de liesse dans un cadre magnifique.
