Splendida casa, con probabilmente alcune delle migliori viste a Queenstown, è la casa delle vacanze dei tuoi sogni!
Queenstown Views on Oliver s è una casa semplicemente sbalorditiva con viste mozzafiato su Remarkables e sul lago Wakitipu, che si estende dall'aeroporto e intorno a Kelvin Heights. La casa è perfettamente posizionata vicino al centro di Queenstown, ma in una zona tranquilla, quindi le serate sono per rilassarsi e guardare i tramonti.
LA CASA:
Ci sono quattro camere da letto, (due sono camere da letto matrimoniali) tre bagni due aree salotto, diverse aree di intrattenimento all'aperto, cucina con tutti i comfort, zona pranzo separata, garage doppio e aria condizionata per le calde giornate estive e fuoco e riscaldamento per i periodi invernali .
Situato in posizione centrale tra l'aeroporto e il CBD con WiFi ad alta velocità illimitato gratuito, avrai tutto il necessario per la tua perfetta vacanza a Queenstown. Questa è una casa moderna, spaziosa, con quattro camere da letto con vista da morire ..., la disposizione delle camere da letto e degli spazi di intrattenimento sono intenzionali per garantire molta luce naturale e le nostre famose viste su Queenstown sono godute da ogni stanza.
Entrerai nella casa per le vacanze al piano terra, che ospita la prima camera da letto, un padrone completo e un ampio garage doppio. Al primo piano ci sono le due zone giorno con vista che rimarranno a bocca aperta, anche la cucina / sala da pranzo e due ponti uno con barbecue. Sul pavimento sono presenti anche due camere da letto e il bagno principale con vasca idromassaggio. Tutte le camere sono dotate di tv e canali Freeview. la sala principale ha sky e netflix.
La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutti gli utensili e le attrezzature essenziali per cucinare.
All'ultimo piano c'è un altro maestro, con cabina armadio e bagno recentemente aggiornato. Questa camera ha una vista mozzafiato.
La nostra casa per le vacanze è completamente preparata per il tuo arrivo, tra cui lenzuola e asciugamani freschi e di lusso ed è preriscaldata per te in inverno. C'è un ampio spazio per riporre valigie e vestiti in ogni camera da letto e asciugamani, shampoo, balsamo, lavaggio del corpo e sapone per le mani in tutti i bagni.

What a beautiful property to stay at. The view was amazing, property very spacious as we had little kids that could move around. Would highly recommend to stay here and would come back in a heart beat! Thank you for our stay we loved it!

Beautiful Home, very clean tidy and warm home with spacious open plan with bedrooms and on suites on multiple levels. Great location good parking area with a very short drive to town centre, amazing view's Great to eat dinner on the decks and enjoy the views. I compared this property with some of the others at the time and this was cheaper and better, Praise God that we were able to get this at the busiest time of the year ☝️

Frances' property is an absolute stunner of a Queenstown Accommodation. You've got a million dollar view of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu, some occasional double rainbows, and view of incoming and outgoing airplanes. The house is big enough for our family of 6 to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped which made it easy for us to cook meals during the busy Queenstown Christmas holidays. The kids we're never bored because of the available board games which gave our family great bonding time. The location is very handy because of it's close proximity from the airport, groceries, and the town. We've had a comfortable and convenient stay because of all available amenities like laundry, parking, multiple bathrooms, and storage. Overall the place is also clean. Kudos to Frances and the cleaners for taking good care of the place. If given the chance to return to Queenstown, we'll definitely book this place again!

Two families stay here on our stay (4 adults, 3 kids) and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, amazing views and a great location being around half way into town and Frankton. Host was excellent with plenty of communication. Highly recommend!

Thank you Frances for letting us stay in your beautiful home. It was everything we needed as a family. Plenty of space to not fall over each other and plenty of space to come together as a family. Many a day and night 5 people were either on the red couch or on the floor in front .. such a special spot. As you know we had a few issues but you dealt with them in a very professional manner. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I was disappointed with was the house wasn’t preheated (as advertised) before we arrived. It was very cold and took a while to heat up but once it did we were cosy.

We were a group of 7 adults, we loved the place, it was so comfortable and spacious, plenty of room to not step on everyones toes. We would rent this place again if and when we come back to Queenstown.
Our host Francis was super helpful, messaging to ensure everything was ok.

Great house with amazing views and perfect for 2 families. It had everything we needed. It’s an easy walk into town…but not so much coming back…but that’s what affords such an incredible vista.

The home in Queenstown was perfect in every way. The views were incredible and the house had everything we needed. It was centrally located and easy to access. I really appreciated how child friendly the house was. The host kindly prepared a crib and a high chair for our one year old. Our time in Queenstown was made even more special with this great home - could not recommend enough.

What an amazing property, from the views to the rooms to the amenities to the checkin process, magnificent!!! Frances made everything special, even left us flowers and some food after our long journey from the States. The house and it’s views of The Remarkables are breathtaking and continuously change during the day. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed. It is a must stay location and house if you are going to Queenstown!!

Our family of seven loved this luxurious home. The veiws are addictive and it has everything you need for a completely stress free stay in all weather. Internal access garage , 3 showers and toilets , modern appliances and quality beds with their own TVs . So much space if you need to find a quiet corner We did not want to leave this dream home.

Our family of 5-7 adults had a lovely 2 week stay here over winter. The house was wonderfully warm, spacious and quiet, and Frances was very easy to deal with, with all instructions for the house very straightforward.
And those amazing views! There was always a fight for the red couch, it was the most used seat in the house. The kitchen was very well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms were warm, comfy and with all basics supplied. We didn't use the 2 deck areas but I'm sure they would be a great addition to relaxed living in the summer. There is an internal double garage and off street parking for at least 2 cars. Walking to town is a little hilly and takes approximately 30 minutes, however walking home is very hilly and not for the faint hearted. Uber fares were $7 - $15, and we only used Bluebubble Taxis, as all others seemed unregulated and charged heaps.
Overall we all had a wonderful stay here and would stay again. Many thanks

The most amazing views
Stayed for 7 days, very very clean, great set up for our family, 2 teenagers, and two couples. The views are amazing, we sat on the red couch and chairs and looked at the views. Ever changing with the weather. The kitchen is beautifully set up with plenty of crockery and cutlery, A supply of the basics in the pantry. Uber ranged between 15 and 30 dollars depending on the times.

Absolutely the best trip ever!
The property is just outstanding, warm cosy, very clean, beds and location of rooms work so well, with a stunning parents room at the top with the most beautiful view! Parking easy, village is busy so we just got ubers in and out vs the stress of parking.
Plenty of exta heaters to use and of course the real fire which was so nice to sit around as we did family time.
We love this place and Queenstown so much, really the best fun packed holiday ever!
