This was a last minute trip to celebrate Christmas in July. We were so excited that this townhouse was available and fit all 13 of us! The views from our deck were beautiful. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely look into staying here again!

The condo was nice. Everyone fit comfortably. Unfortunately I felt like rules related to additional charges was the main focus. We came to stay in a beautiful area and have always been respectful of property we have stayed at. Additional charges if you had too many cars. Additional charges when we booked because your description on dog fees were unclear. Now your description is changed from the original fee charges. Your kitchen appliances were lacking. No blender, casserole dish for baking, or muffin pan. Those are usually common in most rentals.

The layout of the property was good for a multigeneration family, with 2 family rooms on separate floors. Nice side yard for sledding and enjoying the snow. Area was quiet, with good views. This unit is not ski in. Access is either down the road or at the units above and across the street. Property managers were very responsive. Mountain is not great for beginners. With respect to Bretton Woods, other than the Mt. Washington Inn there is one restaurant (closed Mon and Tues), so would not recommend for those who want apres ski options.

It was pleasure to stay in the property. Though some equipment like TV units can be upgraded and kitchen appliances. But overall good condition and working as expected. we all enjoyed a lot.

Skiing made easy
We shared this house with two families. Our kids ranged from 3 months to ten years old. The convenience was PERFECT, enabling us to easily return to warm up or grab lunch, switch out caring for the littlest kids, or grab dry gear. The functioning fireplace was awesome and made the condo very cozy. We were a group of 15 - 6 adults and 9 kids and we had plenty of space! The property manager was incredible responsive to all of our questions pre check in. We enjoyed our morning coffee with gorgeous Mountain Views and would definitely return. This is definitely the way to go with young kids if you are able - SO much easier!

Great location and layout
The owners/rental company were very easy to work with. They were helpful and accommodating. The layout of this unit is fabulous, views were gorgeous and it was so nice to have a ski in/ski out. The only areas that I felt could be improved on were general cleanliness (like bath mats and blankets on couches could have used a laundering,). The couches and carpets are also pretty worn out. Also, they had a ton of games but they were all missing about half the pieces, making them unusable. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, bowls, etc.

Fabulous condo!
We had a lovely long weekend here- House is very well stocked and was incredibly comfortable for our extended family. The kids had a blast and the owner was so lovely and responsive! It’s a few minute walk to the slopes and an easy shuttle ride to the Mount Washington Hotel. We will definitely be back!!!

Timing Is Everything

Great home and views!
This was a wonderful vacation stay for our extended family. There was plenty of space for everyone and great views of the mountains. The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked. The house was really close to activities everyone enjoyed. Helena was responsive through communication and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Perfect house to explore White Mountains
This was the best vacation house that I've ever rented. The house was clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect to explore the white mountains. The view from the house was magical(you can see Mt. Washington from the porch).
The house accommodated 14 of us. It was three floored with a very nice backyard and porches. It was totally worth for the price.

Absolutely stunning townhouse!
Helena's home is absolutely beautiful. A group of 14 adults took a trip up to NH from Boston for a hiking trip on the Franconia Notch Loop, and our stay was lovely in Helena's home. It offered rooms for all of us to sleep, which were all very clean. There was plenty of space for us to eat and hang out in the living room, as well as a lovely fire pit in the backyard, which we were able to utilize after a long day's hike. The kitchen was fully equipped, plenty of extra chairs for all of us to have some place to sit, and the views were breathtaking. Definitely book a stay here if you want a nice weekend away in the White Mountains.

This place is great for a large group. Plenty of beds and lots of space for everyone to do their own thing. It was everything we hoped for.... beautiful views and fully equipped kitchen to cook for twelve.

The property was exactly as described. It had everything we could possibly need.
We rented the townhouse for our daughter's wedding. With both adults and kids attending, it was the perfect place for our family. My only regret was not having more leisure time to enjoy this home and the beautiful White Mountains. Thank you Helena for making our stay easy and memorable.

Absolutely beautiful spot!
A group of 10 of us stayed for three days on a golf weekend in August 2017. The condo is beautiful, immaculate, and very tastefully appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with modern, high quality appliances in cookware. The bedding and furniture all updated, comfortable, and attractive. The owner was incredibly responsive to any requests or inquiries; she was a pleasure to work with! I give this place six stars out of five for overall experience!

Wonderful Ski House
This home is beautiful and comfortable, is exceptionally well-equipped, and has excellent access to the slopes. Also an easy walk home from apres ski activities at the base lodge. My 9 year old said it was 'his favorite ski house ever' - he especially loved the fuse ball table in the family room. Helena was professional and accommodating. Thank you!
