We need it a place to stay while visiting my mother for the thanksgiving holiday week and this rental turned out to be a great choice. The place has everything you will need at a great price. The host David will make sure to provide great communication and will check with you multiple times to make sure you you have everything you need. I would recommend this location if you are looking for a place to stay while you are in Rolla.

When traveling to Rolla, I will definitely stay here again. The kitchen was stocked with the basics, the bath tub was deep, and lots of couch room to lounge. The house is cute as a button.

This small cabin had everything we needed for a our canoe trip on Current River. The home had a great kitchen set up, extremely comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and a small outdoor charcoal grill. We used and appreciated all of these amenities. We’re not the camping kind so we loved just having a forty minute drive to and from Jadwin Canoe Rental from the cabin. The property owner was great as well with excellent communication and concern for our well being and pleasurable stay. We highly recommend this owner and the property.

We had an excellent time in Rolla and Cedar Haven exceeded our expectations. Dave was an excellent host and super quick with communication. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided lots of info on things to do. The beds were so comfortable and we slept great after long days at Fugitive Beach. We had everything we needed at the house to cook, even extras and we appreciated that so much! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the Rolla area, look no further! We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay. Nicely appointed. Wonderfully clean. David was an incredible help when our travel plans got wrecked by the weather. He went far beyond our expectations for the situation. He also read (and remembered) a small detail in our introduction -- making a point to supply us with a key tip related to our visit's goals that only a local would have known.

As a vacation property owner with more than 130 5-star reviews, my standards are pretty darn high. I rarely rate properties I stay at because, as a member of the owner community, I don't like to ruin people's ratings, but also don't give out 5's lightly. This property exceeded my expectations. Everything in the listing is spot on, except for the one thing not listed. I went not expecting a TV because one wasn't listed in the description. No problem, we have Netflix. But, there is a TV. It is Roku, which I wasn't familiar with. It's not live TV, but you can connect to your Netflix or Amazon Prime and possibly your cable account for a few channels (although I couldn't figure that out - but it was on my cable company's site that I got stuck). It was still better to watch Netflix on the TV than my tablet. The house was spotless, with plenty towels. Air conditioning works great, which was helpful since we managed to be there during the big heat wave. David is a fabulous host who makes sure you've got everything you need. Location is great. Within minutes of the University, but very quiet. Rec center right up the road is a really nice facility if you want to work out. Recommendation: don't shop at the Kroger Grocery, rather go around the corner to the giant Walmart, whcih is much better stocked and lower priced. I would not hesitate to rent again.
