Salmon River Waterfront Cabin w/ Hot Tub! Dog Friendly!
Situato proprio sulle rive del fiume Salmon incontaminato, il nostro Monte recentemente restaurato. Cabina Hood si trova su un 1/2 acro privato in mezzo a una vecchia foresta di crescita. Dal momento in cui esci dalla tua auto provi quello che sembra essere lontano da tutto. I tuoi sensi saranno deliziati dai suoni dell'acqua che scorre veloce e dalle viste e dagli odori della foresta.
La nostra cabina idilliaca vanta un portico anteriore completamente coperto con un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto costruito su misura e sedie Adirondack. Inoltre c'è il patio coperto con vasca idromassaggio e barbecue a gas. All'interno troverete un bellissimo camino in pietra del fiume, pareti in legno di pino, una cucina completamente rinnovata, oltre a tappeti, materassi e lenzuola nuovi.
Questa è la tua cabina di accesso a tutti i desideri avventurosi del tuo cuore: sciare sulle piste, in mountain bike, sul sistema Sandy Ridge Trail, o percorrere innumerevoli bellissimi sentieri attraverso le antiche foreste in crescita. Se il relax è più alto nel tuo vicolo, anche la nostra cabina è coperta. This was the ideal getaway for our active family of four. The location is simply perfect for completely unwinding and connecting with nature. We could stay at the cabin to sit riverside, play games, read, or just be. The location is convenient for hiking beautiful trails, kayaking, or visiting Hood River. The cabin was well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Three full bathrooms was a plus! We will definitely come back!

This is a great property. We really enjoyed how private it was. We have rented other properties in Welches and felt like the neighbors were “ on top of us”. This property was beautiful and pretty private. The house, it’s to nice to be a cabin, is lovely. It was fantastic to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. The upstairs has a huge bedroom, another bath and a comfy couch with a TV. We would definitely return. The owner always responded quickly to my questions, I really appreciated that.

This was my second stay in Welches. I really love the home.
The hot tub was great and clean, only wish it had a cover opener for the older set.
The fire pit is also a plus, wish it was more level with a safer path to the river.
We all loved how equipped the kitchen, bedrooms and baths were. We had everything we needed.

There's nothing quite like this place with its old-timey cabin feel, yet it's up-to-date with conveniences and cleanliness. It's close to town, yet feels so remote. This might be the perfect spot! We thoroughly enjoyed this place. The fire-pit by the river made it 100x more special.

This property is twice as beautiful in person than in the pictures. I was super impressed as soon as I pulled up. It was very clean and the kitchen very well stocked. Perfect place for relaxation and family gatherings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. We will go back for sure.

Such a cozy place! So well stocked - kitchen etc, and plenty of firewood. Lots of nice touches like cotton linens, cozy blankets, outdoor chairs etc. Covered porch was perfect as we had rain the whole time and we could still be outside! The hot tub area was even covered, we enjoyed it every night- fun with lights in the water. Kitchen drawers could use a bit of cleaning touch ups but that would be nit- picking. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful spot. 10 stars!

Our family loved our time in this sweet cabin on the river. Highlights included roasting hotdogs and s’mores in the fire pit, listening to-singing along with-and dancing to the amazing records, and watching the wildlife-a family of geese and a deer. We look forward to a return visit.

The cabin's location is delightful, and the porch is nice and deep, so you can have coffee outside even if it's raining. The fireplace insert kept us warm and cozy.
The cabin was not very clean. The pots and pans, as well as silverware, all needed to be washed. The shower had a lot of built-up scale around the door, which was just yucky. We had to cut our wood because there wasn't enough for our seven-day stay, which generally would not be a problem, but my husband is 76 years old, so that was a disappointment. The television was up some very steep stairs, which we managed, but if you have mobility issues, you cannot watch movies if that's your thing. The location was ideal; it was far enough off the highway to be peaceful but close enough to be convenient for activities. The linens were old and should be refreshed, as well as the cookware.

Beautiful cabin, owner provides a good amount of wood for the fire pit by the road and inside. Very cozy with plenty of room to sleep! The high quality record player with a great selection of hits was a very nice surprise too!!

We rented this cabin for a girls weekend to celebrate a few of our birthdays. The cabin is in the best location tucked in the woods, right on the river. The cabin itself was super cute, lots of space, great amenities, comfortable beds, very clean and the best record set up for listening to some great old classics. I highly recommend and will definitely be back again soon.

We cannot recommend this spot enough! It was absolutely stunning and fully equipt with everything you could possibly need. Vince was an amazing host and responded to us promptly with any questions we had! We will definitely be making another trip back to stay in this beautiful place.

We had the most wonderful stay after Christmas. The cabin is just beautiful! If I could design my perfect cabin, this would be it. I love how it's decorated and the wood detail is just beautiful. Wonderful kitchen, three bathrooms, Vince was awesome and easy to book with. No hiccups at all! There are several good restaurants nearby. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Booked a weekend getaway with some long time friends. Really enjoyed how close the river was to the house. Overall the home was clean and stocked well. Plenty of space for both families. Jacuzzi was nice to relax at the end of the day. Wished it would have snowed instead of rained; maybe next time. Would recommend the cabin to anyone looking to be within close proximity to Mt. Hood.

The stay was so restorative and it was lovely to be by the river. The kitchen was so well stocked and the fireplace was a place of communion. We ran into the problem of the power going out, but Vince was so quick to respond and help us solve the issue. This place is a gem and would stay again!

This cabin was such a dream! The kitchen had everything that we forgot to bring, which was super convenient. All the bedrooms were clean, spacious, and adorable. The hottub is super convenient and fit all 6 of us perfectly. I can’t say enough great things. I highly recommend and will absolutely come back.

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and the location was amazing right on the river! The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals. We loved the record player and it had a great selection of vinyl records to pick from as well. I would highly recommend this rental and plan on booking it again in the future.

This cabin was perfect for 7 ladies getting away for the weekend. It is secluded on a river with salmon running, with a hot tub, numerous bathrooms, fireplace, fire pit, wood stove, record album and plenty of beds and places to lounge. The host was excellent and it was just what we were looking for. I would book again and highly recommend .

Everything about this cabin exceeded our expectations- the setting on the river, the convenient location, and the tasteful décor. I especially enjoyed sitting on the covered porch, enjoying my morning coffee while listening to the first rains of autumn. We hope to be back!

The cottage had a perfect amount of room for our 3 couples for sleeping, playing games, hanging out in the hot tub and sitting by the river. Nice kitchen set up for morning coffee and meal prep. One of our favorite activities was playing records, very fun albums to choose from! We hiked near Mount Hood and appreciated the proximity to good trails.

A lovely spot right on the Salmon River. Enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting by the river, either with a morning cup of coffee, or a cold beer after a day of hiking. Also enjoyed an evening soak in the hot tub. A surprise treat was the turntable and vinyl library. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary things to prepare meals to enjoy on either the indoor dining table or the comfy covered front porch. The location of the cabin is close to hiking on/around Mt Hood. All in all, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We hope to be back.

This is a great rustic cabin surrounded by forest but only a mile from highway with grocery, restaurants, lakes & Mt Hood nearby.
The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Despite the rainy weather we enjoyed hiking, kayaking, sitting on the porch and picking blackberries which we used to make a coffee cake. A great time to mark the end of summer.

This place was beautiful! Great family getaway. I would love to do it again next year. Great porch with table outside, large table inside for all the games we played. Well stocked kitchen, I can’t say one negative thing about it.. well except if there were stairs down to the river— it was truly great!

This log cabin, with its lovely wood floors, walls, and even ceilings, would be charming anyplace...but situated in front of a beautiful river & surrounded by a magical forest, well - I could hardly leave! Add to this comfortable beds, a hot tub, & all the expected amenities and you have a rather dreamy getaway. We cant wait to go back!
