New Orleans Area Private 4BR waterfront home! Swim Boat Grill !!!!!
Sea La Vie si trova a Slidell, un sobborgo di New Orleans. Si trova a 25 minuti dal Quartiere Francese ed è facilmente raggiungibile in I-10. La casa è una casa di tre camere da letto con due grandi camere da letto e una camera da letto soppalco solo per i bambini. La casa è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2017 e tutto in esso è nuovo. C'è un enorme dock con accesso ad acque profonde in barca. Portate la vostra barca e bambini e nuotate, sci, pesce e barca nel Lago Pontchartrain. Il lago è a 3 minuti di traghetto dalla banchina. C'è un grande ponte che dispone di posti a sedere per otto e sedie extra per overflow. La casa è a 5 minuti da alcuni dei migliori pesca nel paese. È anche possibile pescare direttamente dal molo nel cortile anteriore. C'è una pesca fenomenale nei Rigolets nelle vicinanze con incredibile pesca d'acqua salata e accesso alla pesca d'acqua dolce entro 20 minuti in barca.
È possibile giocare in acqua o in barca tutto il giorno e colpire il quartiere francese di notte per divertimento e divertimento come nessun altrove. No major issues. Had some water damage from recent storm. Owner notified us before stay. Enjoyed watching fireworks from the dock.

it was a much, much better alternative than staying at a local hotel. We would have rated a 5 except for some small details (e.g. no salt/pepper, no tea kettle, no oven mitts, no tissues, no bar soap, no pizza pan, no spare batteries for the tv remote). We arrived and immediately made a trip to the grocery store to get these things. There was no full length mirror and the shower door would not stay closed. A door code instead of a key would have been nice. These small yet fixable details matter. It was fun to watch the fish jumping. The interior space was super. The house was clean and bright. It worked out great for our family!

Everything was great except that the jacuzzi tub has some issues that made it unable to be used which was disappointing since it was one of the reasons we chose the house.

street lights come in the 3rd floor windows and shine around the room making it hard to sleep! some kind of coverings would be good! also, the upstairs room is not meant for anyone tall…it might be good to mention this ahead of time. I had to watch out that my head didn’t hit the ceiling and I’m only 5’5”!

Amazing home!
We absolutely loved this home, very spacious and lots of natural light! We were also able to fish right from the dock in the backyard. Property is as described, and close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. We would love to come again !!

5 star property in a 2 star neighborhood
We adored this property! Was clean, spacious and well stocked with towels and cookware. You can fish off the dock and lounge on the deck. 2 stars for the neighborhood as it is crawling with suspicious neighbors that are fighting to keep rentals out. Thumbs up to the owner who didn't just brush it off when we informed her that a photo of my family was not only taken by one of the neighbors but was also posted on the social media platform called NEXTDOOR where neighbors miscontrused the photo and made false claims and comments about our family. Beware because you too might end up with your photo taken, posted, and misconstrued on a social media site by one of the neighbors as well.

Patadise in Slidell
From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. The cleaners had just left and there is nothing better than a fresh smelling home! I have allergies and you wouldn't have known by how clean it was. The moment you walk in you see the beautiful sights of the canal. Its simply gorgeous especially walking up in the morning and seeing it from your very spacious master bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay. There were 5 of us and we had more than plenty of space. Hope to be back!

Beautiful home, safe neighborhood, lovely views
Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay in Eden Isles. The home was spacious, kitchen will stocked, soft towels, extra linens, and wonderful patio. Some areas of the home could use cosmetic work, especially patio doors as they do not function properly, but over all this home was perfect. We especially loved sitting out on the patio, enjoying the water and watching the pelicans fish in the morning.

Superlative Property
I stay in a lot of vacation rentals. A LOT! This waterfront home in Eden Isle was just an exceptional property. It hit all the buttons that make me happy. Clean... REALLY clean. I hate staying in homes that I feel I have to bring up to my standard of required cleanliness. I didn't have to lift a finger here. Location, location, location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Quiet but friendly enough neighbors on either side. After a day of crazy in NOLA, returning to this quiet home is just what you need. Easy drive to and from downtown NOLA. Short distance to a lovely Wynn Dixie Grocery Store that has an upscale level of groceries and such available. Right next to the WalMart if you don't mind standing in the longest lines on the face of the earth. I chose the Wynn Dixie. BEDS to die for. I like a comfortable bed and these were a bases loaded, home run. Nice sheets and towels and plenty of both. Fabulous kitchen with appliances in great repair and good quality flatware, pots and pans and dishes. Loved the deck, the dock, the fishing, the grill on which we cooked our catch. If I had to find something noodley to comment on it would be to include a channel guide for the T.V. Wow.... that's my only suggested improvement. Lovely home that I plan to return to. Great price too. I could have paid twice as much for a hotel room the size of a postage stamp. NO THANKS. It's homes like this that keep me using VRBO everywhere I travel. Book it. You will not be sorry.

Perfect base for New Orleans get away
We booked this great house for our family New Orleans area discovery get-away. The house was exactly as described, very clean and in a wonderful and safe neighborhood directly on the water. The drive to beaches, N.O. Downtown and other attractions in the area was easy and convenient. Lisa was very responsive and everything went perfect from start to finish. A place to create great memories.

Stayed at this house with a group of friends for the week and we had an amazing time. House was clean, spacious, and provided everything needed to enjoy your stay. Particularly enjoyed fishing right off of the dock in the back yard. Lots of catfish out there!

Great house and deck! Easy check in, communication, check out…we had a ball! 30 min easy drive to The French Quarter- about the same to the beach in Mississippi. Beautiful, safe location for moms and kids to enjoy Spring Break.

What a wonderful getaway!
This home made us want to move right in. It is beautiful, accommodating and relaxing. We loved everything about our stay. The neighbors were welcoming. We met some wonderfully helpful people at the local stores and the restaurants are to die for! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Residential Respite
The owner has provided a welcoming home for families or small groups of friends with every amenity most people could think of! Our family was able to enjoy cooking at home or enjoying Cajun cuisine within minutes of the area. You can find most recognized brands at Exit 266, or grab groceries from multiple reliable markets and just savor being "home". We drove into NOLA daily - would highly recommend you avoid 4:00-6:00 traffic on I-10! Appliances are well-labeled/instructions handy. Kitchen has ample serving pieces, cutlery, dishes, cookware, plus cabinets already stocked with some items. As with all shared spaces, guests should "take some/leave some". We brought extra paper towel, garbage bags and toilet paper but would not have needed to do so. The home is decorated tastefully and amply.

Tranquility
The home was very comfortable for 8 people. It was easy to get over to New Orleans as well as two airports within 1 hour drive. The waterfront was gorgeous with stunnining reflection and tranquil fishing boats slowly passing our deck. All enjoyed the kayaking.
